Abstract

Growth Opportunity, Profitability, and Free Cash Flow Related to Debt Policy are the main objectives of this study. Pharmaceutical companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2023 are the population of this study. Quantitative data used in this study comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website (https://idx.co.id). The sample for this study was 14 companies over 5 years selected using purposive sampling techniques with several predetermined criteria. Based on the results of the study, Growth Opportunity does not affect debt policy, Profitability negatively affects debt policy, and Free Cash Flow does not affect debt policy.

Abstract

Professional human resources, compliance with procedures, and high work discipline are the main keys to achieving optimal organisational performance, including in the Tanjung Pati District Court. Problems related to professional ethics, compliance with SOPs, and employee discipline indicate the need for further analysis to determine the influence of these factors on employee performance as a whole. This study aims to analyse the influence of professional ethics and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on employee performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Tanjung Pati District Court. The study was conducted at the Tanjung Pati District Court with a sample of 42 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that professional ethics have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and work discipline. Conversely, compliance with SOPs is proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance and work discipline. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. As an intervening variable, work discipline is unable to mediate the effect of professional ethics on performance but is able to mediate the effect of compliance with SOPs on employee performance. This finding confirms that compliance with SOPs and improving work discipline are key factors in improving employee performance in the judicial environment

Abstract

This research investigates how the Indonesian capital market reacts to a major political milestone the release of quick count and official manual count results from the 2024 Presidential Election. The study focuses on a sample of highly liquid equities included in the KOMPAS100 Index. The investigation assesses anomalous returns (AR) and trading volume activity (TVA) over two different windows before and after the announcements using a quantitative approach using an event study methodology. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) provided the data, which were then evaluated using paired sample t-tests. The findings imply that there was no statistically significant change in abnormal returns or trading activity as a result of the official count announcements or the rapid count. Nonetheless, notable differences emerged when comparing the pre-event periods of both announcements, with TVA showing substantial movement after both events. These findings imply that the capital market tends to express reactions through fluctuations in trading activity rather than price volatility, particularly within the segment of highly liquid stocks. Therefore, while large-scale political events like presidential elections may not significantly alter returns, they do influence trading behaviors.

Abstract

The public sector phenomenon in village fund management reflects the high demands for accountability. Accountability is considered as success in providing information and public disclosure of village government activities and financial performance. This study aims to assess the level of accountability in village fund management in villages in Lingsar District using the dimensions of legal and honesty, managerial, program, policy, and financial accountability. The method used is qualitative interpretive with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, by exploring information originating from villages in Lingsar District. The results of the study show that the management of village funds in these villages is quite good, by implementing five dimensions of accountability according to Permendagri clause 29 to 2018. The village government has been guided by the applicable laws and regulations, can be held accountable for the management of village funds with proof of transactions through the village cash account, has involved the community in village fund management activities, and has reported on the management and use of village funds through several media, especially through billboards.

Abstract

Low patient satisfaction at Tebel Health Center reflects the need to improve Internal Service Quality. Implementing e-Health Center and Primary Service Integration has the potential to be a solution, but its impact on ISQ has not been comprehensively measured. This study used a quantitative cross sectional design with a sample of 100 employees directly involved. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, semi structured interviews, and observations. Instrument validity was tested with item-total correlation and reliability with cronbach’s alpha, meanwhile data analysis used descriptive statistics multiple linear regression. The research resukts reveal that partially, e-Health Center has a significant positive effect on ISQ , ILP also has a significant positive effect on ISQ ,simultaneously, e-Healts and ILP have a significant effect on ISQ . The conclusion of this research reveal that e-Health and ILP proved to significantly improve ISQ.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation, pricing strategy, and distribution channels on the competitiveness of Vaseline products among university students in Palangkaraya. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 student respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings indicate that product differentiation, pricing strategy, and distribution channels have a positive and significant impact on product competitiveness. These results suggest that an integrated and consumer-oriented marketing strategy is key to enhancing Vaseline's competitive position within the student market segment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how coffee shop entrepreneurs in Pangkalpinang adapt their operational strategies in response to changing consumer behavior among young people. Using a qualitative approach and interviews with coffee shop owners and customers, the research reveals that comfort, aesthetic interior design, and facilities such as Wi-Fi and power outlets are key factors in attracting Gen Z consumers. Moreover, social media plays a crucial role in influencing visit decisions and building customer loyalty. In facing challenges such as limited capital and maintaining product consistency, coffee shop owners implement innovations through menu updates, spatial redesign, improved service, and digital marketing strategies. This study highlights the importance of understanding digital lifestyles, community engagement, and responsiveness to trends in sustaining competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.

Abstract

Indonesia continues to experience a high unemployment rate, primarily due to limited job opportunities. This research seeks to enhance young students' initiatives by leveraging technology and fostering individual self-confidence. The objective is to explore the roles of e-commerce, digital influencers, and self-efficacy in shaping students' entrepreneurial behavior. A quantitative method was employed using a causal research design and multiple linear regression analysis, supported by IBM SPSS Software Version 25. The study sampled 95 eleventh-grade students from SMAN 18 Surabaya. The findings indicate that e-commerce, digital influencers, and self-efficacy collectively influence entrepreneurial behavior. Among these, digital influencers significantly impact entrepreneurial behavior on an individual basis. Self-efficacy also demonstrates a positive influence, whereas e-commerce alone does not show a direct effect. As a result, schools are encouraged to incorporate e-commerce education to introduce students to modern marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the monthly production of five best seller menus in Ayam Penyet JU-PE MSMEs to maximize profits in the midst of limited resources, such as raw materials and production capacity. The Linear Programming (LP) method is used to formulate production problems into mathematical models consisting of objective functions and real constraints, such as raw material limitations, production time, and operating capital. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with business owners, while secondary data was taken from MSME literature and internal documentation. The results of the analysis using the Excel Solver application show that optimal production is achieved by producing 178 servings of tofu per month. This strategy provides a maximum profit of IDR 124,600 and remains within the time limit and available capital. The application of the LP method has proven to be effective in helping MSME actors develop production strategies that are more systematic, efficient, and data-based, so that they can be a reference for future production decision-making.

Abstract

The digital era has brought major challenges as well as strategic opportunities for organizations, including non-industrial entities such as zakat institutions. Digital transformation requires organizations to quickly adapt to continuously evolving technologies in order to remain relevant and competitive. Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI), as a zakat management organization, faces challenges in managing limited digital literacy, human resources, and a still-conventional work culture. This study aims to analyze how a change management approach can support the success of digital transformation in a faith-based non- profit organization. Through the stages of unfreeze, change, and refreeze, IZI has successfully integrated digital technology to enhance the efficiency of zakat collection, improve reporting transparency, and strengthen public trust. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study on IZI’s digital transformation. The results show that systematic change management plays a crucial role in addressing internal resistance and optimizing the implementation of information technology. These findings serve as an important reference for other philanthropic organizations in implementing sustainable digital transformation focused on improving public services. With the right approach, non-profit organizations can meet the demands of the digital era without compromising the core values that form their foundation.
