Abstract

Religious moderation is an approach that prioritizes tolerance, discussion, and respect for the diversity of religious beliefs. It is important in Indonesia, as the country has many different cultures and religions. The goal of religious moderation is to maintain stability, create a strong and inclusive national identity, and prevent religious conflict. This study investigates how religious moderation helps strengthen Indonesia's national identity. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various related literature. The results show that religious moderation promotes justice, tolerance, and openness, which helps create social harmony. By accepting religious diversity and strengthening national commitment, religious moderation strengthens national identity. Implementing religious moderation is expected to create an atmosphere of inter-religious harmony in Indonesia and improve the overall quality of life of the community. Research on the religious moderation movement and its relationship with national identity needs to be conducted further to gain more information.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the instillation of democratic values ​​through PPKn learning at Bintang Harapan Ulususua Private Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year. Factors driving and inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​in classroom PPKn learning and efforts made to overcome factors inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​in PPKn learning at Bintang Harapan Ulususua Private Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is descriptive type qualitative research. Data collection used interview and observation methods. In analyzing the data, researchers used the Miles & Huberman model of qualitative data analysis and checked the validity of the research data using triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that democratic values ​​in PPKn learning at Bintang Harapan Ulususua Private Middle School have been implemented well so that democratic values ​​can be possessed by every student and can be applied in their daily lives. These democratic values ​​include: tolerance, freedom to express opinions, openness in communication, self-confidence, responsibility and cooperation. The driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of democratic values ​​in Civics learning at Bintang Harapan Ulususua Private Middle School, the driving factors include: Exemplary teacher teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, providing motivation, namely awards in the form of added value to students who are active in activities. learning. Inhibiting factors include: a) Factors within students, b) Environmental influences, c) Lack of attention from parents. 3) Efforts made to overcome factors inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​in PPKn learning at Bintang Harapan Ulususua Private Middle School, include: a) Teachers providing understanding, b) Habituation of behavior, c) Reprimands, d) Awareness from parents, e) Communication effective.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many tribes, races, and religions. However, the existence of many of these differences makes Indonesia a country rich in diversity. The phenomenon that has emerged recently is the "war takjil" that occurs between Muslims and non-Muslims. The phenomenon of "takjil" itself is a practice that has been carried out for a long time in Indonesia, especially during the fasting month. Takjil is a traditional practice that strengthens social ties and brings people closer, a practice that has been carried out for a long time in Indonesia, especially during the fasting month. In the holy month of Ramadan, takjil has its own meaning because it not only marks the end of fasting, but also fosters a sense of togetherness and unity among people from various backgrounds. This study discusses the phenomenon of hunting takjil in Ramadan with the object of users of the Tiktok and YouTube platforms that are specifically for people of religions other than Islam. The purpose of this study is to encourage the community to strengthen tolerance, social relations between religious communities can be well established and other good influences that affect the form of implementation in values in the form of pancasila. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method, in the form of quotes in narratives available in data in the form of videos from the Tiktok and YouTube platforms. The results showed that many religious people other than Islam also hunt takjil in Ramadan so as to make the interaction that occurs between communities harmonious and full of positive energy. It is also well rated by some religious leaders because it is considered to bring happiness and beauty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sebagian besar siswa kelas 7B yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi Keragaman Suku dan Budaya yang dibuktikan dengan rendahnya nilai ulangan harian yang berada di bawah KKM. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model direct instruction berbantukan chatbot Nuta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif dan melalui empat siklus secara bertahap, yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan merefleksikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Persentase ketuntasan belajar meningkat mulai dari pratindak sebesar 32% dengan nilai rata-rata 62,4, siklus I sebesar 64% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,4, dan siklus II sebesar 92% dengan nilai rata-rata 89,2. Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran langsung berbantukan chatbot Nuta terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Keragaman Suku dan Budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of experiential learning that utilizes the local wisdom of Nias in education. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving interviews and observations in several schools in Nias. The results indicate that the integration of local wisdom in the learning process can enhance student motivation and engagement, as well as strengthen their understanding of cultural identity. However, this research also identifies challenges, such as limited resources and insufficient training for teachers. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of leveraging local wisdom to create a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also proud of their culture. Recommendations include enhancing teacher training and developing relevant educational resources.

Abstract

Pancasila is the evolution of the noble principles adhered to by the Indonesian people which are universally recognized and become the basis for all other sources. Chosen by non-Western countries or nations, Pancasila is the paradigmatic direction of science, especially the social sciences. Because non-Western countries have different histories, cultures, and ways of life, they must engage with contemporary science. Ranto stated that (2012:1). "The life of the nation and the foundation of the state is Pancasila." what Bung Karno then proposed as the basis for an independent Indonesian state, before the BPUPKI session on June 1 1945. Pancasila is an ideology and philosophy that embodies the identity and vision of the Indonesian nation. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the methodology used in this research. The data sources for this research are the school principal, a teacher, and four (four) students who act as informants. Steps one to three of the data collection process are observation, interviews, and documentation research. Through three activity streams, data analysis is completed. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are the first three steps. Apart from being a vital resource for students, teachers also help students become superior humans by using Pancasila Values to humanize themselves. Without teachers, students will only determine the direction of their lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila character education through Hombo Batu activities in South Nias. Hombo Batu, a traditional game that embodies local wisdom values, is considered an effective tool for developing students' character in alignment with the principles of Pancasila, such as discipline, cooperation, and responsibility. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted in several elementary schools in South Nias. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and students, and relevant document studies. The findings indicate that the application of Hombo Batu in character education can strengthen the values of Pancasila, particularly in the development of mutual cooperation, discipline, and responsibility among students. However, several challenges, such as limited facilities and time constraints, hinder the optimal implementation of this activity. The study suggests that improving supporting facilities and providing teacher training are necessary to enrich the implementation of character education based on local wisdom in South Nias schools

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pemikat J'TU programme in developing student creativity through a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, chairman of the programme committee, teachers or trainers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with analysis using the Miles and Huberman qualitative method which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the J‘’TU Enchantment Programme is effective in encouraging student creativity through good coordination, motivation, and direction. Activities held every Friday and Saturday provide space for students to express themselves in art, religion, and literature. Creativity can be seen from the results of activities that reflect students' interests and talents, as well as the ability to think fluently, think flexibility, create and develop ideas. The success of the programme is supported by solid cooperation between teachers, students and parents, as well as motivation and feedback that boosts students' confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penguatan identitas dan hak masyarakat adat melalui penerapan hukum adat di Kampung Cirendeu, Cimahi, Jawa Barat. Masyarakat adat setempat mempertahankan hukum adat yang bersumber dari kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan yang mengatur aspek sosial, budaya, dan ekologis kehidupan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum adat dijalankan dan peranannya dalam melindungi hak masyarakat adat di tengah tantangan modernisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat dan masyarakat, observasi, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hukum adat menjadi pedoman utama yang mengatur pernikahan, penggunaan lahan, dan pelestarian lingkungan melalui pembagian zona hutan adat. Namun, perkembangan zaman dan perubahan pola pikir generasi muda menjadi tantangan signifikan dalam penerapan hukum adat. Masyarakat adat berupaya mengadaptasi nilai adat dengan pendekatan ekologis dan memperjuangkan pengakuan hukum formal. Kesimpulannya, integrasi hukum adat dengan sistem hukum modern diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan identitas dan hak masyarakat adat di tengah dinamika sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of cognitivist learning theory in enhancing the effectiveness of Deep Learning, both as a pedagogical approach and as a form of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Cognitivism emphasizes the importance of internal mental processes, knowledge structures, and cognitive load management strategies in understanding and retaining information. Meanwhile, Deep Learning in education demands higher-order thinking skills, conceptual understanding, and the ability to connect knowledge across contexts. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes scholarly works published between 2010 and 2025 that discuss the integration of cognitive theory into digital learning design and adaptive AI systems. The findings indicate that strategies such as worked examples, fading, chunking, advance organizers, and metacognition-based active learning effectively improve learners’ comprehension in Deep Learning contexts. Furthermore, the use of AI-powered adaptive technologies developed based on cognitivist principles—such as neural cognitive diagnosis—can enhance learning personalization and instructional effectiveness. This study concludes that the synergy between cognitivist theory and Deep Learning can shape a more meaningful, reflective, and sustainable learning framework.
