Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di SMP Negeri 1 Sewon, khususnya pada nilai respect dan responsibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert sebagai instrumen utama. Sampel terdiri dari 111 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata respect siswa adalah 70 (SD = 7), dengan 42% siswa berada dalam kategori "sedang", dan 30% berada dalam kategori "rendah" dan "sangat rendah". Pada aspek responsibility, nilai rata-rata adalah 43 (SD = 3,5), dengan 46% siswa dalam kategori "sedang" dan 30% dalam kategori "rendah" dan "sangat rendah". Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai karakter cukup baik, tetapi belum merata di seluruh siswa. Disarankan penerapan model Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) serta program mentoring untuk memperkuat nilai karakter siswa. The Implementation of Character Values in Physical Education, Sports, and Health Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Sewon Abstract This study aims to evaluate the implementation of character values in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning at SMP Negeri 1 Sewon, focusing on respect and responsibility. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, using a Likert-scale questionnaire as the main instrument. The sample consisted of 111 eighth-grade students selected through proportional random sampling. The results showed an average respect score of 70 (SD = 7), with 42% in the "moderate" category and 30% in "low" and "very low" categories. For responsibility, the average score was 43 (SD = 3.5), with 46% in the "moderate" category and 30% in "low" and "very low" categories. These findings suggest that character values implementation is adequate but uneven. Recommendations include applying the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model and mentoring programs to enhance students' character values.

Abstract

Kapasitas VO2 Max merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai daya tahan aerobik atlet, khususnya dalam olahraga kickboxing yang membutuhkan kombinasi kekuatan, kecepatan, dan daya tahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat VO2 Max atlet kickboxing Provinsi Lampung sebagai persiapan menuju Pra-PON 2023. Sebanyak 24 atlet, terdiri atas 9 pria dan 15 wanita, menjalani Tes Lari Multistage 20 Meter (20-MST). Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata VO2 Max atlet pria adalah 43,2 ml/kg/menit (kategori "Kurang"), sementara atlet wanita adalah 35,4 ml/kg/menit (kategori "Cukup"). Hanya 2 atlet (8,3%) yang mencapai kategori "Baik." Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya program pelatihan intensif seperti High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aerobik. Selain itu, rekomendasi meliputi integrasi konsultasi gizi dan pemantauan kebugaran melalui teknologi wearable. Dengan implementasi strategi ini, diharapkan atlet dapat mencapai performa optimal pada Pra-PON 2023. Analysis of VO2 Max Capacity in Lampung Kickboxing Athletes for the 2023 Pra-PON Preparation Abstract VO2 Max capacity is a critical indicator of aerobic endurance in athletes, particularly in kickboxing, which requires a combination of strength, speed, and endurance. This study aimed to evaluate the VO2 Max levels of kickboxing athletes from Lampung Province in preparation for the 2023 Pre-National Sports Week (Pra-PON). A total of 24 athletes (9 males and 15 females) underwent the 20-Meter Shuttle Run Test (20-MST). The results showed that the average VO2 Max for male athletes was 43.2 ml/kg/min ("Poor" category), while for female athletes, it was 35.4 ml/kg/min ("Fair" category). Only 2 athletes (8.3%) reached the "Good" category. These findings emphasize the need for intensive training programs such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve aerobic capacity. Recommendations include integrating nutritional consultations and fitness monitoring through wearable technology. Implementing these strategies is expected to help athletes achieve optimal performance at the 2023 Pre-National Sports Week.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Chest Pass siswa kelas IX 6 SMP Negeri 16 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX 6 SMP Negeri 16 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan penilaian hasil belajar Chest Pass permainan bola basket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif yang didasarkan pada analisis kuantitatif dengan persentase Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh fakta penggunaan media target dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Chest Pass pada siswa kelas IX 6 SMP Negeri 16 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh peningkatan yang signifikan dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil belajar Chest pass pada pra siklus dalam katagori tuntas yaitu 47% atau 17 anak siswa. Hasil belajar Hasil belajar Chest pass pada siklus I dalam kategori tuntas yaitu 72% atau 26 siswa, dan Hasil belajar Chest pass siklus II dalam kategori tuntas yaitu 92% atau 33 siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran Chest Pass menggunakan media target meningkatkan hasil belajar Chest Pass siswa kelas IX 6 SMP Negeri 16 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Efforts To Improve Chest Pass Learning Out Comes Using Target Media In BasketBall Games Abstract This research aims to improve learning outcomes Chest Pass class IX 6 students at SMP Negeri 16 Palembang for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The data source for this research is 36 students in class IX 6 of SMP Negeri 16 Palembang for the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques using observation and assessment of learning outcomes Chest Pass basketball game. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive based on quantitative analysis with percentages. Based on the research results, it is clear that the use of target media can improve learning outcomes. Chest Pass for class IX 6 students at SMP Negeri 16 Palembang for the 2024/2025 academic year. From the results of the analysis, significant improvements were obtained from pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. Learning outcomes Chest pass in the pre-cycle in the complete category, namely 47% or 17 students. Learning outcomes Learning outcomes Chest pass in cycle I in the complete category, namely 72% or 26 students, and learning outcomes Chest pass cycle II in the complete category, namely 92% or 33 students. The conclusion of this research is the application of Chest Pass learning using media target improve learning outcomes Chest Pass class IX 6 students at SMP Negeri 16 Palembang for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh lingkungan sosial, fasilitas, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kesadaran berolahraga anak binaan di Sentra Paramita Mataram. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan 10 anak binaan sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak binaan hanya berolahraga sesuai jadwal panti, sementara lainnya memiliki inisiatif mandiri. Hambatan utama partisipasi meliputi rasa malas dan rendahnya motivasi. Dukungan dari pengasuh dan fasilitas yang memadai berdampak positif namun kurang efektif dalam membangun motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya program olahraga yang mengedukasi anak binaan tentang manfaat olahraga dan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik melalui pendekatan sosial dan penghargaan. Rekomendasi utama adalah pengembangan program olahraga terstruktur yang melibatkan kegiatan tim dan dukungan teman sebaya. Awareness and Motivation of Foster Children toward Sports at Sentra Paramita Mataram Abstract The aim of this study is to understand the influence of social environment, facilities, and intrinsic motivation on the sports awareness of children at Sentra Paramita Mataram. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, employing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques, with 10 children as the research subjects. The findings reveal that most children only engage in sports according to the schedule set by the institution, while others exhibit independent initiative. The main barriers to participation include laziness and low motivation. Support from caregivers and adequate facilities have a positive impact, but are less effective in fostering intrinsic motivation. This study concludes that there is a need for an educational sports program that informs children about the benefits of physical activity and enhances intrinsic motivation through social approaches and rewards. The primary recommendation is the development of a structured sports program that involves team activities and peer support.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmaniĀ  di sekolah tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter positif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana sinergi antara aspek fisik dan moral dalam pendidikan jasmani dapat membangun nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, kerjasama, sportivitas, dan ketangguhan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah menengah di Kecamatan Belo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter secara efektif, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan fasilitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan jasmani dapat berfungsi sebagai media yang efektif untuk membentuk karakter siswa secara holistik. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan kurikulum berbasis karakter dan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan integrasi nilai-nilai moral dalam pendidikan jasmani. Fostering Positive Character through Physical Education in Schools: A Synergy between Physical and Moral Development Abstract Physical education in schools is not only aimed at improving physical fitness but also plays a crucial role in shaping students' positive character. This study explores how the synergy between physical and moral aspects in physical education can foster values such as discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis in several secondary schools in Belo District. The findings indicate that physical education effectively instills character values, despite challenges such as limited instructional time and inadequate facilities. The study concludes that physical education serves as an effective medium for holistic character development. Recommendations include strengthening character-based curricula and providing teacher training to enhance the integration of moral values in physical education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine differences in student sport culture between urban and rural schools in Papua, focusing on cultural perceptions of the body, participation rates, and physical education curriculum implementation. A quantitative survey method was employed, involving 100 students, with 50 from urban schools and 50 from rural schools. Data were analyzed using t-tests and multiple linear regression. The results show that urban students and teachers had more positive perceptions of physical education, with mean scores of 4.2 and 4.5, compared to 3.5 and 3.8 in rural schools (t = 5.67, p < 0.001). Daily participation rates were higher among urban students (40%) compared to rural students (20%). Urban students were primarily motivated by health benefits (50%), while rural students were motivated by recreational and social aspects (40%). Recommendations include developing culturally relevant curricula, improving rural school infrastructure, providing teacher training, fostering community involvement, and integrating technology to enhance access and participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar siswa kelas I SDN Wanasari 13 melalui penerapan metode permainan bola kaki dan bola tangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus melibatkan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan motorik kasar siswa. Pada tahap pratindakan, tingkat ketuntasan siswa hanya mencapai 31,25%. Setelah siklus I, persentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 43,75%, dan pada siklus II mencapai 75%. Peningkatan ini dipengaruhi oleh partisipasi aktif siswa, peran guru sebagai fasilitator, serta desain aktivitas permainan yang menarik dan bervariasi. Kesimpulannya, metode permainan bola efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup integrasi permainan bola ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani, pelatihan guru, dan penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai di sekolah. Improving Gross Motor Skills through Football and Handball Games in Students of SDN Wanasari 13, Bekasi Regency Abstract This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of first-grade students at SDN Wanasari 13 through the implementation of football and handball games. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of two cycles. Each cycle included the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' gross motor skills. In the pre-action stage, the students' proficiency rate was only 31.25%. After Cycle I, it increased to 43.75%, and by Cycle II, it reached 75%. This improvement was influenced by active student participation, the role of teachers as facilitators, and well-structured, engaging game activities. In conclusion, ball games proved effective in enhancing students' gross motor skills. The study recommends integrating ball games into the physical education curriculum, training teachers, and improving school facilities to support these activities.
