Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen public relations (PR) dalam program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) untuk community development dan corporate social innovation (CSI). Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi empat tahapan PR—finding the fact and defining the problem, planning and programming, taking action and communication, dan evaluating the program. PT SIER mengimplementasikan CSR dengan tipe community relations, community service, dan community empowerment yang mencakup pemberdayaan UMKM, pembangunan infrastruktur, dan pelatihan digital marketing. Namun, tahap penyadaran pada community development belum optimal karena absennya social mapping. Tahap pengkapasitasan melibatkan pemberian dana dan pelatihan, sedangkan pendayaan difokuskan pada kolaborasi internasional seperti business matching. Program CSR PT SIER juga mengadopsi prinsip CSI: kolaborasi multisektoral dengan pemerintah dan mitra strategis; inovasi berkelanjutan dalam pelatihan digital dan water recycle; serta penyelarasan dengan bisnis untuk menciptakan nilai bersama (shared value). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR PT SIER memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian masyarakat. Namun, peningkatan sistem monitoring jangka panjang dan penguatan social mapping diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam studi CSR berbasis community development dan praktik inovasi sosial perusahaan. This study analyzes the public relations (PR) management in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) focusing on community development and corporate social innovation (CSI). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research explores the four stages of PR management—finding the fact and defining the problem, planning and programming, taking action and communication, and evaluating the program. PT SIER implements CSR through community relations, community service, and community empowerment programs, which include MSME empowerment, infrastructure development, and digital marketing training. However, the awareness stage in community development remains suboptimal due to the absence of social mapping. The capacity-building stage involves funding and training, while the empowerment stage emphasizes international collaboration, such as business matching. PT SIER's CSR program also adopts CSI principles: multisectoral collaboration with governments and strategic partners, sustainable innovation through digital training and water recycling, and business alignment to create shared value. The findings show that PT SIER's CSR programs enhance the capacity and independence of the community. However, improvements in long-term monitoring systems and formal social mapping are required to ensure program sustainability. This study contributes theoretically to CSR practices based on community development and corporate social innovation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the communication patterns of Silverbird drivers in providing services to passengers, focusing on the application of the 5S Standard (Salam, Sapa, Senyum, Sopan, Selamat) and reward and punishment-based performance evaluation. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature review of drivers in the Ciputat Pool. The results showed that communication is structured in three stages: pre-trip (route confirmation and luggage assistance), on-trip (passenger-initiated interaction), and post-trip (contact exchange for loyalty). The 5S standard is key in ensuring ethical communication, while rigorous evaluation covers four aspects: service, accidents, working days, and tenure bonus. Critical findings highlighted that 70% of passenger complaints were related to SOP violations, especially fleet cleanliness and driver appearance. Reward systems such as “Dedicated Car” cars for high-performing drivers and punishment (relegation to Bluebird Taxi) are effective in maintaining a premium image. Key barriers include language differences (particularly Mandarin) and passive feedback from passengers. The research recommends the development of intercultural communication training, integration of real-time feedback through the MyBluebird app, and transparency in coach evaluation. Academic implications emphasize the need for further studies on the impact of nonverbal communication (fleet cleanliness, appearance) on customer loyalty and perception of foreign passengers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana akun TikTok @dhannicha dimanfaatkan sebagai media edukasi komunikasi keluarga, khususnya dalam membantu orang tua mengelola temper tantrum anak melalui regulasi emosi yang sehat. Studi ini menganalisis pola komunikasi keluarga dengan orientasi percakapan dan gaya pengasuhan otoritatif yang ditampilkan dalam konten tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif untuk memahami bagaimana konten tersebut mendukung edukasi parenting yang responsif dan empatik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal berperan penting dalam membangun interaksi yang responsif dan empatik antara orang tua dan anak. Validasi emosi membantu anak mengenali serta memahami perasaannya, sementara arahan konstruktif dan batasan perilaku memberikan struktur yang mendukung pengendalian emosi secara adaptif. Selain itu, bentuk komunikasi non-verbal seperti kontak fisik memperkuat ikatan emosional dan menciptakan rasa aman bagi anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa TikTok bukan hanya platform hiburan, tetapi juga dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana edukasi parenting yang interaktif, praktis, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan keluarga modern. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi orang tua dan praktisi pendidikan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial dalam membangun pola asuh yang lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan emosional anak. This study explores how @dhannicha's TikTok account is utilized as an educational medium for family communication, particularly in helping parents manage children's temper tantrums through healthy emotion regulation. This study analyzes family communication patterns with a conversational orientation and authoritative parenting style displayed in the content. This research uses qualitative content analysis method to understand how the content supports responsive and empathic parenting education. The results show that a combination of verbal and non-verbal communication plays an important role in building responsive and empathic interactions between parents and children. Emotion validation helps children recognize and understand their feelings, while constructive directives and behavioral boundaries provide a structure that supports adaptive emotional control. In addition, non-verbal forms of communication such as physical contact  strengthen emotional bonds and create a sense of security for children. This study highlights that TikTok is not merely an entertainment platform but also serves as an interactive, practical, and relevant parenting education tool for modern families. hese findings offer valuable insights for parents and educational practitioners regarding the utilization of social media in fostering a more responsive parenting approach to children's emotional development.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini tentang strategi koordinasi Satgas Halal Sumatera Barat. Tujuannya, untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis koordinasi internal (vertikal/horizontal) dan eksternal (diagonal) Satgas Halal Sumbar. Signifikansi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya strategi koordinasi menurut kendali organisasi Tompkins dan Cheney (1987) yang sederhana untuk diterapkan bagi Satgas Halal sumbar. Relevansinya adalah Satgas Halal Sumbar sedang memiliki kelemahan struktur organisasi, minim SDM Ahli, minim pelatihan koordinasi dan tidak diberi kewenangan anggaran. Maka dibutuhkan 4 konsep kendali unobstrusive, sosialisasi, identifikasi organisasi dan kendali konsertif dalam pelaksanaan koordinasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT yang melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis SWOT ini krusial untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi dalam pengembangan perencanaan strategis Satgas Halal Sumbar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Satgas Halal Sumbar belum optimal dalam mengarahkan perilaku anggotanya untuk meningkatkan level kualitas koordinasinya. BPJPH dan satgas Halal Sumbar masih dominan menerapkan pola komunikasi organisasi yang sentralistik. Sedangkan penerapan kendali organisasi Tompskins & Cheney (1987) masih minim. Implikasinya, Satgas Halal masih belum dapat bertindak otonom dalam menjalankan fungsi koordinasi, edukasi, pengawasan dan administrasi. Konsekuensinya, Satgas Halal Sumbar masih kurang menerapkan komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam koordinasinya. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan kelemahan strategi koordinasi Satgas Halal Sumbar lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan kekuatan dan peluangnya. The focus of this research is on the coordination strategy of the West Sumatra Halal Task Force. The aim is to find out how the internal (vertical/horizontal) and external (diagonal) coordination analysis of the West Sumatra Halal Task Force is carried out. The significance of this research is the importance of coordination strategies according to Tompkins and Cheney (1987) organizational control which are simple to apply for the West Sumatra Halal Task Force. The relevance is that the West Sumatra Halal Task Force currently has a weak organizational structure, minimal expert human resources, minimal coordination training and is not given budgetary authority. So four concepts of unobtrusive control, socialization, organizational identification and concertive control are needed in the implementation of coordination. The method used is qualitative with a SWOT analysis approach which involves collecting primary and secondary data. This SWOT analysis is crucial for knowing the results of the evaluation in developing strategic planning for the West Sumatra Halal Task Force. The research results show that the West Sumatra Halal Task Force has not been optimal in directing the behavior of its members to increase the level of quality of coordination. BPJPH and the West Sumatra Halal task force still predominantly apply centralized organizational communication patterns. Meanwhile, the implementation of organizational control by Tompskins & Cheney (1987) is still minimal. The implication is that the Halal Task Force is still unable to act autonomously in carrying out coordination, education, supervision and administration functions. As a consequence, the West Sumatra Halal Task Force still lacks effective interpersonal communication in its coordination. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the weaknesses of the West Sumatra Halal Task Force's coordination strategy are more dominant than its strengths and opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh laporan kendala dalam penggunaan aplikasi M-Paspor yang menghambat efektivitas pelayanan keimigrasian, terutama dalam penyampaian informasi sebagai bagian dari komunikasi pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi penyedia layanan dalam menyampaikan informasi serta strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pengguna aplikasi M-Paspor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pelayanan publik Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Pemalang telah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna terhadap layanan digital. Sosialisasi seperti pada acara Car Free Day terbukti membantu masyarakat memahami prosedur M-Paspor, optimalisasi media sosial pada instagram efektif dalam menyebarkan informasi dan menjawab kendala pengguna melalui komentar atau Direct Message (DM), komunikasi responsif petugas berperan dalam menangani kendala teknis, tetapi tantangan utama seperti gangguan sistem masih menjadi hambatan bagi pengguna. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan stabilitas aplikasi serta koordinasi lebih erat antara petugas Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Pemalang dan pengelola aplikasi untuk mengoptimalkan layanan digital ini. This research is motivated by reports of obstacles in the use of the M-Passport application that hinder the effectiveness of immigration services, especially in the delivery of information as part of public service communication. This research aims to analyze the role of service provider communication in delivering information as well as the strategies used to improve interaction with M-Passport application users. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the public service communication of the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Pemalang has contributed to increasing user understanding of digital services. Socialization such as at Car Free Day events has proven to help people understand the M-Passport procedure, optimization of social media on Instagram is effective in disseminating information and answering user constraints through comments or Direct Messages (DM), responsive communication of officers plays a role in handling technical obstacles, but major challenges such as system disruptions are still an obstacle for users. Therefore, it is necessary to improve application stability as well as closer coordination between Pemalang Class I Non TPI Immigration Office officers and application managers to optimize this digital service.

Abstract

Film sebagai media komunikasi, digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat. Film Dua Hati Biru yang menimbulkan pro dan kontra dalam isu yang diangkat mengenai Gender Role Reversal, terlihat melalui review di Instagram, X, Tiktok, maupun YouTube. Penceritaan dalam film Dua Hati Biru yang menangkap konsep dari Gender Role Reversal digambarkan melalui peran Bima sebagai suami yang mengurus anak dan rumah tangganya, sedangkan Dara sebagai istri yang bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yang berfokus membahas mengenai penerimaan masyarakat terkait konsep Gender Role Reversal melalui analisis resepsi dari Stuart Hall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif paradigma konstruktivisme yang digunakan untuk melihat pengalaman terhadap fakta dari subjek yang diteliti. Data diambil melalui wawancara secara mendalam, dengan subjek penelitian generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, informasi tersebar dalam tiga posisi khalayak yaitu dominant-hegemonic position atau khalayak yang menyetujui konsep dari Gender Role Reversal, negotiated position atau khlayak menerima dengan syarat dan memahaminya sesuai dengan kepercayaan dan keyakinan masing-masing, dan oppositional position atau khalayak menolak dan memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terhadap pesan yang disampaikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat informan posisi dominant-hegemonic position atau menyetujui konsep Gender Role Reversal, karena menganggap perempuan harus memiliki sikap independent, sedangkan informan negotiated position memiliki pandangan yang tidak menerima sepenuhnya paham Gender Role Reversal, dan opposition position yang memiliki pandangan menolak karena laki-laki harus bertanggung jawab terhadap keluarga. Pandangan informan dalam menentukan pilihannya, tentu dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman, perbedaan latar belakang, sosial, dan budaya yang dianut. Film as a communication medium is used to convey messages to the public. The film Dua Hati Biru which raises pros and cons in the issue raised regarding Gender Role Reversal, can be seen through reviews on Instagram, X, Tiktok, and YouTube. The storytelling in the film Dua Hati Biru which captures the concept of Gender Role Reversal is depicted through the role of Bima as a husband who takes care of his children and household, while Dara as a wife who works to meet her needs. This study has an objective that focuses on discussing public acceptance of the concept of Gender Role Reversal through Stuart Hall's reception analysis. This study uses a qualitative method of the constructivism paradigm which is used to see the experience of the facts of the subjects studied. Data was taken through in-depth interviews, with generation Z research subjects. The results of the study show that information is spread in three audience positions, namely the dominant-hegemonic position or the audience who agrees with the concept of Gender Role Reversal, negotiated position or the audience accepts with conditions and understands it according to their respective beliefs and beliefs, and oppositional position or the audience rejects and has different views on the message conveyed. The conclusion of this study shows that there are informants in the dominant-hegemonic position or agree with the concept of Gender Role Reversal, because they think that women must have an independent attitude, while informants in the negotiated position have a view that does not fully accept the concept of Gender Role Reversal, and opposition positions that have a view that rejects it because men must be responsible for the family. The informant's view in determining their choice is certainly influenced by experience, differences in background, social, and culture that are adopted

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan graphic medicine, khususnya komik, untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komik, dengan kombinasi elemen visual dan narasi, secara efektif mengomunikasikan topik kesehatan yang kompleks dengan cara yang sensitif terhadap budaya dan menarik. Menggunakan metode analisis konten kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji konten Instagram dari Taulebih, sebuah organisasi nirlaba yang berfokus pada edukasi kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tangkapan layar komik dan dilengkapi dengan literatur yang relevan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas komik dalam menyederhanakan informasi medis yang kompleks, membangun koneksi emosional melalui karakter yang relatable, serta menggunakan bahasa dan visual yang sesuai dengan budaya. Elemen-elemen ini secara efektif mengangkat topik kesehatan yang sensitif, seperti endometriosis dan HIV/AIDS, dengan menantang kesalahpahaman serta mendorong edukasi kesehatan sejak dini.Komik tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman pesan, tetapi juga mendorong perilaku kesehatan yang proaktif, termasuk berkonsultasi dengan tenaga medis dan menormalkan diskusi tentang kesehatan reproduksi.Studi ini menekankan potensi graphic medicine dalam merevolusi pendidikan kesehatan, terutama bagi audiens muda dan individu dengan literasi kesehatan yang rendah, dengan menggabungkan aksesibilitas, keterkaitan, dan relevansi budaya. This study explores the use of graphic medicine, specifically comics, to enhance adolescents' health literacy regarding reproductive health in Indonesia. The research aims to analyze how comics, with their combination of visual elements and narrative, effectively communicate complex health topics in a culturally sensitive and engaging manner. Using qualitative content analysis, the study examined Instagram content from Taulebih, a non-profit organization focused on sexual and reproductive health education. Data were collected through screenshots of comics and supplemented with relevant literature. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of comics in simplifying complex medical information, fostering emotional connections through relatable characters, and using culturally appropriate language and visuals. These elements effectively address sensitive health topics, such as endometriosis and HIV/AIDS, by challenging misconceptions and promoting early health education. Comics not only improve message comprehension but also encourage proactive health behaviors, including consulting medical professionals and normalizing discussions on reproductive health. This study underscores the potential of graphic medicine to revolutionize health education, particularly among young audiences and those with lower health literacy, by combining accessibility, relatability, and cultural relevance.

Abstract

Fatherless adalah kondisi ketika seorang ayah tidak hadir dalam kehidupan seorang anak. Fenomena ini sedang ramai dibahas di media sosial, sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya peran ayah. Salah satu konten kreator parenting dengan perspektif ayah adalah Babehnya Seiji (@babeheji). Akun Instagram ini menampilkan kesehariannya sebagai ayah yang aktif dalam pengasuhan anak, menarik perhatian banyak masyarakat sekaligus memicu pro-kontra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan Generasi Z terhadap peran ayah dalam parenting melalui konten akun @babeheji, serta bagaimana mereka menafsirkan dan memaknai konten tersebut dalam konteks nilai-nilai pengasuhan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis resepsi Stuart Hall. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas informan menerima konsep peran ayah dalam pengasuhan, meskipun ada yang masih tergolong dalam posisi negosiasi akibat keterbatasan waktu ayah bersama anak. Babeh Eji menjadi inspirasi parenting modern bagi Generasi Z, mengubah peran ayah dari sekadar pencari nafkah menjadi aktif dalam pengasuhan anak.  Fatherless is a condition when a father is not present in a child's life. This phenomenon is being widely discussed on social media, increasing public awareness of the importance of fathers. One parenting content creator with a father's perspective is Babehnya Seiji (@babeheji). This Instagram account displays his daily life as a father who is active in childcare, attracting the attention of many people while triggering pros and cons. This study aims to determine Generation Z's acceptance of the role of fathers in parenting through the content of the @babeheji account, as well as how they interpret and interpret the content in the context of family parenting values. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Stuart Hall's reception analysis method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results showed that the majority of informants accepted the concept of the father's role in parenting, although some were still in a negotiation position due to the limited time of the father with the child. Babeh Eji is an inspiration for modern parenting for Generation Z, changing the role of fathers from mere breadwinners to being active in childcare.

Abstract

Media sosial merupakan platfrom daring, dimana pengguna dapat dengan mudah berpartisipasi dan berbagi termasuk berita negatif yang apat mempengaruhi citra individu atau kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara terpaan berita negatif dengan brand image NCT 127 di media sosial X, dalam kasus mantan anggota boy group tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dalam pendekatannya, yaitu dengan menggunakan teori penilaian sosial untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengikut NCT 127 di media sosial X dapat menerima atau menolak informasi negatif berdasarkan sikap awal mereka terhadap grup tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menambah wawasan mengenai studi brand image dalam industri hiburan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan menggunakan teknik sampling non-probabilitas sampel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online, dan menggunakan Uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,012 yang berarti variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan cenderung negatif, Penelitian ini menemukan bahwasanya meskipun terdapat korelasi negatif antara terpaan berita negatif dengan brand image NCT 127, hubungan tersebut sangat lemah sehingga dampak tidak signifikan terhadap citra boygroup secara keseluruhan Social media is an online platform, where users can easily participate and share including negative news that can affect the image of an individual or group. This study aims to determine the correlation between negative news exposure and NCT 127's brand image on social media X, in the case of former boy group members. This research is novel in its approach, which uses social appraisal theory to analyze how NCT 127 followers on social media X may accept or reject negative information based on their initial attitude towards the group. In addition, this research contributes by adding insight into the study of brand image in the entertainment industry. This research uses an associative quantitative approach and uses a non-probability sample sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires online, and using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Based on the calculation results, the correlation coefficient value is -0.012, which means that the variables have a weak relationship and tend to be negative. This study found that although there is a negative correlation between negative news exposure and NCT 127's brand image, the relationship is so weak that it has an insignificant impact on the boy group's overall image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta di era Anies Baswedan sebagai Gubernur dalam pemulihan kualitas udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui berbagai kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dalam memulihkan kualitas udara di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dibunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data-data yang digunakan yakni melalui media online nasional, artikel ilmiah serta dokumen terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran udara di Jakarta terutama disebabkan oleh tingginya jumlah kendaraan bermotor. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah menerapkan sejumlah kebijakan, seperti pengendalian transportasi, penerapan pajak karbon, uji emisi kendaraan, dan dorongan terhadap transformasi energi. Meskipun kebijakan tersebut dirancang secara komprehensif, implementasinya menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Tantangan utama mencakup biaya pelaksanaan yang tinggi, terbatasnya infrastruktur pendukung seperti stasiun pengisian kendaraan listrik (SPKLU), serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam uji emisi dan penggunaan transportasi umum. Pandemi COVID-19 turut memperburuk keadaan dengan mendorong masyarakat kembali menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Dengan demikian maka keberhasilan pelaksanaan kebijakan pemulihan kualitas udara di Jakarta membutuhkan dukungan anggaran yang memadai, kesadaran publik, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. This research focuses on the efforts of the Jakarta Provincial Government in the Anies Baswedan era as governor in restoring air quality. The purpose of this research is to find out the various policies carried out by the government in restoring air quality in Jakarta. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data used is from national online media, scientific articles, and other related documents. The results show that air pollution in Jakarta is mainly caused by the high number of motorized vehicles. To address this problem, the government implemented a number of policies, such as transportation control, carbon tax implementation, vehicle emission testing, and encouragement of energy transformation. Although the policies are comprehensively designed, their implementation faces various challenges. The main challenges include high implementation costs, limited supporting infrastructure such as electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU), and low public participation in emission testing and use of public transportation. The COVID-19 pandemic has also worsened the situation by encouraging people to return to using private vehicles. Thus, the successful implementation of air quality recovery policies in Jakarta requires adequate budget support, public awareness, and cross-sector collaboration.
