Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital marketing on consumer interest in buying " Subeng Klasik". " Subeng Klasik " is one type of traditional Indonesian jewelry, especially earrings (giwang) which are commonly used in Javanese, Balinese, and several other regions. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a multiple linear regression analysis method. Respondents in this study were Instagram users who knew the Subeng Klasik product, totaling 100 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study are as follows; (1) Digital Marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest of Subeng Klasik products; (2) Brand Awareness partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest of Subeng Klasik products. The coefficient value of Brand Awareness is greater than Digital Marketing, which indicates that Brand Awareness has a relatively greater influence on Purchase Interest than Digital Marketing; (3) Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest of Subeng Klasik products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of personal selling, advertising, and service quality on consumer buying interest in OPPO mobile phones at Halup Cell Store Berau. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents. The results showed that personal selling and service quality had a significant partial effect on buying interest, while advertising did not. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out and analyze the Influence of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on Consumer Loyalty in Ms Glow Skincare Products in Berau Regency. This study was conducted on 85 Ms Glow skincare users in Berau Regency as respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tools used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, T Test and F Test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of the T Test show that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and price partially have a significant effect on the variables of consumer loyalty. Then based on the F test, it is known that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the variables of consumer loyalty. Then, based on the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.796 (79.6%). This illustrates that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price are able to influence the Consumer Loyalty variable in Ms Glow skincare products in Berau Regency by 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% is explained by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Employees at the Wajo Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office are one of the public bureaucracies at the Regency/City level carrying out service functions to the community, according to the results of initial observations show that the implementation of management functions and employee work creativity is still not optimal, especially related to the implementation of management functions in terms of implementation (creating a dynamic work atmosphere/making the best use of time). This research was conducted to determine the effect of the application of management functions on the work creativity of employees at the Wajo Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office. The research population is all employees at the Wajo Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office using a survey research type with a quantitative associative approach.The results of this study show that the variables of management functions, based on respondents' responses are at the very good criteria, and the work creativity variables are at the good criteria. Based on the results of statistical testing, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that the implementation of management functions had a positive and significant effect on the work creativity of employees at the Wajo Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital marketing in enhancing the competitive advantage of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, with a focus on Yohana Kitchen in Jakarta. In the digital age, the utilization of social media and digital platforms has become a critical marketing strategy to broaden consumer reach and improve product visibility. A qualitative research method was employed, involving direct observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner. The results reveal that the strategic use of social media, websites, and online food delivery platforms significantly contributes to increased sales and customer loyalty. Digital marketing initiatives such as engaging content creation, targeted paid advertisements, and interactive customer engagement have proven effective in strengthening the business's market position. The findings underscore that digital marketing functions not merely as a promotional tool, but as a fundamental pillar in fostering competitiveness and sustainable growth for MSMEs in the highly dynamic culinary industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee work productivity at Pucuk Jaya Limited Liability Company (PT) Batu Engau District, Paser Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at PT. Pucuk Jaya Batu Engau District, Paser Regency, totaling 153 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample taken by the researcher was 25% x 153, the result was 38.25 rounded up to 38 respondents. The techniques used in calculating data analysis in this study were validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test. The test results show that the work stress variable has an effect on employee work productivity, this is proven by the calculated t value of 8.507 with a significant value of 0.05>0.000 when compared to the t table value of 1.68830, then the calculated t> t table is (8.507>1.68830).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Paser Regency. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) consisting of 31 people at the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Paser Regency. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, namely the entire population was used as a sample. The sample in this study was 31 people. The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique used in this study was by observation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that education (X1) obtained a t count of 0.227 with a significant level of 0.882 and when compared with the t table of 2.04841, then the t count < t table of 0.227 < 2.04841, which means that the education variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) (Y) because H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. For training (X2) obtained a t count of 6.038 with a significant level of 0.000 and when compared with the t table of 2.04841, then the t count > t table or 6.038 > 2.04841, which means that the training variable (X2) has a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (Y) because H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how the capital structure affects the company's financial performance during the period 2020 to 2024. In this case, the capital structure is evaluated through two main indicators, namely the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Meanwhile, financial performance is evaluated based on two important measures: Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The approach used in this research is quantitative with a combination of descriptive and verification analysis. The data source comes from the annual financial reports of six Indofood subsidiaries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To test the relationship between variables, multiple linear regression evaluation is used which is equipped with a classical assumption test to ensure the validity of the model used. From the evaluation results, it was found that the capital structure has a significant impact on financial performance, both when tested as a whole and per indicator. DER shows a positive relationship with ROE, which means that the greater the debt to equity ratio, the higher the potential profit obtained by shareholders. Conversely, DAR turns out to have a negative relationship with ROA. This shows that the greater the proportion of debt to total assets, the company's efficiency in generating profits tends to decrease. The conclusion of this finding highlights the importance of the right capital structure management strategy. Companies need to maintain a balance between the use of debt and equity in order to increase profitability without reducing overall operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive guide for Master's students in Accounting in conducting a mini research project on the influence of religiosity and stewardship values on learning motivation, as well as their implications for professional ethics. The guide includes a strong theoretical framework, a questionnaire-based quantitative research methodology, and relevant data analysis techniques. Religiosity, as the internalization of religious values, and stewardship values, as an orientation toward collective interests, are hypothesized to influence students’ learning motivation. The learning motivation shaped by these internal values is then analyzed in terms of its implications for the development of professional ethics among accountants. By adopting a multidisciplinary approach and adhering to research ethics standards, this study is expected to contribute significantly to the understanding of character and integrity development in accounting education.

Abstract

The high level of turnover intention is a serious challenge for organizations in maintaining quality human resources. This phenomenon not only impacts organizational stability, but also reduces overall employee performance and productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is a scientific approach that systematically examines phenomena in a sample and population by using numerically measured data and analyzed using statistical procedures. The population in this study were all employees of PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators. The sampling technique was carried out using Non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling with a total sample of 50 respondents. The results of the hypothesis show that Workload, Stress and Work Environment together have a significant and positive influence on Turnover Intention. In other words, if these three factors decrease, the tendency of employees to leave the company will also decrease. Conversely, an increase in workload, stress levels and unsupportive work environment conditions will encourage increased employee intention to leave the company. The results of this study indicate that the three aspects simultaneously contribute significantly in influencing employee decisions regarding turnover intention, so that the management of the three is an important key in an effort to reduce the level of employee turnover at PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators.
