Abstract

The development of information technology is one of the tools that can be used to convey information and exchange data. The world of education really needs a solution in promoting it according to the school's targets and goals. An effective and efficient education marketing strategy will have a very good feedback impact on schools because the school's image is easily recognized by students. One form of utilizing information technology that can be used is the maximum utilization of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and also TikTok. This media is often used by consumers, especially students, to be able to find information according to their wishes. Conventional marketing can also be applied on an ongoing basis, such as brochures, banners, billboards, etc. to maintain direct social interaction. The use of social media as a promotional platform is expected to be able to solve problems faced by partners in the world of education and meet needs according to the desired target, supported by competent human resources and facilities to support ongoing activities. The implementation of mentoring activities for partners is carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method in order to be able to establish openness, trust and understand perceptions, attitudes and experiences of problems faced by partners in carrying out promotions, which is then followed by direct assistance and training in the use of social media applications.

Abstract

Branding is the process of creating, building, and maintaining an image or identity for a product, service, organization, or even individual consumers. The main purpose of branding is to differentiate an entity from its competitors and create a unique and memorable positive perception among consumers. One of the benefits that will be obtained is to increase sales and image of MSMEs. The method used is a qualitative method by (1) conducting interviews and discussions (2) conducting mentoring and training (3) conducting monitoring related to mentoring. As a result of this activity, Sandalku Handmade MSMEs can successfully create a strong brand identity and distinguish themselves from their competitors. Through this branding activity, Sandalku Handmade SMEs are expected to be able to utilize social media platforms to build brand image and succeed in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Indonesia is a nation that prepares its human resources to face the times. Many preparatory efforts have been made, one of which is the numeracy literacy movement since 2016. As a form of support for the numeracy literacy movement, this community service aims to improve the numeracy literacy skills of students through Himatika Mengajar activities. The participants are MA As Salafiyah Mlangi students who are also santris from several Islamic boarding schools in the Mlangi area, Sleman. The method used in this service is the habituation of numeracy literacy-based questions. The result of this service is that santris become familiar with numeracy literacy-based problems and provide insight for santris to apply numeracy literacy skills in everyday life.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) are chronic diseases with a long duration with a generally slow healing process or control of clinical conditions. Unhealthy lifestyles such as uncontrolled diet, lack of physical activity, and smoking habits contribute to the increase in the prevalence of NCDs worldwide. Diabetes mellitus is a type of PTM that now infects many people starting from their teenage years. Therefore, this community service was carried out as an initial screening effort related to the health condition of adolescents and young people in Wonorejo hamlet through a series of basic examinations including measurements of height and weight, blood pressure, blood glucose levels at the time, uric acid levels, and blood group tests. Most of the health examinations of adolescents and young people show results within the normal range. This results that the health condition of ORMAMI members is healthy and in the same. This activity is important to be carried out continuously as a preventive measure against various types of diseases.

Abstract

The marine and fisheries subsector is one of the development subsectors based on natural resources and environmental services. The strength of this sector, contained in its economic potential, should be optimized to become a pillar of the nation's competitive advantage in economic development and people's prosperity. Fishermen, fishing activities, and managing marine resources, are not only routine activities with the sole focus on the family economy, but are also placed as a whole that gives meaning to life and life at large. In this framework, fishermen place their fishing activities in the context of their cultural values. Fishermen's knowledge is accumulated in history and experience through the process of socialization, activities and roles of stewardship that are inherited or transferred to the next generation. The marine and fisheries subsector is one of the development subsectors based on natural resources and environmental services.

Abstract

Mobile journalism skills are one of the important skills for the Magelang District Children's Forum (Fornagel) because of their active role as pioneers for fulfilling children's rights in the local area. In carrying out its role, Fornagel creates educational and informative messages that are distributed via Instagram and Youtube. These messages relate to the dangers of drugs, bullying, knowledge of pre-marital sexuality, and so on. This training aims to improve the ability of Fornagel management to use smartphones and social media to report social and cultural issues with journalistic principles. The method used to achieve this goal is the socialization and practice of mobile journalism which targets the ability to use communication technology in journalistic activities. The results of this community service activity show that there is an increase in knowledge and skills in using communication technology to carry out journalistic activities to support Fornagel's pioneering role.

Abstract

This aarticle is motivated by how the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, the role of administration in improving administrative services there are 3 main points, namely: 1) Serving the implementation of operative work to achieve the goals of an organization 2) Providing information -information for the superiors of the leadership of the Organization so that they can make decisions or take appropriate actions 3) Assisting the smooth development of the organization as a whole. As for administrative services, namely an effort provided by the school to students to be more optimal and all joint efforts to utilize resources, both personal and material, effectively and efficiently in order to optimally support the achievement of goals. This study aims to determine the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. In this study, this study used several data collection techniques, including interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri that administrative staff plays an active role in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, but because there are still many things that need to be learned so that developments in its administrative services developed gradually.

Abstract

This service activity examines "Efforts to Improve Village Cleanliness in the Prevention of COVID-19 in Pilobuhuta Village, Batudaa District. This research focuses on  the community by cleaning up garbage on the highway and around people's homes. Thus, the existence of KKS-DR student IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo who was placed in the village to provide moral and physical assistance in Pilobuhuta Village with the theme of improving village cleanliness in preventing covid19. The activities carried out by KKS-DR Students in Pilobuhuta village are making trash cans from bamboo and hamlet barriers. Community service activities carried out for 45 days by KKS-DR Student IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, are very helpful for the community in carrying out activities every day, especially as students who have the duty to run and devote themselves to the community. In the implementation of this service activity, researchers carry out three stages, namely; Planning Stage, Organizing Stage, and Action Stage. The impact of this service activity is very positive for the community because it gives birth to socio-economic, socio-hygenic, and psycho-social impacts.

Abstract

Salted eggs are one of the most popular egg processing products in South Kalimantan. The purpose of making salted eggs is to remove the fishy taste and increase the shelf life of eggs. UKM Salted Egg 'Gold' Martapura is one of the salted egg producers in the region. Even though UKM 'Gold' Martapura Salted Egg already has a P-IRT permit, the permit has expired. Some of the problems faced by these SMEs include high ash prices, volatility in the base price of eggs, the lack of quality assurance for salted egg production, and product marketing management that is not yet optimal. The proposed solution is to increase sales profits by reducing production costs and improving the quality of the final product. In addition, it is necessary to increase insight into product innovation and the use of promotional media such as attractive label designs and unique marketing strategies. The results of implementing this solution show an increase in salted egg production, a decrease in production costs by utilizing palm ash which is available free of charge throughout the season, an increase in the overall quality and nutritional content of the product, and an increase in selling value through the renewal of salted egg packaging. Thus, it can be concluded that this program is very helpful for the development of the 'Golden' Salted Egg UKM business in the business they have run

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to strengthen village institutions in supporting development programs in Doplang Tourism Village. With the formulation of the problem in this study is how to model village institutional strengthening in supporting development programs in Doplang Tourism Village. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods in this study were literature studies, interviews, field observations, and taking photos/documentation with the data sources in this study using primary data and secondary data. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. If seen from the village institutional strengthening model, it has been actualized even though there are still institutions that are not well organized, but the success of the implementation of the development program in the Doplang Tourism Village is basically determined by the extent to which the commitment and consistency of village communities work together to build the village. We can see this in village competitions, why not holding village competitions, this should be a lesson for village elements to organize village communities.
