Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at Jhon Electro, to determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Jhon Electro, to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Jhon Electro. The research population that will be used in the study are all customers who made purchases at the company during the 2020 period as many as 173 customers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, the total sample size is 121 respondents. The results showed that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on Jhon Electro's customer loyalty. The results showed that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Jhon Electro's customer loyalty. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have an influence on Customer Loyalty. While the rest is influenced by other factors that come from outside this research model such as price discounts, advertising, customer behavior, price, location and other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the corporate income tax rate and tax planning have a significant effect on earnings management in agricultural companies in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 19 companies. The research sample was 6 companies with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that corporate income tax rates had no significant effect on earnings management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while tax planning had a significant effect on earnings management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The results of the F test show that the variables of Corporate Income Tax Rate and Tax Planning have a significant effect on Earning Management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the Earnings Management variable can be explained by the Corporate Income Tax Tariff and Tax Planning variables, while the remaining Earnings Management variables can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as Leverage and Financial Performance.

Abstract

This research examines the factors influencing the success of e-commerce, focusing on Digital Marketing and Product Diversity as independent variables. The study takes place at RADATIME, an e-commerce store in Medan that specializes in selling watches. Digital Marketing and Product Diversity were chosen due to their significant impact on Business Success, which is measured through indicators such as Competitiveness, Business Competence, and Business Ethics. A quantitative method was employed, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 RADATIME customers randomly selected from a total of 2,371 customers in 2022 (with a 10% margin of error). The analysis reveals that Business Success = 2.250 + 0.506 Digital Marketing + 0.587 Product Diversity + e, indicating a positive and significant influence from both variables. The t-test results for Digital Marketing (t-value = 6.433, significance level = 0.000) and Product Diversity (t-value = 5.003, significance level = 0.000) support this finding. Additionally, the F-test indicates a significant simultaneous effect of both variables (F-value = 126.747, significance level = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.732 or 73.2%) demonstrates that 73.2% of Business Success can be explained by Digital Marketing and Product Diversity, while the remaining 26.8% is attributed to unexplored variables. Future research should consider incorporating or replacing independent variables with greater influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Location either partially or simultaneously on Successful Business sale Warung Nasi Soto Tebo (Tetap Tambo) in Brayan, Medan. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The population in the research were all consumer on 2022 with unknown total. A total sample was 120 consumers with a tolerable error rate of 5%. The sampling technique with nonprobability sampling. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method which resulted in the Equation of Successful Business = 22,992 - 0,199 + 0,714 + e. The results showed that the Price partially had a negative and significant effect on the successful business sale Warung Nasi Soto Tebo, with a tcount > ttable, which was 3.207 > 1.9804 and with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. Location partially have positive and significant effect on the successful business sale Warung Nasi Soto Tebo, with tcount > ttable, namely 8.510 > 1.9804 and with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, it is known that the results of the -F test show that the Price and Location variables simultaneously affect the Successful Business, with Fcount > Ftable, namely 64.403 > 3.07 and with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The amount of R Square is 0.524 or 52.4%, which means that the Price and Location affect the successful Business by 52.4% and the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Loyalty and Location partially or simultaneously on Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. Population in this study are customers of Brastagi Supermarket for 50 customers. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated samples, which amounted to 50 customers. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. T test results indicate that Customer Loyalty has no positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto and Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. F test results indicate that Customer Loyalty and Location have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The coefficient of determination (R2) show that 35.3% of the Purchasing Decisions variable is influenced by the Customer Loyalty and Location variables, while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as service quality, store atmosphere, and promotion.

Abstract

Consumer decision or purchasing decision is a consumer's final decision in buying a product, both goods and services, after going through certain considerations. Price is very important in the consumer decision-making process because if the product is too expensive and exceeds the consumer's financial ability, it will reduce the target market. The results shows that the test for each variable has a Cronbach's alpha value greater than 0,700 which proves that the questions from all the variables in this study are all reliable and can be used in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Bangunan Sukses Abadi. Teknik perolehan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan dan observasi secara langsung di Toko Bangunan Sukses Abadi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan program perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian melalui uji T menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan bersama-sama berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Bangunan Sukses Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Tax Knowledge and tax Socialixation on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The population in this study are STIE Eka Prasetya Students. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, which amounted to 35 students of 20.1 class. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. Partially Tax Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes and Tax Socialization has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. Simultaneously Tax Knowledge and Tax Socialization have a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that 56,1% of the Motivation to Pay Taxes variable is influenced by the Tax Knowledge and Tax Socializationvariable, while the remaining 43,9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ban Motor Merek FDR di PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, unit analisis dan observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Heir diketahui bahwa jumlah dari sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia, dengan metode sampel aksidental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan membuktikan hipotesis adalah dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga, Promosi dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of consumer behavior and product quality on purchasing decisions at Maximart Yanglim Medan. Maximart Yanglim is a retail company that provides daily necessities products, especially food and other necessities. Product quality is an important factor in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study identifies the stages of consumer purchasing decisions, starting from recognizing needs, searching for information, evaluating alternatives, to purchasing decisions and post-purchase behavior. Apart from that, factors such as other people's attitudes and situational factors also influence purchasing decisions.
