Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang tengah mengubah tatanan kehidupan sosial masyarakat menjadi faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran saat ini. Praktikum klinik mahasiswa khususnya di bidang kesehatan sulit dilakukan pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Terlebih jika praktikum tersebut dilakukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit. Berdasarkan pada observasi yang dilakukan di laboratorium RMIK pembelajaran laboratorium belum bisa dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari pengabidan ini adalah untuk merancang Virtual Clinic Simulation berbasis website dengan alur perancangan waterfall, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan praktikum klinik secara daring. Adapun rencana kerja dan strategi yang digunakan guna menunjang aplikasi ini meliputi literasi data, teknologi dan manusia. Adapun aplikasi ini terbagi menjadi dua halaman, yaitu halaman home yang berisi keterangan praktikum dan halaman virtual room yang berisi virtual ruang praktikum dan penjelasan tiap stase. Diharapkan Setelah dilaksanakan pengujian dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen, maka sistem ini dapat dilaksanakan sebagai metode pembelajaran praktikum di laboratorium program studi RMIK ke depannya .

Abstract

Penggunaan tracer di ruang penyimpanan sebenarnya sudah tertuang dalam aturan dasar yang harus dipatuhi di tempat penyimpanan. Berdasarkan wawancara dari survey awal yang dilakukan dengan petugas rekam medis di RS TNI-AD 05.08.02 Malang ditemukan permasalahan pada sistem penyimpanan berkas rekam medis yaitu tracer tidak digunakan dengan baik karena menurut petugas tracer terbatas jumlahnya. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk merancang tracer dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk digunakan di rumah sakit pada tahun 2021. Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian masyarakat dengan melakukan perancangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil perancangan tracer terpilih berbahan dasar plastik Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (PET) alternatif I warna merah, dengan ukuran panjang 30 cm dan lebar 10 cm, terdapat permintaan slip bag ukuran panjang 13 cm dan lebar 6 cm beserta SOP penggunaan tracer. Hasil desain tracer terpilih kemudian diterapkan ke rumah sakit. Namun, SOP akan ditinjau dan ditutup sebelum diterapkan. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat mengimplementasikan tracer dengan baik dan mempercepat penilaian SOP yang akan digunakan sehingga dapat diterapkan dengan tracer yang telah dirancang

Abstract

Community service by lecturers as a form of one of the Tri Dharma Higher Education activities that must be carried out in the community. This community service activity is to relieve people affected by Covid-19, especially in the Srondol Wetan Village, Semarang, in improving their physical and mental health. During the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused many socio-economic crises in the community, the economy declined and the poverty level of the community increased. Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the corona virus, if not handled properly it will cause death. Through community service activities by providing direct health education and providing basic food assistance, it can relieve people affected by Covid-19. By understanding article 11 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning health, surely people can realize and improve health for themselves and others, because health is very important for human life.

Abstract

Prioritizing maximum service demands that the quality of village government services is also considered. There are no available guidelines for working so that the ability of village officials in village government is still lacking, it is hoped that with this training solution, village officials know the basic principles in carrying out government administrative tasks. The importance of mentoring training in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP) is expected to improve the quality of human resources for village officials in providing services to the community. In addition, it is able to make village officials understand the orderly administration in terms of accountability reports and increase the discipline of village officials at work. This activity uses a training method, Focus group discussion (FGD) with evidence of a module resulting from the training in the preparation of the SOP

Abstract

In general, rural health services in community health centers that require time to carry out child examinations, to be affordable for the whole community for maternal and child health services, have formed integrated service posts in each hamlet, like Posyandu Asoka II Pamamse Hamlet. To improve the quality of services and health for cadres and the community, by optimizing Posyandu management. A manual recording and reporting system was developed with the computerization of the Simposyandu system. Increase the knowledge of cadres and the public about healthy food sources and systems hydroponic planting. The method of implementing community partnership program activities is by identifying problems, through discussions with cadres and providing solutions to solve Posyandu problems and implementing improvements by conducting training to use the Simposyandu, and training in viticultural or hydroponic cultivation. The results of this activity are the establishment of an IT- based Simposyandu program and quality human resources with cadres who are skilled at operating computers with information technology systems so that management and administration can be neater and more effective. Communities can meet healthy food sources from home yards by cultivating hydroponic for vegetables and biopharma, making it a modern Posyandu and a healthy and prosperous family.

Abstract

The family is the child's personal shaper because the most time children spend at home with their parents. Good parents are parents who can apply parenting and can meet the physical and emotional needs of children so that they can grow and develop properly. The purpose of holding this parenting program is so that the community service team knows what problems parents face in Widoro village in accompanying their children, so that this activity can help find solutions and reduce parents' problems regarding parenting. In addition, this parenting activity is held to increase the chemistry between parents and their children. This activity was carried out in Widoro village with the target of mothers who have school-age children. According to the survey results that have been conducted, many parents are busy working and spend less time with their children, so that children are difficult to manage and do not listen to what their parents are told because children play gadgets more often than interact with their parents. After the parenting program is carried out, parents can find out good parenting patterns

Abstract

Perlindungan Hukum terhadap hak-hak anak di Kabupaten Gowa masih rendah.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di KabupatenGowa. Kasus yang terbaru adalah adanya kasus anak di Gowa yang di congkelmatanya demi pesugihan yang dilakukan oleh kedua orang tua korban. Hal inimemberikan gambaran perlunya peranan setiap tingkat masyarakat untukmemberikan perlindungan terhadap anak. Dimana pada hakekatnya upayaperlindungan terhadap anak dari diskriminasi dan kekerasan wajib dilakukanoleh negara, pemerintah, orang tua, keluarga, dan masyarakat tanpamembedakan ras, suku, agama, dan budaya sesuai dengan UU No. 35 Tahun2014. Untuk itu, tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di desa MataAllo, untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang perlindungan hukumatas hak anak, agar tidak lagi terjadi kekerasan terhadap anak. Hasil dari kegiatanini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta akan apayang menjadi hak-hak anak dan sanksi hukumnya.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program in Camba District, Maros Regency aims to solve priority problems faced by Honey Farmers, both from the production aspect and the business management aspect. The purpose is to find out and reveal: (1) the development of honey bee production aspects; (2) management of honey farmer group business management. The methods used to produce the output targets to achieve the objectives are: 1) providing assistance to honey farmer business groups in the form of training and socialization; 2) Provide an understanding of the basics of marketing management. The method used is counseling and socialization on how to design product marketing management; 3) provide socialization of effective marketing techniques to consumers. Another priority problem is, honey farmers still use simple production tools, so they do not experience an increase in production yields and do not understand business management and marketing, do not have the right promotion in introducing their products. The output targets to be achieved are divided into 3 aspects, namely production aspects, business management aspects, and business aspects. The output target in the production aspect is that honey farmers can have the ability to increase their production by using processing technology. The output target in the business management aspect is that honey farmers understand marketing management well. As an indicator, the partner group can make a written marketing plan starting from the price of materials, labor costs, selling prices and marketing determination. The output target for the business aspect is that honey farmers already have promotional tools for marketing their products

Abstract

Lagaruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency is one area that has cases of maternal and child mortality. One of the indirect causes of maternal death is the lack of the husband's role in preventing maternal mortality. So far, counseling or training is only given to pregnant women. Therefore, it is necessary to have special class activities for husbands that are packaged in the innovation of the Tetta Siaga Program (TESI). The specific goals and targets to be achieved are to increase the knowledge and skills of the husband's group regarding pregnancy care, delivery assistance, the postpartum period and newborn care, Family Planning and Parenting Programs, use and distribution of equipment and facilities needed by the wife during pregnancy, childbirth. , postpartum, and child care. Efforts to take care of children are a joint task of the wife, so that the husband's stigma about the various risks faced by the wife can be further increased to carry out various prevention efforts. The method that will be used in achieving this goal is a participatory approach with brainstorming, demonstration, discussion methods and training/practice methods to increase knowledge and train husband's group skills. To observe and evaluate the knowledge and abilities of the husbands' groups using a pre-post test questionnaire, and a skill checklist both before, during the process and after education and training on the Tetta Siaga Innovation Program.

Abstract

Menurut data WHO Kanker serviks adalah kanker ke-4 padawanita dengan perkiraan 570.000 kasus baru pada tahun 2018dan mewakili 6,6 % dari semua kanker pada wanita didunia.Sekitar 90% kematian akibat kanker serviks terjadi di Negaranegaraberpenghasilan rendah dan menengah. Tingkatkematian yang tinggi dari kanker serviks secara global dapatdikurangi melalui pendekatan komprehensif yang mencakuppencegahan, diagnosis dini, skrining yang efektif dan programpengobatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini yakni memberikan informasikepada masyarakat khususnya Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS)atau Wanita Usia Subur tentang cara mendeteksi kankerserviks dengan IVA Test. Metode yang dilakukan adengandengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Deteksi Dini KankerMulut Rahim Dengan Pemeriksaan IVA Test (Inspeksi VisualAsam Asetat). Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan pada akhirrangkaian kegiatan dengan menggali informasi dari pesertasejauh mana informasi tentang deteksi dini kanker mulutRahim/serviks yang dapat diterima oleh peserta.Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahamantentang deteksi dini kanker mulut Rahim dengan IVA Test.Meskipun peningkatan pengetahuan ibu sebagian besarmenunjukkan hasil yang baik, namun masih ada beberapa ibuyang masih ragu untuk melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Hal inidisebabkan karena pengetahuan ibu sebelumnya dan beberapafactor lainnya yang menyebabkan ibu belum terlalu pahamtentang pentingnta seorang wanita menjaga kesehatanreproduksinya sedini mungkin.
