Abstract

The purpose of this study includes implementing local wisdom values in learning Islamic religious education in elementary schools. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source consists of two types of informants, namely teachers of SDN 55/I Sridadi Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and students of SDN 55/I Sridadi, with the class as the main observation environment, as well as support from archives and documents related to this research. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and document study. The results of the study can be concluded that the application of local wisdom values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, the steps that need to be taken include the selection of relevant learning materials, alignment with Islamic religious values, the use of interactive learning methods, local community involvement, collaborative projects with local communities, and organizing reflections and discussions. By implementing these measures in a structured manner, educational institutions can increase the linkage between Islamic religious lessons and local wisdom values, which in turn will play a positive role in the formation of the character and identity of students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the values ​​in the process of the lelocon tradition through wedding customs in Lesung Batu village, Empat Lawang Regency. The social situation in this research is the traditional values ​​of jokes in wedding customs in Empat Lawang Regency. The location of this research is Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency. Community groups living in Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency are the subjects, and community attitudes or habits regarding wedding customs, which contain values, ​​are the activities studied. This research uses historical methods and qualitative research. The historical method has several stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of the research concluded that the value contained in the traditional wedding banter tradition of the people of Lesung Batu village, according to their ancestors' religious values, is that they believed in it so that they would be kept away from bad things that could disturb household life. The manifestation of values ​​in society is in the form of rewards, punishments, praise, and so on. Social values ​​are values ​​that are recognized as a result of consensus and closely related to views on the hope of shared prosperity in social life.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the character development of Phoncible ‘Phoney’ Bone through the story based on his interactions with other characters, speech, behaviours, and visuals from the Bone comic series and link it to teach moral education to students. This study uses qualitative research as the research method, with psychoanalytic theory, to analyze the character development of Phoney Bone. This research shows that Phoney Bone has a greedy, selfish, self-centered, and manipulative personality. Based on the psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud, Phoney Bone’s id shows that he is manipulative; his ego is shown alongside the id, which is fear of failing the action or getting consequences, and his superego shows when he cares about his cousins. From a moral, educational view, Phoney Bones's character portrays a negative moral personality; in teaching moral education, the teachers could use Phoney’s character to teach the students the consequences of actions.

Abstract

Globalization and the growth of technology have brought everyone a deep attachment to all human life and contexts. That situation also leads to a change toward using learning media and instruments that are more adaptive, especially in making the information obtained accessible. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The tool used is a descriptive analysis using the IBM SPSS 20.0 version. The result showed that the majority of respondents (58.9%) agreed with the effectiveness of Kahoot in English teaching and learning. This suggests that many students perceive Kahoot positively as a tool for enhancing their English language skills. However, other respondents (41.1%) expressed disagreement with the effectiveness of Kahoot in English teaching and learning. In conclusion, the data presented offers valuable insights into students' perceptions of English teaching and learning using Kahoot. While most students agree with its effectiveness, a significant minority hold differing views. Understanding and addressing these varied perceptions are crucial for optimizing Kahoot and similar tools in language education, ultimately enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and produce a learning media in the form of an Android-based learning application for algebra material for slow learners, using multisensory concepts, visual methods, and realistic algebra concepts The aim of this study is to assist the learning process of slow learner students in inclusive school using a new medium, namely the Android-based learning application In order to not only use conventional learning, because in the learning process, but slow learners also need specific additional methods and media to help them understand each taught material The method used in this research is the Research And Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique used is validation sheets, while the data analysis technique used in this research is primary data Based on the research results, it is shown that the Android-based mathematics learning application for slow learners in algebra material meets valid criteria. The overall score for each statement on the validation sheet is 100%, with the category very valid, so the learning application can used in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an opportunity for comic mathematics learning media (KOLANG) to improve the critical thinking abilities of class VII junior high school students. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique used is a validation sheet, while the data analysis technique used in this research is primary data. The research results show that the opportunity comic learning media (KOLANG) meets the feasibility standards in the very feasible category, with the results of the media expert validation assessment being 100% and the material expert validation assessment being 95%. So that the opportunity comic learning media (KOLANG) can be applied to support the learning process.

Abstract

The classic learning method using presentation media apparently does not maximize student learning outcomes. Therefore, combining it with more interactive and creative learning media, such as Genially media is necessary. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in bank accounting learning through Genially interactive learning media. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research. It uses classroom experimental research methods with the Kemmis-McTaggart model approach, and the analysis technique uses the N-Gain and Mann-Whitney tests. The results of the research state that the use of genetically interactive learning media is quite effective in improving student learning outcomes in foreign currency current account accounting material. There are differences in student learning outcomes in classes that use Genially interactive learning media (experimental class) and classes that do not use Genially learning media (class control). The experimental class had higher learning outcomes compared to the control class. From this research, Genially media is suitable for use in the learning process because it can help improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in each algebraic reasoning indicator in solving generating function problems after implementing the M-APOS approach based on the lesson study learning community. This type of research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The lesson study stages are similar to classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were 23 odd-semester STKIP PGRI Sumenep mathematics education study program students who had passed the prerequisite courses. The research instrument is a problem-solving task related to the generating function and a lesson study observation sheet. Data were analysed using qualitative descriptive analysis by describing the percentage of data obtained by indicators of algebraic reasoning based on the results of observations of the implementation of lesson study and problem-solving tasks. The increase in algebraic reasoning in the indicators of pattern finding, pattern discovery, and generalization, respectively, amounted to 56.17%, 52.73%, and 49.32%.

Abstract

This research is based on a lack of understanding by educators regarding the independent curriculum in science and science learning, a lack of integration in science and science learning, and a lack of training among fellow educators regarding the independent curriculum in science and science learning. This research aims to interpret the planning, implementation and assessment of science and science learning at SDN 101/II Muara Bungo. This research uses a qualitative and phenomenological approach; the research was carried out at SDN 101/II Muara Bungo. Participants in qualitative research with a phenomenological approach are Class IV and Class V teachers. The procedure for selecting participants in this research uses purposive sampling, interviews, observation, and documentation to carry out data collection techniques, and activities in data analysis are carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation. and conclusion. Data analysis was strengthened using the IT atlas application and triangulation as data validity. The results of this research show that: 1) science AS learning planning is designed by analysing the independent criteria platform, which contains learning outcomes, learning objectives, flow of learning objectives and open modules; 2) educators collaborate with colleagues to design science AS learning, 3) implementation Independent curriculum science and science learning is suitable for using the Think pair score (TPS) strategy and the Discovery Learning model, 4) assessment of science and science learning using diagnostic assessments (physical and psychological assessments), formative (games, quizzes, appreciation), summative (daily tests, UTS, UAS ).

Abstract

Ethnomathematics research conducted by several researchers has proven that various ethnic groups apply mathematical concepts to facilitate their daily activities. These findings support the idea that mathematics and culture have a close relationship. This study aims to determine the existence of ethnomathematical elements and philosophical meanings in the Lampung Lamban Traditional House. Dalom Kebandaran Marga Balak. This research uses qualitative ethnographic research. Data were collected through observation and interviews, and the validity of the data was determined by triangulating the data sources from the results of the interviews. Data validity is done by triangulating data sources from interviews. Based on the data obtained, the results show the existence of mathematical elements of flat shapes such as rectangles, isosceles triangles, equilateral triangles, right triangles, squares, rhombuses, and trapezoids. As for the philosophical meaning is that the structure of the house in the form of a stage was chosen to avoid wild animals, the roof has a philosophy of protection and guidance for the community, which ultimately results in a strong unity, and the wajik ornament reflects the principle of deliberation in deliberation. diamond ornament reflects the principle of deliberation in problem-solving.
