Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of strengthening integrity character education in learning Pancasila and civics education for Management Study Program students at STIE-I Rengat. Pancasila and Citizenship Education is one of the basic general subjects in tertiary institutions which is the leading sector in the implementation of strengthening student integrity character education. However, in reality the Pancasila and Citizenship courses have not been optimal in carrying out this role because the processes that occur are still oriented towards cognitive achievement. In fact, Pancasila and civics education courses have not been successful enough to carry out this role properly because the processes that occur in educational learning are only activated in achievement, affective/attitude management is ignored. To overcome this, it is necessary to examine modifications in educational learning, one of which is by integrating the concept of character into its development so that it is better able to develop and shape the character of students in tertiary institutions, especially students of Management Study Program, STIE-I Rengat.

The approach used by researchers in this paper is a quantitative approach. where researchers conducted a study in the form of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires which were then filled in by respondents, namely students from the Province of West Kalimantan totaling 100 respondents. Then the data will be processed using data analysis in the form of a classical assumption test and several analytical techniques such as multiple linear regression equations, T-test, F-test to the Coefficient of Determination. The results of data processing show that price perceptions and reference groups in West Kalimantan students simultaneously have a significant influence on increasing the decision to use aircraft. Perceived prices and reference groups of West Kalimantan students partially have a significant influence on increasing the decision to use aircraft. With the results of testing the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variable influence of service quality and availability of facilities on passenger satisfaction is 0.448 (44.8%).

Abstract

The form of government responsibility towards local wisdom values is ideally based on juridical and philosophical. Local wisdom is not seen as a mere cultural product, therefore the government's responsibility for the local wisdom values of indigenous and tribal peoples must be packaged as a comprehensive policy. The aim of this research is expected to be able to provide input to stakeholders, especially the Government and Customary Law Communities in completing the management of customary forest areas, so that justice and prosperity for indigenous peoples can be realized according to the needs of indigenous peoples. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative research method, in which this study only describes the facts found in the field without making changes to each research variable. The results of the study, the ideal implementation of legal regulations must be adjusted based on the needs of the community. In building a customary forest scheme, Indigenous Peoples must be able to convince the Government and Traditional Leaders to show their ability, local wisdom and seriousness in protecting customary forest areas. Campaigns for customary forest schemes must be carried out systematically as sovereignty and dignity for the purity of identity independently in order to save customary forests and their potential. As long as the consequences of the policy are not detrimental to legal policy, then the customary forest management scheme developed by indigenous and tribal peoples can be justified. In conclusion, it is hoped that in the customary forest scheme there will be certainty in the process of transforming knowledge about traditional values with various local wisdoms and the utilization of agricultural products and the natural environment with a balance based on natural sustainability, without being controlled by oligarchic hegemony.

Abstract

Because the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a very large archipelagic country with many islands, inter-island travel requires a mode of transportation. The rapid population growth demands the development of transportation as a means to assist people in meeting their needs. This encourages the public and private sectors to build effective transportation facilities. As a result of these developments, airlines often make mistakes such as flight delays. NAM AIR is one of the private airlines that often delays flights at Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport, Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flight delays on the intention to buy tickets for NAM AIR airlines and how much influence they have on purchasing intentions for NAM AIR airlines. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in this quantitative study using a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 respondents. Using SPSS 21, Descriptive Test, Simple Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test (T-T) were used for data analysis. Based on the calculated T value of 4.557 and T table of 1.660, the H1 hypothesis is accepted.
