Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial management on the financial performance of micro-enterprises. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to micro-enterprises and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of micro-enterprises. In addition, simultaneously, financial literacy and financial management have a significant effect on the financial performance of micro-enterprises. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.169 indicates that financial literacy and financial management can explain 16.9% of the financial performance of micro-enterprises, while the remaining 83.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, increasing financial literacy and good financial management can improve the financial performance of micro-enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sensory experience and emotional experience on repurchase intention of cinema tickets at Platinum Cineplex MGM Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that sensory experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Emotional experience also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The R-square value of 0.601 indicates that sensory experience and emotional experience explain 60.1% of the variance in repurchase intention. These findings indicate that sensory and emotional experiences play an important role in increasing consumer repurchase intentions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) on firm value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach using linear regression analysis. The results indicate that ROE has a significant effect on PBV with a significance level of 0.004 (<0.05), thus the hypothesis is accepted. These findings suggest that profitability remains an important signal for investors in evaluating firms. However, the negative regression coefficient reveals an anomaly where an increase in ROE is not always followed by an increase in firm value. This condition is influenced by external factors, investor preferences for dividends, and the defensive nature of the industry. Therefore, investors’ valuation is not solely based on earnings performance but also considers risk factors and long-term prospects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial management knowledge and motivation on entrepreneurship among members of the Karang Taruna (Youth Organization) in the Godong Neighborhood, Tambusai Tengah Village. Entrepreneurship is an important factor in increasing economic independence and community welfare, especially among young people. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where all members of the Karang Taruna were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially financial management knowledge did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurship, while motivation had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, financial management knowledge and motivation had a significant effect on entrepreneurship among members of the Karang Taruna in the Godong Neighborhood, Tambusai Tengah Village. The findings of this study are expected to be used as considerations in increasing youth entrepreneurship activities by strengthening motivation and improving understanding of financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of solvency and liquidity on financial performance in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), while solvency is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and liquidity by Current Ratio (CR). The study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from annual financial reports with the sample used in this study being 6 (six) food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of the study (1) Solvency (DER) does not have a significant effect on financial performance (ROA); (2) Liquidity (CR) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance; and (3) Simultaneously, solvency and liquidity together have a significant effect on financial performance. The implications of this study provide input for companies to further optimize liquidity management, as well as being a consideration for investors in assessing the company's financial health. Suggestions for further research are to add other variables and expand the scope of the period and industrial sectors.

Abstract

The issues facing the Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel, which is seeing a decline in the number of tourists wishing to stay overnight or stay because of the hotel's inability to control internal and external factors that may result in fewer visits from both domestic and foreign visitors, are the driving force behind this study. This study's goal is to outline the analysis of strategies for boosting Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel visits. The purpose of this study is to examine the tactics used by the Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel to boost tourism. Effective strategic measures are required to draw and keep tourists in the face of the hotel industry's fiercely competitive environment. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, gathering data via observations, interviews, and documentation. According to the study's findings, the Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel employs a number of key tactics, such as enhancing the quality of its services, collaborating with travel agencies to promote its brand online, and creating amenities that enhance visitor comfort. There are still issues, like a lack of creative promotions and price competition from other hotels, even though a number of tactics have improved the number of visits.
