Abstract

Forming children's character is very necessary not only in the school environment but also includes the home environment and social environment. This is no longer targeting children who attend early childhood education, but also targeting adults. Competition provides an overview of what will be revealed in the following years. Of course it will be a burden for us and parents today. Children must be ready to compete with their peers from various parts of the world. Even those of us who are still working in the future will feel the same way. In order to demand the quality of human resources in the next millennium era, good character is certainly very necessary. Therefore, character is the main goal of an individual.

Abstract

Digital technology provides various significant benefits in the world of education, especially in improving teacher professionalism in the digital era. This study aims to examine the use of technology in the world of education and the challenges faced by teachers in adopting it. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant literature. The results of the study show that digital literacy, ongoing training, and the use of online learning platforms are the main factors in improving teacher professionalism. However, there are several challenges, such as limited access to technology, minimal training, and resistance to change. Therefore, support is needed from the government and educational institutions in providing adequate infrastructure and policies that encourage innovation in learning.

Abstract

Education is the primary pillar of a nation's success. It plays a crucial role in advancing the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045. High-quality education enhances human resources, which, in turn, drives a country's progress. This study examines the role of education in supporting the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045, which serves as the foundation for national development. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through a literature review of journals, articles, and other credible sources. The findings reveal that Indonesia faces various challenges in improving education quality, requiring several solutions. These include enhancing teacher competence through technology-based training, strengthening curricula to align with industry demands, and increasing access to adequate educational facilities, particularly in remote areas. This study highlights the importance of adaptive and innovative educational policies to ensure equity and quality improvement in education. Consequently, Indonesian youth can develop into competent individuals ready to compete on a global scale, contributing to the realization of the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045.

Abstract

This study analyzes the structure and function of discourse in German-language advertisements using a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach. The research aims to identify how linguistic elements and persuasive strategies are employed to construct meaning and influence the audience. A qualitative method is applied, utilizing textual analysis based on Fairclough’s model, which includes textual analysis, discourse practice, and social practice. The findings reveal that German-language advertisements not only rely on linguistic aspects but also reflect specific ideologies that shape consumer perceptions. The discourse structure in these advertisements employs persuasive strategies such as metaphor, euphemism, and intertextuality to enhance product appeal and establish a connection with the target market.

Abstract

The personality of a child is determined by several factors: genetic and environmental factors. Parents who are the first environment a child encounters provide a great contribution in shaping the personality of a child. Families have models of parenting as well as methods of providing education. There are three kinds of parenting that parents can apply to children, namely: democratic parenting, permissiveness and authority. Democratic parenting gives children freedom responsibly, while authoritarian parenting is a way of educating children by using authoritarian leadership, that is, parents determine all policies, steps and tasks that must be done. Authoritarian parenting reflects the attitude of parents who act hard and tend to discriminate. Permissive parenting patterns have the characteristics of parents to give full freedom to children to do so that sometimes children do actions that are against the rules. In providing parenting to children, some strategies provide education with exemplary methods, familiarization, attention, advice and methods of punishment.

Abstract

This study is based on the background that the implementation of management strategies is needed by BK teachers in determining guidance and counseling service strategies, so that it is easier for BK teachers to help students. This study aims to determine the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara in overcoming problems faced by students. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 2 BK teachers, the object of this study was the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data were processed using editing, classification, and interpretation techniques. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach and inductive conclusions were drawn. The results of the study showed that the guidance and counseling management strategy in overcoming problems faced by students at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara can be seen from the process carried out by BK teachers, namely the process of formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies. The results of the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara in overcoming problems faced by students are first, the strategies applied in overcoming student problems, namely information services, individual counseling, and group counseling. Second, its usefulness is to help BK teachers take a systematic and professional approach in solving student problems, and to help ensure that the services provided are structured, eflective, and can meet student needs. The third supporting factor is the availability of facilities for BK, supported by the principal, deputy head of student aflairs, homeroom teachers, other teachers, OSIM supervisors, and PIK-R MAN 2 HSU. Fourth, the inhibiting factor is that there is no special schedule for the implementation of guidance and counseling in classes, so it requires free hours and time outside of class hours.

Abstract

This research discusses the classical texts of Islamic education which includes a study of the works of scholars who form the basis of educational theory and practice in the Islamic tradition. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the classical texts of Islamic education influence the development of Islamic education until today. The purpose of this research is to explore the meaning and relevance of these texts in the formation of a modern Islamic education system. This research uses the literature study method by analysing primary and secondary sources. The results show that the classical texts of Islamic education provide an important foundation in the preparation of the curriculum and values of Islamic education until today.

Abstract

This research investigates the complexity of the relationship between digital technology and the understanding and application of Christian values in the lives of Generation Z. As a generation growing up in the digital era, Generation Z faces unique challenges in integrating religious values with the increasingly pervasive use of technology in their daily lives. The study explores the impact of technology on how Generation Z interacts with Christian values, as well as the eflorts and strategies they employ to live a holy life in the digital realm. The research methodology includes surveys and online content analysis to comprehend the behavioral patterns, attitudes, and experiences of Generation Z in integrating Christian values in the digital era. The findings indicate that despite facing temptations from online content conflicting with Christian teachings, Generation Z also utilizes technology to deepen their spiritual beliefs. Churches and religious communities play a central role in providing support, ethical guidance in the digital realm, and community spaces to help Generation Z navigate moral dilemmas in the digital world. The implications of the research underscore the need for a holistic approach from churches and religious communities to support Generation Z in living a holy life amidst the rapid development of technology.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials in schools in shaping national character in the digital era. Good character, based on Islamic values such as honesty, sincerity, and responsibility, is an important element in building the identity of a Muslim who loves the homeland. PAI aims to instill moral and spiritual values amid the challenges of a secular national education system, where the focus is often more on knowledge transfer than character building. Through a theoretical study approach with a descriptive qualitative method, this study analyzes various literature to understand the extent to which PAI can strengthen students' national values and morality. The results show that the comprehensive and consistent implementation of PAI in the educational curriculum can contribute significantly in overcoming the morality crisis among students, equipping them with characters that support the welfare of the community and the nation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of parental attention to student learning achievement. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documents. The research results show that parental attention has a positive influence on student learning achievement. Parents who give sufficient attention to their children will encourage their children to study harder and improve their achievements and parents provide important motivational encouragement to improve students' learning achievements. They must provide appropriate and sustainable learning motivation so that students remain enthusiastic in learning.
