Abstract

Youtube as one of the video sharing sites has various features that support it to be used as an interesting learning media, researchers will conduct PTK related to how much benefit this site will have if it is used as a learning medium in class XI TKJ1 SMKN 7 Sijunjung in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. Implementation of actions using internet media and using other Information Technology equipment with uploading methods. The results showed that at the end of the first and second cycles the average activity and learning outcomes of students increased continuously from one meeting to the next, These results show that student activities and learning outcomes can be improved by utilizing Youtube media, which means this media can be applied so that students can develop their respective competencies.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi kelayakan pada media pembelajaran yang berupa media TETAS (Tebak Aktivitas) aktivitas sehari – hari pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode R&D dengan model ADDIE menurut dick and carry. Subjek yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas I dengan jumlah 27 siswa, yang terdiri 13 orang laki-laki dan 14 orang perempuan, SD 4 Karangbener Bae, Kabupaten Kudus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket untuk guru dan siswa. Efektivitas penelitian diukur menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dianalisis berdasarkan kategori dan kriteria penilaian untuk kelayakan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, media pembelajaran TETAS berhasil dikembangkan dan mendapat skor 4,76 dari respon guru, yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Selain itu, respon siswa mendapatkan skor 4,95 dengan kategori sangat baik (dapat digunakan sebagai contoh pembelajaran). Kedua, hasil pretest siswa rata-rata 50 meningkat menjadi 74,09 setelah penggunaan media TETAS, dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 24,09 atau 48,18%. Dari perolehan skor tersebut maka, media TETAS dapat dikatakan efektif dan layak dicontoh untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata siswa SD 4 Karangbener.

Abstract

The Jambak farmer group has difficulty in determining the preferred pesticide fertilizer because the decision-making process still uses manual methods, so the decision results are not precise and inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to help the Jambak farmer group determine the preferred pesticide fertilizer using the Decision Support system (SPK) with the Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, this method is able to optimize a number of different attributes simultaneously. This SPK system is implemented into the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study show that the best choice pesticide is Wingran with a total value of 0.2037. The use of this system can help the Jambak Farmers Group determine the preferred pesticide fertilizer appropriately and accurately.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of parenting in increasing parents' awareness of children's use of gadgets. The research method used is a qualitative method with a field study approach and data analysis using observation and interview techniques. The results of this research explain that parenting activities in increasing parents' awareness of children's use of gadgets make parents aware of the importance of supervision and positive parenting discipline towards their use. gadgets for children. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with parents, it was explained that parenting patterns had changed towards being better in supervising children using gadgets. Parents have control, accompany the child and better understand the child's needs and participate in every child's activities, including accompanying the child if the child really needs a gadget. The parenting activities carried out produce synergy in the learning process at school and at home so that children can be more directed and controlled in using gadgets positively.

Abstract

This research aims to predict the number of new students in the Information Systems Study Program at Adzkia University using the Monte Carlo method. The Monte Carlo method was chosen because of its ability to handle variability and uncertainty in historical student enrollment data. The data used in this research is data on students who registered from any pathway during the last 3 years. The simulation process is carried out by creating a probabilistic model from historical data and iterating until a prediction distribution is obtained. The research results show that the Monte Carlo method provides fairly accurate estimates of student predictions for the following year, namely (numbers) which can be used for strategic planning for new student admissions in the future. In conclusion, the use of the Monte Carlo method can be an effective tool in predicting the number of new students and assisting universities in making better decisions regarding student admissions.

Abstract

The food waste phenomenon in Indonesia now reaches 300 kg of food waste per person every year. This shows the urgency of environmental awareness in our society. Technology is increasingly developing but is not balanced with maximum use to preserve the earth. One of the latest technological trends, namely Artificial Intelligence, is an option that can be developed to educate the public about waste awareness. This research aims to create a design using the concept of Artificial Intelligence, namely pattern recognition for food detection to anticipate too much food waste in the food industry, namely restaurants. The design was carried out using the waterfall method which allows the design process to run coherently and precisely. Based on literature studies and expert analysis, the results of this research show that design in the form of system design and database design can be used as a basis for developing food detection applications

PT. Indy Jaya Bangun Persada is a private company engaged in the fields of Developers, Contractors, Leveransir and General Trading, especially in the field of sales and development of housing (developers) of various types that assist the government in improving the national economy. The company has not yet found a system that can manage housing sales data using a database. That's why this research was conducted to design an information system application for data collection on home sales at PT. Indy Jaya Bangun Persada in order to reduce the occurrence of loss of sales data from consumers. Abstract

This research analyzes educational programs in New Zealand through a comprehensive literature study, focusing on educational policies, curriculum structures, teaching methods, as well as challenges and solutions in overcoming educational gaps. The results show that education policy in New Zealand is very progressive and innovative, with initiatives such as "Digital Technologies & Hangarau Matihiko" integrating digital technologies into all aspects of education. The national curriculum, The New Zealand Curriculum (NZC), emphasizes the development of key competencies such as critical thinking and collaboration, and provides flexibility for schools to adapt learning programs to suit student needs. New Zealand teaching methods are very student-centred and based on active and collaborative learning, supported by the widespread use of technology. Despite this, challenges in overcoming educational disparities remain, especially regarding differences in academic achievement between students from various socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. The New Zealand government has launched various programs to address these challenges, with positive results but requiring sustained effort. The conclusions of this research indicate that curriculum flexibility, student-centred teaching approaches, and technology integration are key factors supporting the success of the education system in New Zealand, providing valuable insights for improving education systems in other countries

Abstract

The development of a web-based management information system at Pokdakan Rangkiang Farm aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fisheries cultivation data management. By switching from manual recording methods that are prone to errors and difficulties in tracking data, this system is designed to provide structured digital recording and facilitate access to information. This study uses the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions run well, which shows positive results in admin and user testing. The implementation of this system not only improves the accuracy of data management but also supports environmentally friendly cultivation practices through real-time water quality monitoring using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In addition, this system allows for deeper data analysis, which is important for better decision making in fisheries cultivation. Thus, this information system is expected to make a significant contribution to the sustainability of fisheries cultivation businesses and improve community welfare. This study is in line with previous findings showing that information technology can increase productivity and sustainability in the aquaculture sector, as well as support the achievement of sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Educational Game Application Based on Android at TK Kasih Ibu. Educational games are designed to teach users, develop certain concepts and understanding, thereby enhancing user skills and motivating them to engage in learning. TK Kasih Ibu is an Early Childhood Education institution where the teaching process still relies on traditional media such as picture books and chalkboards, with no incorporation of electronic technology, particularly computers, in early childhood learning. Additionally, there is no utilization of educational games as a supportive learning tool. This research aims to develop an Adobe Animate-based educational game application for environmental awareness, enhancing students' self-learning interest through interactive and enjoyable experiences, and providing immediate feedback to deepen their understanding. The educational game application developed in this research uses the waterfall methodology. The outcome of this research will assist TK Kasih Ibu in incorporating computer-based learning media, specifically an educational game titled "Wildlife Park Game," designed to be run on both desktop and Android platforms.
