Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of parents in improving children's academic achievement in Cimande Village. The family, as the smallest unit in society, has a significant responsibility in fostering a positive lifestyle for children, including resilience, strong personality traits, and a sense of responsibility. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews with parents of elementary school-level children in Cimande Village. Purposive sampling was used to select research participants, considering variations in parenting styles and family development. Thematic analysis was applied to analyze the collected data and identify emerging themes and patterns related to the role of parents in enhancing children's academic achievement. The findings indicate three key themes: the influence of good parenting practices and guidance on students' academic performance, the impact of parental attention to children's learning difficulties on their academic achievement, and the positive effect of active parental involvement in supporting their children's learning process. In conclusion, the research highlights the critical role of parents in enhancing children's academic achievement and their overall learning process. The family serves as an initial platform for laying the foundation and potential for children to comprehend essential concepts. The motivation and enthusiasm provided by parents have a positive impact on children's learning outcomes and foster their dedication to the learning process.

Abstract

The low social attitude of students towards the surrounding environment is a challenge in itself. This study aims to study the effectiveness of e-modules in improving students' social attitudes with the outside learning environment, especially in the Information System Design Analysis (ADSI) course. This course analyzes and designs information systems in IT projects. THK is a local Balinese culture that is essentially balanced and harmonious. The development of THK courses for ADSI aims to improve students' social attitudes towards the environment outside of academics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning model widely used was the hybrid learning model. Teaching materials suitable for use in the hybrid learning model are electronic modules (e-modules). This learning media is the latest innovation from the print module, so this e-module can be accessed with the help of computers and cellphones that have been integrated with supporting software. The advantages of e-modules compared to print modules are interactive, easy to navigate, can display images, audio, video and animation. Equipped with formative tests that allow automatic feedback, the e-module is perfect for ADSI courses

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research landscape regarding Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) which is related to learning outcomes, using the bibliometric analysis method. The data used comes from the Scopus database. After going through the four stages of the process (identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion), 41 relevant data were obtained. The results showed that the most publications related to TPACK and learning outcomes occurred in 2022 with a total of 6 publications. Meanwhile, the most cited publication occurred in 2017 with 267 citations. The United States has had a major influence on TPACK research and study outcomes. The research focus is divided into three main parts, namely 1) engineering and curriculum; 2) teaching and student; and 3) technology integration. Several new themes in this field include self-regulation, children learning, self-assessment, teaching strategies, learning activities and educational computing. However, the TPACK keywords which were the most dominant in the three research focuses were not directly connected with the three new theme keywords, namely self-regulation, children learning, and teaching strategies. By understanding the trends and research focus related to TPACK and learning outcomes, researchers and education practitioners can obtain useful guidance for developing innovative and effective teaching strategies, as well as designing curricula that match students' learning needs. Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin Airport is one of the airports managed commercially by PT. Angkasa Pura I. In the future, this airport will continue to be developed to the ultimate stage. This study aims to analyze the relationship between aspects of security culture and efforts to maintain and improve aviation security at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. Data collection in this research was carried out by observing, interviewing, and questionnaire. There are 8 (eight) aspects that need to be considered to see the implementation of a security culture at an airport. The research conducted at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport looks at the application of a safety culture through these 8 (eight) aspects. Based on the 8 (eight) aspects that have been assessed, the results are generally very good. This result is certainly a positive thing because the result is a reflection of the implementation of a security culture or security culture at the Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar International airport.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the self-organized learning environment learning method in an effort to develop the soft skills of students in the Applied Managerial Accounting Undergraduate Study Program at the Bali State Polytechnic. This research method is descriptive qualitative using interview and questionnaire data collection techniques for 96 respondents. The result is a self-organized learning environment learning method that combines internet technology as a reference source for students with lecturers as a reference source that can develop students' soft skills such as having an initiative, independent, trustworthy and communication skills.

Abstract

Internal audit according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 based on ISO 19011:2018 has been carried out to describe the internal audit process in laboratories that have implemented ISO/IEC 17015:2017. The internal audit is conducted on all business processes in the laboratory testing of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which consists of management processes, primary processes, and supporting processes. The results of the internal audit show that in the management process there were three (3) clauses for level 2 nonconformities, in the primary process there was one (1) clause for level 1 nonconformities, two (2) clauses for level 2 nonconformities, and one (1) clause for observation. While in the supporting process, there are 1 (one) clause for observation. Based on the process, the internal audit carried out is by the audit process in ISO 19011: 2018. These findings indicate that the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta laboratory testing has been implementing ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 even though it has not been maximal. Abstract

This research aims to fully describe internal quality audits, namely the important role of internal quality audits and internal audits in education in Indonesia. In obtaining data for this research, a qualitative approach of the Systematic Literature Review type was used, by collecting data from books, journals and articles. Data analysis was carried out using the PRISMA method, there were 5 stages used, namely determining eligibility criteria, determining sources of information, selecting literature, collecting data, and selecting data items. With this method it can be obtained from various sources including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The research results found that: 1) The important role of internal quality audit is that there are four main practical elements, namely verification of written records, policy analysis, evaluation of the logic and completeness of procedures, internal services, and staff to ensure that procedures are efficient and in accordance with organizational policies and reporting recommendations. improvements to superior management. 2). Internal Audit of Education in Indonesia, Joint audits can play an important role in the implementation of education, so that they can find out various problems that occur in operational activities in schools, the causes of these problems, and then think about solutions to these problems. Abstract

Quality of education is a major concern in many societies around the world. In the highly competitive education sector, the success of educational institutions depends on the quality of education. Education quality assurance is a systematic, integrated, and sustainable mechanism that ensures the entire process of organizing education meets quality standards. Quality assurance in basic education aims at the quality of education according to national education standards. This study aims to clearly describe quality assurance at the basic education level, especially junior secondary schools and equivalent. With the implementation of educational quality assurance, it is hoped that basic education can be properly implemented and evaluated.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how Sekolah Alam Bandung instills the character of akhlakul kharimah (good morals) in elementary school students. This research used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method at the Sekolah Alam Bandung, with the research subject being the school principal. The research instrument used was an interview sheet, and the data collection techniques used were interviews and the study of curriculum documents used in schools, data analysis is carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that the Sekolah Alam Bandung has the same goal as schools: to educate the nation's life in an intellectual and moral context. However, what differentiates the Sekolah Alam Bandung from state elementary schools in general in instilling the character of akhlakul kharimah is in the learning process. The character of akhlakul kharimah is instilled using exemplary and habituation methods where the teacher becomes an example in implementing the learning, and evaluation is carried out by observation and reported in the groovy report card portfolio every semester. Apart from that, the main characteristic and the output produced using the motto "The most beautiful school in my life" makes Sekolah Alam Bandung produce happy students studying at school. It is hoped that this research can provide broader insight for readers regarding the moral character of elementary school students at Sekolah Alam Bandung and how the school instills them.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of cultural diversity, one of which is the diversity of traditional dances. One of the traditional dances is the Hudoq dance from East Kalimantan province, which is usually performed to commemorate traditional ceremonies during the period of clearing land for farming. The Pancasila Student Profile is character building according to the values of Pancasila in the Merdeka Curriculum which has six indicators, namely noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, independence, and creativity. The purpose of this study is to describe the positive impact of Hudoq culture on the characters in the Pancasila Student Profile, especially creative characters in students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with subjects that have been determined by researchers, namely children in Long Melaham village, Mahakam Ulu, East Kalimantan province. The results of this study are that through the Hudoq culture students become more creative, this is in accordance with one of the characters in the Pancasila Student Profile, these results can be seen when students make clothes and attributes used for dancing and perform dramas in a hunting atmosphere in front of the community
