The people in Mapolo Village are the same as those from the rest of Indonesia. The public will be involved in the general election of the president or president in 2024. Given, of course, that the people here have had previous experience with Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, including scratches and so on, some people feel that whoever the elected leader does not have too much influence on their lives. The aim of this study is to learn more deeply about how perceptions are evolving in society about their involvement in the Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election by the year 2024. In achieving the research objectives, qualitative research methods are chosen, with data collection methods such as observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the public is very enthusiastic about welcoming the 2024 Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, the public hopes that the three presidential candidates and vice presidents are politically well and the public judges the three candidate pairs as the best princes of the nation.

The person designated as the owner of the job by the Budget User or Power of Budget User and in charge of carrying out the acquisition of goods and services is known as the Commitment Maker Officer. Contract-based procurement operations necessitate a high level of comprehension and/or proficiency, beginning with the stages of purchase planning, purchase execution, control, contract signing, and reporting and submission of work results. As a result, the PPK acts as its representative when forming alliances or agreements with other parties; in the absence of the Office of the Commitment Maker, the instance is unable to do so. The Office of the Commitment Maker determines whether a procurement of goods and services within an agency is successful or unsuccessful. This indicates that the fundamental functions of the Office of Commitment Makers are intimately tied to the utilization of the State budget since their execution calls for a distinct set of skills, accountability, and rigor than those of another administrative officer. State losses from damage or other claim claims will arise from errors in the Office of the Commitment Maker's discharge of its obligations

The purpose of this study is to examine the function of Manado's Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (P2TP2A) on Jl. City Hall No. 1 Tikala Ares, Tikala Subdistrict in dealing with incidents of domestic violence against women and children. The issue in this study is domestic violence against women and children. Methods of qualitative research. The goal of qualitative research methodologies is to produce a thorough, factual, and accurate portrayal. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all methods for gathering data. According to the findings of field study, there is a lot of domestic violence against women and children, and there is still violence that is carried out by using the hands with small strikes to blows that might make the victim's condition worse, way that it has an influence on the psychological and psychological development of children, and other elements. Economic considerations, early marriage, and intervention from others are all causes of violence

Penelitian pengaruh kompensasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru telah dilaksanakan pada guru SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. Berdasarkan analisis data, pengujian hipotesis serta hasil pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan peneliti, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. Hal ini memberikan arti bahwasanya kompensasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan komunikasi terhadap hasil kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. Hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwasanya komunikasi dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. Dengan demikian, maka kompensasi dan komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru

These basic teaching skills are important to develop in the present era, especially in today's primary school, because if a child aged 5 to 15 is more interested in gadgets than lessons, then the teacher has his own technique to make his pupils focus on the lesson, and thus the teaching skill action should be done by the teacher. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the teacher's skills in teaching small groups and individuals at SDN 13 Palangki. Data collection methods used are observations and interviews. In qualitative research, data analysis is done cyclically, starting with data reduction and ending with data presentation and conclusion. The social behavioral paradigm focuses on the individual's relationship with its environment, which consists of a variety of social and non-social objects that produce consequences or changes in environmental factors that cause behavior changes. The results of this study show that teachers form small groups or individuals based on student differences, small groups, or individuals formed to improve the quality of interaction between students, small group and individuals can be used to make learning more effective, and teachers provide interesting material for students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan arsip dan cara penyimpanan arsip di Sekretariat Kota Bitung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan indikator Sistem dan Metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan arsip menggunakan sistem yang sederhana, yaitu dengan sistem penanggalan dan penguraian. Hal ini berdampak pada kebingungan dalam proses pengarsipan. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa cara penyimpanan yang digunakan juga menggunakan cara yang sederhana yaitu dengan buku agenda, pengarsipan di komputer dan di lemari arsip. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan korupsi arsip apabila tidak ditangani dengan baik dan dibiarkan menumpuk secara kasar dalam jangka waktu yang lama, serta menyebabkan proses penemuan kembali arsip tersebut akan memakan waktu lama.

This research aims to find out how traders participate in keeping the market environment clean, and what obstacles traders experience in keeping the market environment clean, as well as how traders overcome problems or obstacles in keeping the traditional market environment clean in Tondano City, North Sulawesi. The type of research used is qualitative. The collection techniques used in research are observation, interviews and documentation. As well as collecting data, researchers went directly into the field actively. Based on the results of research in the field and interviews, it is clear that some of the traders at the Tondano market have maintained the cleanliness of the environment in the market, and have prepared each trash bin in the place where they trade, and some traders have not participated in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment in the market, for example, they often throw away littering, and throwing away the remains of their trade everywhere.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dampak gaya hidup konsumtif mahasiswa Sumba di Universitas Insan Budi Utomo Malang terhadap kehidupan sosialnya.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa meyakini bahwa mengkonsumsi berbagai jasa dan layanan merupakan imbalan yang pantas atas usaha mereka dalam belajar. Produk untuk dinikmati sendiri, entah itu membeli tas baru, baju baru, atau jalan-jalan. Jika keinginan akan kebahagiaan dilakukan secara berlebihan, maka berujung pada kesia-siaan. Keadaan ini mengarah pada gaya hidup konsumtif. Gaya hidup ini lebih menekankan pada “prestise” dalam hidup. Hal ini memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar tentang berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan yang tersedia bagi mereka. Kemudahan-kemudahan tersebut telah menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan gaya hidup yang biasanya berujung pada perilaku konsumtif.

Tujuan dari dijalankannya penelitian berikut adalah guna mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi seorang guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Makassar dibawah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian instrumen merupakan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas termasuk dalam pengujian instrumen, sedangkan uji t, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, sekaligus penggunaan analisis korelasi pearson product moment termasuk dalam pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasilnya, model persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 8,162 + 0,821X menunjukkan bahwa minat menjadi guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,821 setiap penambahan nilai lingkungan keluarga. Sedangkan uji korelasi product moment menghasilkan nilai korelasi kategori kuat sebesar 0,622 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara lingkungan keluarga dengan keinginan menjadi guru. Pengujian koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai r2 = 0,387 atau 38,7 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 61,3 persen minat menjadi guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, sedangkan 38,7 persen minat menjadi guru mendapat pengaruh dari nilai lingkungan keluarga.

The extent of the quality and capacity of a teacher determines success in education. A good teacher can become a subject teacher, but also a teacher who can educate his students until they achieve objective education, that is, giving students intellectual skills at a time embedding religious, ethical, and national values. This writing means to see English language education teachers' contribution to increasing religious students' knowledge and attitudes at the Boarding school Biharul Ulum. Study This nature discriminates empiricist who sees contributions from the cognitive and affective realms. Research results find that English education teachers Can make significant contributions in adding knowledge and attitudes to religious students. The cognitive contribution was made by entering religious materials in English lessons and stage discussion entitled religious use. Whereas contribution is effectively done by embedding spiritual and social values through communication and guidance in the use of English as a language of familiarity. This teacher's contribution shows that if two eyes lessons or more can be integrated into the frame, it will increase knowledge and religious attitudes.
