Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs analysis of E-Assessment (Si Intan) monitoring child growth and development, to test the feasibility of E-Assessment (Si Intan) monitoring child growth and development, and to test the practicality of E-Assessment (Si Intan) monitoring child growth and development in Abdi Pertiwi Kindergarten. This research is a type of research and development (Research and Development). The research and development model of education (Research and Development) carried out adopts the 4-D development model (Four-D) with research stages, namely, define, design, develop, and dissemination. It's just that researchers limit this research to the development stage, namely product practicality testing, not to the dissemination stage due to limited time and researcher costs. The results of the needs analysis show that teachers and parents need new assessment products on children's growth and development whose results of identifying needs Regarding Media New assessments that answer yes are in the qualifications are needed so that they become the basis for researchers in developing this e-assessment (Si Intan). The results of the validation of this e-assessment product (Si Intan) are valid and reliable, the results of this validity consist of trials on 2 validators, namely media expert validators on the e-assessment product (Si Intan) who get good qualification validity test results. As well as the results of the validity of the assessment expert on this e-assessment product (Si Intan) get good qualification results. The results of the reliability union show an average agreement between raters of 0.125 while for raters the consistency is 0.932 which means it has high stability.

Abstract

This study discusses the Juridical Review of Medical Services at the Bangil Regional General Hospital. The formulations in this study are (1) What is the legal relationship between doctors and patients in the action of medical services at the Bangil regional general hospital. (2) Is every doctor responsible for the patient in the efforts of medical services in the hospital. (3) what factors affect the implementation of medical services in hospitals. This study aims to determine: (1) how the legal relationship between doctors and patients in the act of medical services at the Bangil area general hospital. (2) Is every doctor responsible for the patient in the efforts of medical services in the hospital. (3) what factors influence the implementation of medical services at the Bangil Regional General Hospital. Based on the results of this study indicate that 1) The legal relationship that occurs between doctors and patients in medical service actions at the Bangil Regional General Hospital is when the patient states his complaint and is then responded to by the doctor and when the patient is examined by the doctor, where the doctor has stated willingness which is expressed verbally or implicitly in showing an attitude or action that concludes the doctor's willingness. 2) A doctor is always responsible for every action given to his patient.

Abstract

Lactation massage is a massage technique that can be worked out for smooth breastfeeding, by doing massages regularly as well as applying the correct breastfeeding technique. Lactation massage is useful for reducing pain, tension, stress, and anxiety, elevating mood or mood, increasing milk production, and encouraging loving maternal care, preparing the mother physically, emotionally, and mentally to face the postpartum period. This study aims to determine the relationship between lactation massage and the smoothness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. The method used in the preparation of this research is to use a literature review study approach by analyzing 16 articles that have been selected according to research criteria. The results from 16 literature review journals found that giving lactation massage is very effective for expediting breast milk. In this study it can be concluded that giving lactation massage can overcome the uneven production of breast milk, improve blood circulation, prevent breast milk from clogging, and make mothers more relaxed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of budget participation and information technology on employee performance at the Majene Regency Maritime and Fisheries Service Office. Using the SPSS method, there were 45 respondents used as samples in this research, namely employees of the Majene Regency Maritime and Fisheries Service. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. Analysis of the t test, f test, and R2 test were used to test this research. The results of this research show that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, budget participation and information technology together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Maritime and Fisheries Service Office Majene

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Accountability of public services in the Department of Youth Sports, Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of secondary literature studies with qualitative analysis techniques. The end result of this research is a description of the causal context or cause-effect relationship. The results of this research indicate that public service accountability is not yet optimal and needs to be improved in terms of visitor interview results and direct inspection of tourism sector facilities. The author found that tourist facilities such as places of worship, toilets and In addition, the consistency of levies set on each tourist attraction is not optimal, which differs from visitors, and there are still many waste scattered around tourist attractions, disrupting the comfort of visitors.

Abstract

The process of engaging in organizations to transform its entities may request for more affordable leadership style. This study focuses on the impact of transformational leadership style on Islamic management in higher institution of learning. The components of transformational leadership style namely, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration were utilized to examine the validity on the two components of Islamic management namely, forgiveness and sincerity. Stratified sampling was used to sample 80 respondents from Faculty of Leadership and Management USIM. Bass & Avolio (1993) questionnaire was adopted and adapted for the study. Correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were used to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and Islamic management components. The results show that all transformational leadership style component is statistically significant on Islamic management which account for 69% of the variance explain by the individualized consideration, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation.

Abstract

This study discusses the meaning of the malamang procession in the Nagari Alahan Mati community. The purpose of this study is to describe how the background of malamang at the baralek event in Nagari Alahan Mati and the meaning of the malamang procession at the baralek event in Nagari Alahan Mati. The theory used is symbolic interactionalist theory according to Blummer's understanding. The method used in this study is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques are field observation, interviews, and documentation. The finding of this study is that the background of malamang at the baralek event came from Sheikh Burhanuddin's accident while conducting a banquet at a community home. The malamang tradition in the Nagari Alahan Mati community occurred in the 1950s. The malamang tradition is carried out by the Alahan Mati community the day before the baralek event, and a week before the host baralek event. Things that must be done, in terms of the division of labor in the malamang tradition is also distinguished by gender, men have the task of finding firewood and reeds for malamang, while women have the task of cooking lamang until cooking. The meanings in every malamang procession include mutual cooperation, silaturrahmi, and kinship.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Phenomenon of Elderly Street Vendors in the Clock Tower Tourist Area of Bukittinggi City". The aim of this research is to describe the views of the public and tourists towards elderly street vendors, the factors behind elderly street vendors continuing to choose to trade in the Jam Gadang tourist area of Bukittinggi City. The theory used in this thesis is the phenomenological theory of Edmund Husserl. The method used by the author is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from this research are that the factors behind the elderly continuing to choose to trade in the Jam Gadang tourist area are economic factors, social factors and health factors. The views of the public and tourists towards these elderly street vendors do not have a problem with the existence of the traders and some tourists also feel respect for the existence of these elderly street vendors.

Abstract

This research discusses the adaptation strategy of Javanese Surinamese repatriates in Tongar Nagari Aia Gadang Village, West Pasaman. The aim of this research is to describe the initial obstacles faced by Javanese Surinamese repatriates in Tongar Village and to describe the adaptation strategies of Javanese Surinamese repatriates in Tongar village. This research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are field observations, interviews and documentation. The theories used are Michael P. Todaro's migration theory and John W. Bennet's adaptation theory. The findings of this research are that Javanese Surinamese repatriates who were in Tongar Village faced obstacles such as language, economics, land ownership and difficult road access when they came to Tongar, then the repatriants adapted to their new environment by means of cultural adjustments, interaction processes, job options, road repairs. Therefore, these repatriates have their own way of continuing to survive in Tongar Village, they have also started to get used to socializing and are used to their new environment, so that the Javanese Surinamese repatriates can survive to this day in Tongar Village.

Abstract

The researcher conducted the research to describe the teacher and student interaction during the teaching-learning process and to analyze the frequent FLINT categories by Moskowitz (1976). The participant in this research was an English female teacher taught in class VII F at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya in the academic year 2022/2023. This research was a case study design that used qualitative method. The data was collected by observing the teacher and student interaction during the teaching-learning process. The researcher used the teacher talk video transcript in analyzing the FLINT categories. The result of the research showed that the teacher’s dominant language was Bahasa Indonesia. The teacher’s utterances in Bahasa Indonesia appeared 95 times during the teaching-learning process, which means the teacher used Bahasa Indonesia in English lessons. The teacher should be built good oral during the teaching-learning process, not only focus on delivering the material. The frequent categories used by the teacher were giving information and asking questions. Moreover, the rare category the teacher used was the student’s ideas. Through analyzing the FLINT system, teacher talk in the classroom was accessible in describing the dominant language performed by the teacher and analyzed frequent categories used by the teacher during the teaching-learning process.
