Abstract

Palma Shop Majalengka is a business entity operating in the field clothing retail trade. Located on Jl. Raya Heuleut-Weragati, Tanjungsari Village Leuwimunding District, Majalengka Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with an approach quantitative. The population is 30 employees, the sampling technique is technical census so that the sample totals 30 employees. Data collection technique using the questionnaire method. Data analysis is carried out using analysis descriptive and verification in the form of multiple regression coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance and work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of competence, compensation, and workload on the performance of Occupational Therapists in the Sukoharjo area with motivation as a moderation variable. Data collection technique is a method of collecting data obtained directly to the research location This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a population and sample of 40 (forty) people. The research instruments are questionnaires with Likert scales and analysis using the Partial Least Square method and alternative methods of analysis with variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of research on the effect of competence, compensation, and workload on the performance of Occupational Therapists in Sukoharjo area institutions with motivation as a moderating variable, it can be concluded that Competence has a positive and significant effect directly on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Sukoharjo regional institutions, Compensation, Motivation and Work Expenses do not have a positive and significant effect directly on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Sukoharjo regional institutions. Motivation is not able to moderate the effect of Competency on the Occupational Performance of Therapists Working in Sukoharjo area institutions. Motivation is unable to moderate the effect of compensation on the occupational performance of therapists working in institutions in the Sukoharjo area. Motivation is unable to moderate the effect of workload on the Occupational Performance of Therapists Working in Sukoharjo area institutions

Abstract

A process model is derived from the Tasbih-Shura nature of the Shuratic process (discursive process). The Tasbih-Shura dynamics is consultative and participatory, hence discursive in the light of the Qur'an. The imminent Shuratic process is thus a methodology associated with the meaning of the embryonic Shura as a discursive medium that spans across all domains of socio-scientific inquiry. The existence of such inherent and pervasive discursive dynamics is to be found in all realms of the natural and human order; in the abstraction of the seen and unseen worlds, about which the Qur’an speaks. The latter kind of world-system may be temporally revealed or may remain permanently hidden. Yet in all conditions, the monotheistic law makes all such domains profoundly interactive and integrative in the sense of knowledge-inducing human discursive experience and the participative complementary nature of the world-system. This kind of exercising effort (Ijtihad) is used to discover the conscious learning nature of all things (Tasbih). We will highlight the nature of the learning process emerging from interaction leading to integration, which is marked by different kinds of consensus, equilibrium, balance, and convergence towards the moral purpose. Finally, from such emergent interactive and integrative processes arise the evolutionary processes of extensive learning in continuum. Such an evolutionary epistemology carries the attained ontological and ontic (evidential) scale of the knowledge-centered Qur’anic universe into higher stages of moral consciousness. We note that although the Shuratic process, that is the participative complementary process of organic unity, is intrinsic in everything, yet the conception needs human comprehension for reflection and use. Thus analytical formalism is invoked.

Abstract

Mosques are the most important facilities for Muslims. There needs to be efforts by mosque administrators to make mosques the center of Muslim civilization, especially in efforts to empower the millennial generation. This research aims to analyze the role of mosques as centers for economic empowerment for the millennial generation in Garut Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that mosques have a strategic role in empowering the economy of the millennial generation in Garut Regency. Some of the roles of mosques include (1) Mosques as centers for creative economic activities, such as entrepreneurship training, business incubation, and promotion of MSME products; (2) Mosques as a place to distribute zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds for the economic empowerment of the millennial generation; (3) Mosques as a space for collaboration and synergy between the millennial generation, mosque administrators and other stakeholders in developing economic empowerment programs; and (4) Mosques as centers for strengthening Islamic character and values ​​that support the economic development of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Existing studies argue that Social Protection Programs are designed to reduce poverty and vulnerability by promoting efficient labor markets. Therefore, the government must respect and promote the principles of non-discrimination, gender equality, responsiveness to social needs, social inclusion (including in the informal sector/economy), and respect for people's rights and dignity. This research uses qualitative field methods in the area and its surroundings. This research also uses historical documents from national archives and documentary data from newspaper reports, diaries, letters, and oral reports. The most common types of social protection include labor market interventions, social insurance, and social assistance. While this is the standard worldwide, especially in the ideal Social Contract between society and government, this has yet to be the case in most countries in the Developing World, especially Nigeria, in the last decade. So the impact is increasing poverty, neglect of older people, unemployment, disappointment, and tension, which leads to violent conflict. Therefore, this research attempts to build relationships between Nigeria's government and the Poor and Vulnerable Communities. The Nigerian government must show great commitment to the issue of social protection programs that are in line with global practices.

Abstract

In business, many things must be considered regarding operations, marketing, and services, including the world of financial institutions, both Sharia and conventional. KKS Nur Indah Abadi is a Sharia Cooperative that is growing rapidly. Of course, establishing the Nur Indah Abadi Kencong KKS will attract members and improve member policies by understanding members' hopes and needs. This research aims to determine the influence and analyze quality and promotion on the decisions of Nur Indah Abadi Kencong KKS members. This research has three independent variables: promotion quality variables X1 and X2, and one dependent variable, the member decision variable. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The primary data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to Nur Indah Abadi Kencong KKS members in this study, totaling 45 respondents. The high correlation coefficient shows that improving product quality and promotions strongly contributes to increasing member decisions in musyarakah financing at KKS (Consumer Sharia) Nur Indah Abadi Kencong. The research results show that partial quality and promotion positively and significantly affect member decisions.

Abstract

As practiced by @dintwinz_home on Instagram, credit buying with a savings system offers a unique approach to transactions compared to conventional methods. Unlike typical credit purchases, this method allows buyers flexibility with payment deadlines and amounts. Customers can cancel purchases and withdraw their installment funds. This empirical study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and documentation to explore the perspectives of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah figures in Malang City. Key findings include the structured stages of this buying process: (1) visiting @dintwinz_home; (2) item specification and purchase explanation; (3) initial down payment and identity submission; (4) installment recording by the seller; (5) withdrawal of saved funds if needed; and (6) item delivery upon completion. The study highlights disagreement among Muhammadiyah figures due to a perceived lack of payment clarity, whereas NU figures support the practice under mutual agreement conditions. This research provides insights into community perspectives on evolving transaction practices in digital commerce.

Abstract

Several factors influence the performance of Service Employees, both external and internal. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the use of Information Technology affects the performance of Service Employees, to find out how the transformational leadership style affects the Performance of Service Employees, to find out how the Use of Information Technology and transformational leadership style affects the performance of employees at the Magetan Population and Civil Registration Service. This quantitative research was conducted at the Magetan Population and Civil Registry Service in 2024. Data was collected through documents and questionnaires, with validity and reliability tests on 81 respondents. Research data was analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The research results show that the use of information technology influences the performance of service employees, and the transformational leadership style influences the performance of service employees. Information technology and transformational leadership style significantly affect KKN learning achievement at the Magetan Population and Civil Registry Service. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that department heads improve employee performance by implementing a transformational leadership style and learning to utilize information technology to develop employee performance.

Abstract

This work was prepared to analyze the influence of workload, work stress, and work motivation on the performance of students and alums employees of the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) who have PTNBH status. The methodology used was a quantitative Expost Facto approach using ordinal data analysis through Somer's D analysis with the SPSS version 16 application. The initial steps included conducting validity and reliability tests to ensure the data integrity of 24 student-employee respondents at Surabaya State University. The research results reveal a relationship between work stress and the motivation of student affairs employees at Unesa. Second, there is a relationship between workload and the motivation of student affairs employees at Unesa. Third, there is a relationship between work stress and the performance of student affairs employees at Unesa. Fourth, there is a relationship between workload and the performance of student affairs employees at Unesa. Fifth, there is a connection between work motivation and the performance of student affairs employees at Unesa.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited research on tourist behavior towards Sharia-compliant hotels. Lombok Island was selected for this study due to its recognition as the premier halal tourism destination in Indonesia, showcasing significant advancements and attractions that cater to the needs of Muslim travelers. Its objective is to predict how halal food, religiosity, and the attitudes of Muslim tourists influence their intention to utilize products and services offered by Sharia-compliant hotels. Structural equation modeling was employed with a sample of 154 visitors to Sharia-compliant hotels on Lombok Island, namely Grand Legi Hotel, Lombok Plaza Hotel, Lombok Raya Hotel, Pratama Hotel, and Santika Hotel. The findings reveal that both halal food and religiosity exert positive influences on attitudes, subsequently enhancing the intention of Muslim tourists to use the products and services provided by Sharia-compliant hotels. We recommend that future research explore other variables influencing tourists' attitudes and intentions to use Sharia-compliant hotel products and services. Additionally, tourism policymakers should pay attention to the importance of halal food and beverages and the religiosity of tourists to enhance the overall quality of halal tourism.
