Abstract

The report on educator and educator incentive data that is currently running at TK Permata Bangsa is still done manually, namely collecting files and making data recaps for submitting lists of incentive recipients both education and educators are still recorded and made using Microsoft Excel. The collection of files and documents is done separately, this causes delays because it takes a long time. Teachers as educators and educators sometimes forget and are busy preparing the requested files. The research conducted seeks to provide solutions in processing data on educational incentives and educators, an application system that can be accessed easily. The information system created in the form of a web-based application will assist the school in making data reports on educational incentives and educators. The result of this study is in the form of an application that can be accessed through a browser. The research methodology used in the preparation of this thesis is direct interviews, observations and literature studies while the system development stage uses the Waterfall method. To design this application, a structural design method is used, namely Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Abstract

Entrepreneurship programs at the high school level encourage students to become entrepreneurs. However, based on data on students' interest in entrepreneurship, after graduating students prefer to continue their studies or work. In addition, in the era of increasingly growing digitalization and the rise of social media as a platform for entrepreneurship, some students are not used for entrepreneurial activities, but rather for socializing, watching, etc. The school is trying to realize the young entrepreneurs starting from high school graduation through various variables. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy, and media use social impact on high school students' entrepreneurial interest. This research used quantitative research with a causality and associative approach used SEM-PLS. Result showed that entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy, and media use of social media have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Through students' entrepreneurial literacy are expected to be able to identify problems and find creative and innovative business ideas. Digital literacy knowledge directs students to be able to identify real data and access the resources needed to support the business. Social media can be a very effective tool for networking with professionals, promoting products or services, and reaching more markets wide.

Abstract

In the beginning, many parents enjoyed coffee with a mixture of black coffee without sugar which we usually called Ireng coffee. This Fox Coffee Jember shop can serve orders online due to the increasingly rapid development of technology. They collaborate with Grabfood and Gofood which makes it easier for customers to order from home. This shows that the Fox Coffee Jember shop always follows developments and trends in society. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were Fox Coffee Jember customers and the sample taken was 85 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation and questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses the t test. The research results show that the dimensions of taste, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Fox Coffee Jember. Suggestions for future researchers are adding variables that support measuring customer satisfaction such as price, cost and emotion variables so that they can provide a broader picture of what factors influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

 Financial distress is a condition that all company leaders and owners want to avoid, because this condition is a step towards bankruptcy. In this study, researchers used financial ratio data and S-Score values to examine the financial condition of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk from 2018 to 2023. The results show that the company's performance decreased significantly during that period, with financial problems starting in 2019 and continuing to worsen until in 2023. The increasing risk of bankruptcy is associated with a decrease in the value of financial ratios such as efficiency, leverage, liquidity and profitability, as well as a lower S-Score. Recommendations include reevaluating the financial approach, using better debt management, developing a financial recovery plan, working with financial experts, and improving financial performance oversight and oversight. By implementing these recommendations, companies are expected to improve their finances and reduce the risk of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the sea in the world, causing the government to issue policies to tackle plastic waste. The retail entrepreneurs association as the largest contributor of plastic waste follows government policy by providing environmentally friendly shopping bags/tote bags. Therefore, Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency has adopted the policy. The policy affects consumer behavior. Green buying behavior is influenced by many factors, one of which is the perception of value and perception of risk. This study aims to determine the effect of value perception and risk perception on green purchasing behavior in shopping bag / tote bag users in Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population criteria were consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency and a sample of 100 respondents using the formula proposed by Slovin and Mustafa with a confidence level of 90% with a value of e = 10%. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. This study found that value perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior and risk perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior in tote bag users in Niceso, Ciruas, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Along with increasing economic growth, MSMEs are encouraged to be more active, creative and innovative in trade. Trading via social media makes things easier for consumers with fast access and easy payments. Currently, smartphone technology facilitates access to applications such as Gojek which can be downloaded on Playstore, Gojek offers online services including Gofood. Gofood offers fast and efficient food delivery, making it easier for users to continue using Gofood features. This research aims to determine the effect of price discounts, product quality and digital promotions on customer satisfaction of Gofood users in the Jember area. This research uses associative techniques with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 100 Gofood users in the Jember area. The sampling technique here uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques used literature studies and questionnaires. The hypothesis test from this research uses a partial test (t test) and is calculated using SPSS 22. The results of this research show that price discounts (X1), product quality (X2), and digital promotions (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. customers of Gofood users in the Jember area.

Abstract

This study focuses on seeing how far Instagram social media is effective as a means of promoting @rosalina_shop which is known to sell women's needs ranging from fashion to beauty products using the AIDA method. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which explains in detail the problems studied based on data obtained through questionnaires that have been collected, and then analyzed. The primary data in this study was a questionnaire with a sample of 75 people with special criteria, namely following @rosalina_shop Instagram account and having made a one-time purchase. Based on the results of research using the AIDA method on online promotion, @rosalina_shop on social media, Instagram is included in the "good" category with a percentage value of 61-80%. Where it can be seen that the promotions carried out are able to attract the attention of consumers so as to purchase the products offered.

Abstract

 Financial distress is a situation that leaders and owners of firms want to evade, as it is a precursor to insolvency. This study employed financial ratio data and S-Score values to analyze the financial state of PT.Waskita Karya Tbk from 2019 to 2023. The data demonstrate a notable deterioration in the company's performance throughout that timeframe, with financial challenges commencing in 2019 and intensifying until 2023. The escalating likelihood of bankruptcy is linked to a decline in financial parameters such as efficiency, leverage, liquidity, and profitability, as well as a reduced S-Score. Suggested actions including reassessing the financial strategy, adopting improved debt control measures, formulating a plan for financial recuperation, partnering with financial specialists, and strengthening financial supervision and performance tracking, then merger and acquition with other Stated Owned  Enterprises with  excellent financial performance such as PT. Hutama Karya could an alternative salvation strategy . By applying these suggestions, organizations are anticipated to enhance their financial situation and mitigate the likelihood of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance moderated by significant or insignificant organizational commitment. The population in this study amounted to 90 respondents and those taken or sampled were still 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling technique. The respondents sampled in this study were employees of the Pyhlon Injection Department of PT Pratama Abadi Industri. The method used in this study is quantitative method and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The results showed that the moderating role of organizational commitment to work motivation on employee performance, with determination of 47.5% and the remaining 52.5% influenced by other factors. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation moderated by Organizational Commitment.
