Abstract

The modern transformation of habits from traditional habits brings about changes in people's habits in various aspects of life. Social change creates a discrepancy between elements or social elements so that deviant behavior arises. Deviant behavior makes teenagers who can fall into negative things, one of which is liquor. Adolescent orientation is just looking for pleasure and requires inner pleasure to eliminate saturation and fill free time in the evening so they prefer to go to karoke and nightlife as an alternative place to hang out with friends. Devotional activities are carried out using the method of lectures and discussions accompanied by Q&A. The achievement of community service is seen from changes in attitudes and behavior, because they have known about liquor, the factors behind someone trying liquor, the consequences caused by liquor, and legal sanctions.

Abstract

One indicator of the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) was the production process with standard operating procedures. The production process in the home industry business requires good management, including of calculating the production costs. The objectives in this community service were (1) to provide an understanding of the importance of calculating the production cost as a basic for MSMEs in determining the selling price products. (2) to explain the calculation of the production cost for MSMEs as one of strategy in marketing the resulting products. This community service activity was carried out to the home industry MSMEs of LPB Pabanet Partners with the counseling and the presentation method, followed by discussions about the process of determining the production cost related to the business by each MSMEs. The home industry MSMEs participants to be able to take part in the activities well, seemed enthusiastic participants in discussions regarding the calculation of the production cost of businesses by each MSMEs. Through this activity, hoped that the home industry MSMEs could apply calculations for each resulting product in order to determine the selling price product correctly so getting profits with the expectations of MSMEs

Abstract

Social activities can be a medium to share with others in need. Sharing for others can be done in the form of assisting in the world of education. In addition, social activities are also a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely serving. This kind of activity can be an opportunity for students to share what they get with the community and increase their empathy for others. The research activity with the theme “Development of Teaching and Learning Innovation in the Era of Disruption through Online and Offline Learning (Hybrid Learning System)” is a community service activity carried out to increase innovation in learning during the pandemic through the Hybrid Learning System method where students majoring in mathematics education as teaching volunteers.

Abstract

Gadel Village is an area located in RW 06, Karangpoh Village. This Gadel village has limitations in empowering its community. This community service activity has the main goal of optimizing community empowerment in Gadel Village through socialization of catfish cultivation activities with an aquaponic system. This socialization concept will emphasize the independence of the Gadel village community to be able to achieve prosperity, and their goals are implemented through aquaponic-based cultivation activities. The problem raised in this research is the influence of aquaponics socialization on the empowerment of the Gadel community. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of aquaponics socialization on the empowerment of the Gadel community. Abstract

An emergency condition is one of the threats that requires immediate treatment/assistance by the person who first finds the victim because the golden period for an emergency is a maximum of 10 minutes. Therefore, the community as first responders really needs to have knowledge and skills in providing assistance. The purpose of this mentoring is to increase the knowledge of teachers in Barisallo Village Kel. Parangloe Kab. Gowa. The method used is the lecture method using leaflet media and simulation using an emergency manikin and splints. This activity was carried out for 6 days. The results of the activities include the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. From the results of the service, there are still many people, especially teachers, and there are still many people who do not know how to provide first aid in emergency conditions. So from that basis, community service is about efforts to increase teacher knowledge and skills to prevent death or disability. It is hoped that health workers will be more active in conducting health education, especially in Barisallo Village, Kec. Parangloe.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is an important health problem throughout the world because of its prevalence which continues to increase in 2019 to 22% in the age group 18 years, as well as its association with cardiovascular disease, stroke, retinopathy and kidney disease. The purpose of this mentoring is to increase family knowledge, especially in Barisallo Village, Kel. Parangloe Kab. Gowa. The method used is the lecture method using banner and lieflet media. This activity was carried out for 6 days. The results of the activities include the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. From the results of the service, there are still many people who experience a diagnosis/or problems with high blood pressure, and there are still many people who do not know how to prevent hypertension itself. So from this basis, community service is about efforts to increase public knowledge to reduce the risk of hypertension to coincide with the spread of covid 19. It is hoped that health workers will be even more active in conducting health education, especially in Barisallo Village, Kec. Parangloe.

Abstract

Kabupaten Ketapang, sebagai komponen vital dalam keberagaman ekonomi Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan khusus dalam mengembangkan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Meskipun potensinya besar, UMKM di wilayah ini terkendala oleh pemahaman minim masyarakat, terutama di pelosok, mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Oleh karena itu, tim pendamping halal Politeknik Negeri Ketapang melakukan Upaya dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan literasi masyarakat di pelosok seputar legalitas usaha dan manfaat sertifikasi halal, menciptakan pondasi yang lebih kokoh untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi UMKM di Kabupaten Ketapang, program pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim Pendamping Halal Politeknik Negeri Ketapang berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yakni meningkatkan literasi masyarakat seputar legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Hasil positif termasuk peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat, efektivitas pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), dan meningkatnya permintaan sertifikat halal, menunjukkan dampak positif program. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses informasi dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah di beberapa wilayah perlu terus diatasi. Dengan terus memperkuat kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat, serta menjaga upaya berkelanjutan, diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi model inspiratif bagi pengembangan UMKM dan literasi ekonomi lokal di daerah lain.

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is quite dominating and is the backbone that supports economic growth and provides jobs. Its existence needs to be appreciated and developed by providing access to financing, guidance and assistance so that it can develop its business. Training and mentoring activities are carried out in order to improve accounting skills for one of the micro businesses in Padang City "UD. Sala Lauak Kito. There is a need for partners to gain knowledge and understanding of accounting books and the ability to make financial reports. Until now, partners have not carried out the bookkeeping process so that cost and income information is not generated accurately. Implementation of activities consists of three stages: planning, implementation and final stage. Overall, all stages were carried out for 2 months. From planning to final stage. The training was carried out for 1 day and mentoring was carried out 1 month after the training. The method of implementation is in the form of material explanation presentations, exercises, discussions, question and answer discussions and independent learning through modules. The training material provided is in the form of knowledge related to the accounting cycle from recording to financial reporting. After the implementation of the activities there is an increase in accounting knowledge, the creation of complete and valid financial information, the existence of documented bookkeeping, the preparation of financial reports as information from the business. The output of this activity is the publication of print/digital newspapers and activity videos via YouTube media.

Abstract

Field Work Practice (PKL) is a manifestation of students in applying the knowledge gained when attending lectures so that it aims to improve students' skills in developing mindsets, expressing ideas, and gaining insights to become a skilled and qualified workforce. Practice carried out the second Field Work Practice at the YAFSI Integrated Public House. The problems faced by the members of the YAFSI Integrated Public House are meeting the needs and overcoming the risks of climate change. For this problem, practitioners participate in ecoprint training which is a form of inclusive climate change literacy and adaptation. The author uses the method presented by Kirst-Ashman (2010) regarding the level of social worker practice at the mezzo level, namely the intervention unit is a group with a group work method. As for the results of this second Employment Practice, it is hoped that the group that is the main target of the ecoprint training program becomes a group that can run independently. Ecoprint is one type of batik whose manufacturing method utilizes natural dyes from tannins or dyes of leaves, roots, or stems that are avoided on a piece of cloth and then the cloth is boiled.
