Abstract

Abstrak: Inovasi barcode dalam pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Denai Lama bertujuan meningkatkan transparansi informasi dan akuntabilitas kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi dan studi literatur sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa barcode mampu mempercepat akses informasi produk, meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan persediaan, serta memperkuat kontrol dan kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan BUMDes. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa teknologi barcode dapat menjadi instrumen strategis dalam membangun budaya transparansi dan profesionalisme di lingkungan desa. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan literasi digital dan infrastruktur teknologi sebagai pendukung keberhasilan implementasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial administration functions in reducing bookkeeping inaccuracies at Warkop Rencong Kupi in Medan City. The research used a quantitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population included the owner, employees, and regular customers involved in financial transactions. The findings indicate that the implementation of financial administration functions—planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling—significantly reduces bookkeeping errors. A well-managed financial administration system helps maintain accurate financial records, improves accountability, and facilitates decision-making. Therefore, the effective application of financial administration functions enhances financial management efficiency and supports the sustainability of small businesses such as Warkop Rencong Kupi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Microsoft Excel in financial recording on the effectiveness of the MSME Toko Rizaki Konveksi Mahasiswa Medan. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 13 respondents consisting of the owner and employees. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression through SPSS. The results showed that the use of Microsoft Excel had a positive and significant effect on MSME effectiveness with an R Square value of 0.610 and a significance level of 0.002. This indicates that using Microsoft Excel improves efficiency, accuracy in recording, and better decision-making. These findings demonstrate that digital financial recording using Excel enhances MSME effectiveness and competitiveness in the modern era.

Abstract

This study describes the reputation and image of Rumah Baca Indonesia 28 as a community learning space. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the reading house has a positive reputation supported by consistent learning services, transparent communication, and committed organizers. Its positive image appears through an orderly environment, creative literacy activities, digital media use, and volunteer involvement. The study concludes that reputation and image influence public trust and participation. Improvements in facilities, collaboration, and digital publication are recommended.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi dan koordinasi aparatur Pemerintah Desa Medan Estate serta pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja aparatur desa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan enam aparat desa dan tiga masyarakat sebagai informan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi telah berjalan efektif melalui kejelasan instruksi, penggunaan media komunikasi yang tepat, serta dialog dua arah antara pimpinan dan aparatur. Koordinasi antarperangkat desa juga berlangsung secara terstruktur melalui pembagian tugas yang jelas dan rapat rutin. Kombinasi kedua aspek tersebut menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada produktivitas aparatur, tercermin dari kedisiplinan, ketepatan waktu, serta kualitas pelayanan publik. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penguatan komunikasi dan koordinasi merupakan kunci utama peningkatan kinerja pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi Humas Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa, Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (PMD & Dukcapil) Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam meningkatkan diseminasi informasi dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga staf humas dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama Humas berfokus pada penguatan branding kelembagaan melalui media digital, khususnya media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan YouTube. Meskipun konten masih didominasi oleh publikasi kegiatan seremonial, Humas mulai mengembangkan konten edukatif seperti informasi Gerakan Indonesia Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan (GISA). Upaya ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan jangkauan publik serta pemahaman masyarakat mengenai peran dan kewenangan dinas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kualitas konten interaktif, kompetensi digital, serta pengembangan website resmi sebagai kanal komunikasi utama untuk mendukung transparansi dan literasi publik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Public Relations (PR) communication in increasing customer loyalty and business growth. Using a qualitative approach, the study was conducted through in-depth interviews with PR practitioners and business owners, as well as documentation analysis in the form of communication materials and company performance reports. The results indicate that effective PR communication through transparency, responsiveness, and message consistency can build customer trust, which impacts loyalty and business growth. In conclusion, PR plays a strategic role as a bridge between a company and its publics. This study recommends that companies continuously integrate PR strategies into customer relationship management. The implication is that a humanistic and values-based approach to PR communication can be a competitive differentiator amidst intense market competition.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze apparatus readiness strategies and work culture on information service quality through DEVAKAD application utilization in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Medan. Qualitative descriptive approach employed observation, structured interviews with one DEVAKAD manager and three final-year students, and document analysis at the study program office in November 2025. Findings reveal apparatus possess strong technical readiness in document verification and issue response, supported by adaptive work culture accelerating digital services despite incomplete dynamic information. Conclusion confirms significant positive influence of apparatus readiness and work culture on DEVAKAD effectiveness. Recommendations include ongoing training and innovation-oriented culture reinforcement; implications enhance transparency, good governance efficiency, and academic user satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ethics and professionalism among administrative staff at SMP Negeri 35 Medan and analyze its impact on the quality of administrative services. The method used is qualitative phenomenology with three samples of administrative staff whose data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that work ethics (discipline, responsibility) and professionalism (competence, discipline) have been consistently applied, which correlates positively with high service quality (reliability, responsiveness) based on the SERVQUAL dimensions. The conclusion of the study confirms that the quality of administrative services is largely determined by the consistency of employee ethics and professionalism. It is recommended that ethical values and professionalism training be strengthened periodically, and that the service system be improved (e.g., digital queuing system). The implication of this study is to provide practical guidance for school management in improving the quality of public services through human resource development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas integrasi sistem komunikasi dan koordinasi berbasis digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi di SMK PAB 8 Sampali. Menggunakan metode mixed methods desain deskriptif konvergen, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner sensus terhadap seluruh staf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal digital tergolong sangat efektif dan koordinasi kerja berjalan optimal, yang berdampak positif pada peningkatan efisiensi serta akuntabilitas administrasi. Disimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital terbukti memangkas latensi birokrasi dan meningkatkan validitas informasi. Disarankan agar sekolah segera menyusun SOP formal terkait protokol respons dan pengarsipan digital. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan urgensi sentralisasi platform untuk menyempurnakan sinkronisasi tim dan integrasi data sekolah secara menyeluruh. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating digital-based communication and coordination systems in administration management at SMK PAB 8 Sampali. Using a mixed methods approach with a convergent descriptive design, data were collected through interviews and census questionnaires distributed to all staff members. The results indicate that digital internal communication is classified as very effective and work coordination proceeds optimally, which positively impacts the improvement of administrative efficiency and accountability. It is concluded that digital transformation is proven to reduce bureaucratic latency and enhance information validity. It is recommended that the school immediately formulate formal SOPs regarding response protocols and digital archiving. The implications of this study emphasize the urgency of platform centralization to optimize team synchronization and school data integration comprehensively.
