Abstract

Utilizing the team to carry out operational vehicle maintenance activities is crucial to maintaining smooth mobility. Well-scheduled maintenance can prevent unexpected problems and minimize disruption to vehicle operations. The problem is that the implementation of operational vehicle maintenance policies is not yet optimal. The aim of this research is to focus on operational vehicles so that use is not disrupted and mobility runs smoothly, maintenance scheduling is needed. Completion of this research method will use the Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree data mining applications. This research produces a comparison of the two data mining applications to determine maintenance performance with an accuracy level of the Naïve Bayes method of 33.33% and a Decision Tree at 75.00%. The results of the best algorithm performance analysis are used as a reference for implementing vehicle maintenance scheduling.

Abstract

In the cosplay entertainment, consumers will take advantage of the various offers given by businessmen to support their cosplay activities. Of the many promotional strategies available, some of the ways that businessmen do is to display ads on social media Instagram and make discount prices on products. The research is aimed at finding out how much impact ads factors on social media Instagram and price discount factors have on the consumptive behaviour of the cosplayers. The type of research used is quantitative research with the collection of primary data through questionnaires of 96 cosplayers in Medan. Data processing utilizes IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test hypothesis showed that the ads on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of cosplayers, with a tvalue (2,015) > ttable (1,985) at a significance rate of 0,047 < 0,005. The price discount also has a positively and significant effect on the consumptive behaviour of cosplayers, with the tvalue (3,461) > ttable (1,985), at a significance rate of 0,001 < 0,05. Simultaneously, the ads on Instagram and the price discount have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behaviors of cosplayers, by the Fvalue (15,96) > Ftable (3,09) at a significant rate of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Pakistan's policy towards the Pakistan Tehreek-I-Taliban after the Taliban's victory in Afghanistan (2021-2022). The type of research used is explanatory using qualitative methods. This research uses the concept of terrorism and counterterrorism theory. According to Schmid in the Handbook of Terrorism Research in 2011. In response to the increasing number of TTP terror figures in Pakistan after the Taliban's victory over Afghanistan in 2021-2022, the Pakistani government implemented two counterterrorism policies which were divided into two approaches, namely the soft approach and the soft approach. rough approach (hard approach). The approach to counterterrorism policy can be relative, meaning that the implementation of the policy may differ from one country to another, depending on the conditions faced by that country. The research results show that Pakistan has two methods in implementing policies: a soft approach and a hard approach. Pakistan implemented a soft approach policy by mediating with the TTP and choosing the Afghan Taliban as a mediator. Meanwhile, Pakistan implemented a tough approach policy by launching cross-border air strikes into Afghanistan targeting TTP members.

Abstract

The evaluation of the quality assurance system at SMPIT AL Qalam using the CIPP model indicates success in the implementation of Islamic education. Challenges in curriculum adaptation and teaching methodology were identified as areas requiring further attention. Meanwhile, investments in human resource development and the implementation of active learning strategies have contributed to improved student understanding. The evaluation results reflect encouraging achievements, showing solid academic growth and character building in accordance with Islamic values, which confirms the quality of education provided by SMPIT AL Qalam.

Abstract

This article explores the evolution of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) policy in Indonesia over time through the lens of 'Dynamic Governance'. Utilizing policy implementation theory approaches, this study analyzes how changes in IRE policy have impacted the educational experiences of students and the community at large. By examining various historical periods and their influence on educational policy, this research presents in-depth insights into how IRE has adapted to the changing demands and expectations of society and government. Focused on the restructuring and modernization of the Islamic education system, this article aims to elucidate the importance of policy adaptation to reflect Islamic values relevant to contemporary developments as well as the challenges and constraints encountered in its implementation. The primary goal of this writing is to offer a new perspective on the implementation of religious education policy that can support efforts to enhance the quality of Indonesian human resources in the context of social diversity and current dynamic needs.

Abstract

Currently, MSMEs not only market their products to the domestic market but also to the international market. One is PT Legend Tren Internasional, which brings traditional local drinks to the international market. Legen drink or siwalan sap water is a product from Tuban City that PT Legend Tren Internasional processes as a product that is low in sugar and suitable for people with diabetes. The brand image emphasized in this product is typical of the Indonesian archipelago, which is global. The research discusses the company's export strategy, which uses the concepts of product adaptation and innovation strategies, product quality standardization strategies, and export promotion strategies. This research is qualitative research with primary data sources through interviews and secondary data to find out the strategies of Legend Tren International in introducing products and exporting them to various countries. This MSME does not have competitors, so it is an opportunity to market its products internationally. They have already exported products to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Nigeria.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Anti-Drug Family Resilience Policy at the National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The data source in this research uses secondary data and primary data. The informants in this research are policy makers in the field of prevention and prevention practitioners who implement family resilience programs with the BNN at both the central and district/city levels. According to the findings of the analysis, the anti-drug family resilience at BNN RI was the issue that was prioritized. This was done as an activity program that adapted evidence-based prevention that had been tested internationally. Therefore, it was very appropriate if this was supported by optimizing the anti-drug family resilience policy. The National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia's anti-drug family resilience policy isn't yet perfect. One of the reasons is that there is not any statutory or policy regulations issued by BNN as the leading sector in efforts to prevent drugs through strengthening families.

Abstract

One of the tourist attractions developed in the Samin Cultural Village which is located in Japanese Hamlet, Margomulyo Village, Margomulyo District, Bojonegoro Regency is through educational tourism on the cultivation of matoa fruit and crystal guava. The development of this educational tourism began with outreach activities to local pokdarwis to plant matoa fruit and crystal guava seeds in the camping area. The research method used by the author is qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is through direct observation, interviews, recording documents and journal articles. Interactive data analysis techniques. The research results show that with a variety of natural and cultural tourism potential, this village is developing educational tourism about matoa fruit and crystal guava, which are suitable for planting in the area. This development involves outreach and planting seeds, aimed at increasing tourist visits and community income.

Abstract

Maron Tourism Village Management is an innovative program implemented by Village-This study aims to evaluates the effects of psychological capital and workload on OCB, and the mediating contribution of job satisfaction in Bank Indonesia representative area West Sumatera and Pematang Siantar. A purposive sampling technique with single criteria was used for 82 permanent bankers. Then, their responses to the online questionnaires were proposed and analysed by assisting Smart-PLS Sofware's latest version with the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) and path-analysis in two-tail criteria. The result shows that all relationships were tested can be stated in line with research expectations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of e-government in building approval services through SIMBG at the Kendari City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. There were 9 informants in this study who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Building Approval Services through SIMBG at the Kendari City One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service can be seen from: 1) Physical evidence of the availability of good and adequate public service locations. 2) The Reliability Dimension (reliability) of the Kendari City one-stop capital investment and service department is still not in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. 3) Responsiveness, which is still not good, can be seen from the lack of response by employees to complaints or complaints from the public in services related to the PBG permit application process through SIMBG. 4) The insurance dimension is good, as seen from the existence of several guarantees, namely data and document security guarantees, PBG document authenticity guarantees and service guarantees. 5) Empathy, this can be seen from the lack of professionalism of employees towards applicants regarding PBG services through SIMBG.
