Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the transformation of traditional customary institutions from conflict mediators into development agents that support village independence through community-based tourism. The focus is on the Majelis Krama Desa (MKD) in West Nusa Tenggara, which has evolved from a reactive dispute resolution body to a proactive institution in community-based development. The research method employed a literature review with a thematic approach, analyzing scientific publications, policy documents, and official reports published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the transformation of MKD from a conflict resolution institution into a driver of village self-reliance through tourism significantly contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The main challenges include cultural erosion, authority conflicts, and limited institutional capacity. This study recommends strengthening MKD through systematic capacity-building programs and integrating its roles into the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (Village Medium-Term Development Plan).

Abstract

Abstract: Training is an essential strategy for companies to enhance employee competence. The Basic Virtual Training (BVT) program is designed by the Agency Development Department at BRI Life to prepare new insurance agents with knowledge and skills related to insurance and marketing. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of BVT, including the challenges encountered and the solutions applied. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include program implementers, training participants, and other relevant parties. Data analysis is conducted thematically to understand patterns and challenges in the training's implementation. The results of the study show that BVT is conducted online over two weeks, with three sessions per week, each batch lasting two days. The topics covered include company profile, insurance products, and negotiation skills. Challenges faced include technological limitations, varying levels of understanding among participants, and the limited duration of the training. Solutions include providing technical guides, using visual materials, adjusting the content, and utilizing interactive technologies such as polling and breakout rooms.Key Words: Human Resource Training, Competency Development, Insurance AgentAbstrak: Pelatihan adalah strategi penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan. Basic Virtual Training (BVT) dirancang oleh Departemen Agen Development di BRI Life untuk mempersiapkan agen asuransi baru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang asuransi dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan BVT, termasuk kendala dan solusi yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan pelaksana program, peserta pelatihan, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk memahami pola dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan BVT dilaksanakan secara daring selama dua minggu dengan tiga sesi per minggu, masing-masing batch berdurasi dua hari. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi profil perusahaan, produk asuransi, dan keterampilan negosiasi. Kendala meliputi keterbatasan teknologi, variasi pemahaman peserta, dan durasi pelatihan yang terbatas. Solusi mencakup penyediaan panduan teknis, materi visual, penyesuaian materi, dan penggunaan teknologi interaktif seperti polling dan breakout room.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan SDM, Pengembangan, Kompetensi, Agen Asuransi

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out how the Smart Ceria Early Childhood Learning Activities Studio in Serang Regency can memorize learning using the singing approach method. PAUD managers, teachers and students were used as sources of research data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Research shows that considering learning with a singing approach requires planning, implementation and evaluation procedures. By using the singing method, children can memorize material more easily, remember learning for longer, and raise enthusiasm in children. Children memorize songs and material, and only use songs that are appropriate for the child. However, the application of the singing method has the most advantage that children become more enthusiastic about learning.Key Words: Singing Method, Learning, Early Childhood.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Anak Usia Dini Smart Ceria di Kabupaten Serang dapat menghafal pembelajaran dengan metode pendekatan bernyanyi. Pengelola PAUD, guru, dan siswa dijadikan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengingat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan bernyanyi memerlukan prosedur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi, anak dapat lebih mudah menghafal materi, mengingat pembelajaran lebih lama, dan membangkitkan semangat pada anak. Anak menghafalkan lagu dan materi, serta hanya menggunakan lagu yang sesuai dengan anak. Tetapi penerapan dari metode bernyanyi mempunyai lebih banyak kelebihan yaitu anak jadi lebih bersemangat dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Metode Bernyanyi, Pembelajaran, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Abstract: Letter recognition is a skill that children must master, because it will later affect their language skills. This study was used to determine the use of the singing method to improve letter recognition skills in early childhood education. Early childhood education is an important stage in child development known as the golden age. At this stage, children experience rapid growth and prefer fun activities, including playing. Play-based learning and social interaction are considered effective in facilitating the acquisition of various skills, including the introduction of letters of the alphabet which are the basis for reading and writing skills. This study analyzes the implementation of the singing method to introduce letters of the alphabet at PAUD Pintar Ceria, Serang Regency. This method is designed to create an interactive and fun learning atmosphere so as to improve children's memory, involvement, and social skills. The results of this study through direct observation showed that 90% of children actively participated and showed joy during learning. The singing method not only helps letter recognition, but also supports children's motor skills, emotions and creativity. Although there are challenges such as differences in children's abilities and time constraints, the benefits of this method in creating a positive learning environment make it an effective choice for children's education.Key Words: Recognizing Letters, Singing MethodAbstrak: Pengenalan huruf merupakan suatu keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh anak, karena nantinya akan mempengaruhi kemampuan berbahasanya. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode bernyanyi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengenalan huruf pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan tahapan penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak yang dikenal dengan masa emas (golden year). Pada tahap ini, anak mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dan lebih menyukai aktivitas yang menyenangkan, termasuk bermain. Pembelajaran berbasis bermain dan interaksi sosial dinilai efektif dalam memfasilitasi perolehan berbagai keterampilan, termasuk pengenalan huruf-huruf abjad yang menjadi dasar keterampilan membaca dan menulis. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Metode bernyanyi untuk mengenalkan huruf abjad di PAUD Pintar Ceria Kabupaten Serang. Metode ini dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan sehingga meningkatkan daya ingat, keterlibatan, dan keterampilan sosial anak. Hasil penelitian ini melalui observasi langsung diketahui 90% anak berpartisipasi aktif dan menunjukkan kegembiraan selama pembelajaran. Metode bernyanyi tidak hanya membantu pengenalan huruf, tetapi juga menunjang motorik, emosional dan kreativitas anak-anak. Meski terdapat tantangan seperti perbedaan kemampuan anak dan keterbatasan waktu, namun manfaat metode ini dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif menjadikannya pilihan yang efektif untuk pendidikan anak.Kata Kunci: Mengenal Huruf, Metode Bernyanyi

Abstract

Abstract: Child abuse is a form of mistreatment and action against children. All acts of violence against children will be recorded in their memories and will continue to be carried by them throughout their lives. In preventing acts of violence against children, the state formed an organization called the Children's Forum. The Children's Forum is managed and fostered directly by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in an effort to prevent, protect and convey the aspirations of children throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify forms of violence, factors causing violence, physical and psychological impacts and efforts to minimize the occurrence of violence against children, especially in the family environment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing an object, phenomenon and social setting regarding violence against children which is then expressed in writing. After that, the results of the study can develop scientifically as indicated by the situation and conditions in the field so that researchers can understand in depth related to cases of violence against children that occur in the area. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, directed interviews, discussions, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the most common form of violence committed by parents against children was suppressing and shouting with their biggest reason being to discipline children.Key Words: Children's Forum, Child ViolenceAbstrak: Kekerasan pada anak adalah bentuk perlakuan dan tindakan salah terhadap anak. Semua tindak kekerasan pada anak akan direkam dalam ingatan mereka dan akan terus dibawa oleh mereka sepanjang hidupnya. Dalam mencegah terjadinya tindak kekerasan pada anak, maka negara membentuk suatu organisasi yang dinamai Forum Anak. Forum Anak dikelola dan dibina langsung oleh Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Pelindungan Anak dalam upaya pencegahan, perlindungan dan penyampaian aspirasi anak di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk kekerasan, faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan, dampak fisik maupun psikologi serta upaya dalam meminimalisir terjadinya kekerasan pada anak terutama di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sesuatu objek, fenomena dan setting sosial mengenai kekerasan yang terjadi pada  anak yang kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan. Setelah itu, hasil penelitian dapat berkembang secara ilmiah sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh situasi dan kondisidi lapangan sehingga peneliti dapat memahami secara mendalam terkait dengan kasus-kasus kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi di daerah tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terarah, diskusi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk kekerasan yang paling  sering dilakukan orang tua kepada anak adalah mencubit dan membentak dengan alasan terbesar  mereka adalah untuk mendisiplinkan anak.Kata Kunci: Forum Anak, Kekerasan Anak

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to combine theoretical knowledge learned in lectures with applications that can be found in the real world. This study applies a quantitative descriptive approach. We were placed at SPNF SKB Serang City for this Professional Training Program (PLP) activity. The department's PLP program assists with teaching activities, office administration, and archiving. This research uses learning implementation observation sheets and learning implementation plan (RPP) review sheets to obtain data. Students have overall "good" pedagogical competence when taking PLP courses, with an average of 3.10 on a scale of 4.Key Words: Pedagogical Competence, PLPAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggabungkan pengetahuan teoritis yang dipelajari di kuliah dengan aplikasi yang dapat ditemukan di dunia nyata. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kami ditempatkan di SPNF SKB Kota Serang untuk kegiatan Program Latihan Profesi (PLP) ini. Program PLP jurusan membantu kegiatan mengajar, administrasi kantor, dan pengarsipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan lembar penelaahan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) untuk mendapatkan data. Mahasiswa memiliki kompetensi pedagogik secara keseluruhan "baik" saat menempuh mata kuliah PLP, dengan rata-rata 3,10 dari skala 4.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, PLP

Abstract

Abstract: Cognitive ability is a child's ability to think more complexly and to do reasoning and problem solving, the development of this cognitive ability will make it easier for children to master broader general knowledge, so that children can function properly in everyday community life. However, in its development, not all children can develop according to their stages so that analysis needs to be done. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach that aims to analyze the problems of cognitive development of children aged 4-6 years at SKB Kota Serang. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that most children aged 4-6 years experience a lot of cognitive development, so that at the age of 0-6 years children in the Golden Age (golden age) must receive greater attention for their cognitive growth and development.Key Words: Ability,cognitive, developmentAbstrak: Kemampuan kognitif merupakan suatu kemampuan anak untuk berfikir lebih kompleks serta melakukan penalaran dan pemecahan masalah, berkembangnya kemampuan kognitif ini akan mempermudah anak menguasai pengetahuan umum yang lebih luas, sehingga anak dapat berfungsi secara wajar dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Namun dalam perkembangannya tidak semua anak dapat berkembang sesuai tahapannya sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa. Adapun Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mmempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan perkembangan kognitif anak dari usia 4-6 tahun di SKB Kota Serang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar anak usia 4- 6 tahun banyak mengalami perkebmbang kognitif, Sehingga pada usia 0-6 tahun anak dalam masa Golden Age (masa keemasan) harus mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih besar untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kognitifnya.Kata Kunci: Kognitif,kemampuan, perkembangan

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of service and information systems in the management of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) certificates at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity Development (BBPVP) Serang. The focus of this research is the certificate management process, and the human resources involved in supporting its implementation. This study aims to understand how the certificate management system is effectively applied at BBPVP Serang. The findings reveal that certificate management at BBPVP Serang not only provides efficient services but also supports human resource development through competency-based certification. The integrated service system accelerates and improves the quality of certificate management, offering significant benefits to training participants in enhancing their careers.Key Words: BNSP Certificate, BBPVP, Service System, and InformationAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem pelayanan dan informasi dalam pengelolaan sertifikat Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sertifikat serta sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam mendukung pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan sertifikat diterapkan secara efektif di BBPVP Serang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sertifikat di BBPVP Serang tidak hanya memberikan layanan yang efisien, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui sertifikasi berbasis kompetensi. Sistem pelayanan yang terintegrasi membantu mempercepat dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan sertifikat, memberikan manfaat besar bagi peserta pelatihan dalam menunjang karier mereka.Kata Kunci: Sertifikat BNSP, BBPVP, Sistem Pelayanan, dan Informasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Structured parenting is no longer merely an option but an urgent necessity. Interpersonal collaboration facilitated by structured parenting enables individuals understand their identities, aspirations, and appropriate behaviors in an evolving environment, thus helping them navigate complex social dynamics. Employing a quantitative analysis approach as proposed by John Creswell and a qualitative analysis based on Pierre Bourdieu’s habitus theory, this study examines the influence of structured parenting on strengthening interpersonal collaboration in addressing the social complexities. Based on data from 500 respondents and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, this study finds that: (1) structured parenting significantly enhances social skills (p < 0.05); (2) it contributes to conflict resolution within communities (p < 0.05); (3) it strengthens social collaboration within society (p < 0.05); and (4) the regression model indicates that rule consistency has the most significant impact on reinforcing interpersonal collaboration in addressing complex social dynamics (β = 0.42). Furthermore, structured parenting improves educational quality, skill development, and readiness to face an increasingly competitive workforce. By instilling a visionary, creative, hardworking, innovative, and socially responsible mindset, future generations will be better equipped to address escalating social and economic inequalities. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the lack of learning media in early childhood and the low recognition of letters that make early childhood difficult in language skills. The language discussed includes pre-reading and pre-writing. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) language skills in early childhood in Islamic Kindergarten Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura through the use of interactive media powerpoint, 2) language skills in early childhood in Islamic Kindergarten Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura through the use of Flash Card media, 3) the difference in the effect of language skills in the use of interactive media powerpoint and flash card media in early childhood in Islamic Kindergarten Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura. This research is a quantitative research conducted at Al-Anis Islamic Kindergarten Ngemplak Kartasura which is located at Jl. Jiwan, Ngemplak, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java, RT. 02, RW. 06 Postal Code 57169. This study used a population of 35 students and a sample of 32 students. Sampling using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using test techniques. The type of test used is a performance test. The questions used were 8 items, of which 4 questions to test pre-reading skills and 4 other questions to test pre-writing skills. Test the validity of language skills in early childhood using expert validity. Data analysis techniques used unit analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. The results prove that the power point interactive media gets an average of 24 with a percentage of 43,75% including the high category. Flash Card media gets an average of 18 with a percentage of 31,25% including the high category. The results of statistical calculations with the independent sample t test formula, the results showed that the t value was 2,716 while the t table at the 5% significance level was 2,5527. This shows that there are differences in the influence of language skills in the use of interactive power point media and flash card media in early childhood at Al-Anis Islamic Kindergarten Ngemplak Kartasura.Key Words: PowerPoint Interactive Media, Flash Card Media, Language.Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu minimnya media pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dan rendahnya pengenalan huruf yang membuat anak usia dini kesulitan dalam kemampuan bahasa. Bahasa yang dibahas mencakup pramembaca dan pramenulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: 1) kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura melalui penggunaan media interaktif powerpoint, 2) kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura melalui penggunaan media Flash Card, 3) perbedaan pengaruh kemampuan bahasa dalam penggunaan media interaktif powerpoint dan media flash card pada anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di TK Islam Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura yang beralamat di Jl. Jiwan, Ngemplak, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah, RT. 02, RW. 06 Kode Pos 57169. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi 35 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 32 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes. Jenis tes yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja. Soal yang digunakan sebanyak 8 butir, dimana 4 soal untuk mengetes kemampuan pada pramembaca dan 4 soal lainnya untuk mengetes kemampuan pada pramenulis. Uji validitas kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini menggunakan validitas ahli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis unit, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa media interaktif powerpoint mendapat rata-rata 24 dengan presentase 43, 75% termasuk kategori tinggi. Media Flash Card mendapat rata-rata 18 dengan presentase 31,25% termasuk kategori tingi. Hasil perhitungan statistik dengan rumus t-test independent sample, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai   2,716 sedangkan   pada taraf signifikasi 5% adalah 2,5527. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kemampuan bahasa dalam penggunaan media interaktif powerpoint dan media flash card pada anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Anis Ngemplak Kartasura.Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif PowerPoint, Media Flash Card, Bahasa.
