Bakti Sekawan : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat, merupakan jurnal untuk mendesiminasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh dosen, praktisi, ataupun mahasiswa. Abstract

UnhasCooperative UKM is a student activity unit engaged in the field of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial activity of Unhas Cooperative UKM students provides opportunities for students who have an interest in entrepreneurship to create business activities through analysis of market needs and opportunities. However, the entrepreneurship activities of the Unhas Cooperative UKM are still considered to be ineffective in their marketing system because the method used is still applying the conventional system, namely only through social media so that it has not been able to maximize its entrepreneurial potential. Departing from these problems, a web-based e-commerce was created entitled "Kopma Sale: Designing web-based e-commerce to support entrepreneurial activities" Unhas cooperative ukm. The development of web-based e-commerce has advantages in terms of marketing because of a wider network reach and can describe the products being sold in detail and is able to actively interact with the market. This website is expected to be able to support and increase the entrepreneurial activities of Unhas cooperative SMEs. The method used in this research is a literature-based qualitative method, by involving participants to dig up information relevant to research with the aim of producing website pages that can be developed according to the needs of Unhas cooperative SMEs. This website is designed using the waterfall model SDLC. The results of the research are in the form of a "kopma sale" website which is expected to be utilized in the entrepreneurship activities of Unhas cooperative SMEs.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus, which spreads very quickly, can attack anyone regardless of age or gender and is more at risk of attacking people with certain medical conditions including sufferers of chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM). The minimum and high cost of PPE, and the high number of PTM sufferers can be at risk of contracting this disease from other people. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community through making PPE to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the Dulomo Selatan Village community which is the location of the community service. Dulomo Village was chosen as the location for community service because it is one of the working areas of the North City Health Center which has the highest number of elderly people and has the highest number of sufferers of Non-Communicable Diseases. The procedure for the activity is first licensing, coordinating with Dulomo Selatan Village and North City Health Center, preparing tools, health promotion media, and places used for program implementation. This activity consisted of measuring the knowledge of Dulomo Selatan village cadres through distributing questionnaires, counselling about Covid-19, socializing on making simple and fulfilling PPE (masks and face shields), distributing multivitamins for PTM sufferers, and distributing stimulants in the form of masks and hand sanitizers. The results of this community service activity showed that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge about COVID 19, government policies, clean and healthy living behaviour’s and the correct way to use PPE, as well as meeting the needs of PPE in the Dulomo Selatan Village community and especially PTM sufferers in the Dulomo Selatan Village area

Abstract

Yuk Nabung Saham (YNS) is a campaign to invite the public as potential investors to invest in the capital market by buying stocks regularly and periodically. This campaign is intended to change the habits of the Indonesian people from the habit of saving to investing, so that the Indonesian people begin to move f om a saving society to an investment society. Since the Yuk Nabung Saham campaign was launched on the 12 November 2015 by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla, it turned out that the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was able to encourage an increase in the number of investors including millennial investors. Based on IDX data, the number of single investor identification (SID) at the end of 2020 increased by 1.39 million, a jump of 61% compared to the end of 2019. So that the number of SID increased from 2.4 million to 3.88 million. In fact, as of 4 February 2021, the number of SIDs on the capital market has exceeded 4.1 million. In this regard, people who have chosen the capital market as a medium for saving, however, need to be enlightened about the need for indicators to be used to anticipate whether stock savings will increase or vice versa. Deep downtrend conditions have an impact on the risk of eroding the value of stock deposits so that you must take cut-loss steps as soon as possible so that the losses will deepen. For this reason, the team of lecturers, through community service activities in collaboration with DEKOPINDA, gave a webinar with the title "Let's Save Stocks", between the advantages and disadvantages of early detection with ICHIMOKU.

Abstract

Smoking is one of the main risk factors for several chronic diseases that can lead to death. This shows that smoking is a big problem for public health. Apart from the health aspect, smoking also affects the personality of the smoker himself. Usually high school age teenagers are familiar with cigarettes. According to them, if they don't smoke, they are considered not sociable. All of these things are not fully understood by teenagers whose smoking activity has even become a part of their social culture. This community service activity at SMAN 1 Poto Tano, West Sumbawa Regency aims to increase students' knowledge about the dangers of smoking to health. The community service participants are 74 class XII high school students aged 18 years in 2022. This activity begins with filling out a pre-test knowledge questionnaire about the dangers of smoking which is then followed by counselling and re-filling the post-test questionnaire. The results of filling out the questionnaire after counselling has increased, namely 69 students understand the dangers of smoking. During the counselling the students were very enthusiastic in listening to the speaker, for this it is hoped that this activity will be encouraged especially in the world of Education

Abstract

The FC (Financial Consulting) Galaxy Lion Heart Lombok team conducts marketing of financial services (insurance) products only limited to social media such as on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and WhatsApps groups. Their activities are only limited to sharing product flyers, sometimes the presence of FC activities is not necessarily liked by the community on social media. Therefore, to maximize the potential of digital marketing in the FC profession at the Lombok branch office, namely Galaxy Lion Heart, a mentoring activity was made to use Google SEO for the FC profession in increasing sales on financial services products of PT AJ Generali Indonesia. This Community Service (PkM) is part of a routine assignment every semester once a year which has been given routine tasks to resource persons by the highest leadership of the Lombok branch office, the name of the branch office is Galaxy Lion Heart Lombok. The method of this PkM activity is to assist in creating links with Google SEO to each FC team in the office. The Pk Mini implementation chart describes the following: a) Conducting a literature study; b) Determination of the type of assistance; d) Activity planning; e) Composing the topic of presentation and practice materials; f) Delivery of material topics; g) Demonstration of Google SEO material topics; h) Discussion of Google SEO materials; i) Creation of PkM reports; j) Creation of PkM articles; k) Publication of the PkM journal. The results of this PkM output are in the form of PkM journal publications and a practicum module for making Google SEO for Financial Consulting. This activity is highly appreciated by most of the FC teams, therefore their attendance every semester increases in the class. Therefore, this PkM activity has been requested directly by the head of the Galaxy Lion Heart office to be held every year.

Abstract

The obstacle experienced by final year students was the difficulty in carrying out research, especially when processing and analysing statistical data and presenting the right information. Especially for students majoring in health, at the research data processing stage, it is often difficult to determine the appropriate statistical test. As a result, there are many misinterpretations of research results. This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the determination of statistical tests in health research along with case examples using SPSS software. Service activities packaged through webinar via zoom were carried out by providing material and discussions which held on May 14, 2022. The webinar was filled by two presenters, each of whom delivered material on Parametric and Non-Parametric Statistics in Health Research. The participants who took part in the activity totalled 90 participants. Before the activity started, participants were given a pre-test to find out the extent of their knowledge of statistical tests in the health sector. Then, at the end of the activity, another post-test was given. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test, to test the hypothesis whether there were differences in participants’ understanding of statistical test in the health sector before and after the webinar. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the level of understanding of the participants before and after delivering the material related to determining the appropriate statistical test in health research, indicated by the value of t-test = 24.913 is greater than t-table = 2.279 (or p-value = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 ).

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu pihak kantor pajak yang berada di Gerung Nusa Tenggara Barat dalam edukasi dan sosialisasi informasi perpajakan dengan menggunakan platform media social kepada masyarakat umum. Kandungan edukasi berisi informasi sadar pajak yang meliputi pembayaran paka tepat waktu, metode dan mekanisme pembayaran yang sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat yang datang ke kantor pajak maupun masyarakat secara umum melalui social media. Pengimplementasian social media digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi perpajakan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terkait pentingnya konsep, ketentuan, manfaat dan tujuan perpajakan bagi pribadi maupun pembangunan daerah dan Negara. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari di KP2KP Gerung Lombok Barat dengan cara membuat konten edukatif yang menarik tentang perpajakan, metode pengabdian yang digunakan menggunakan metode semi deskriptif kuantitatif dalam menjelaskan fenomena yang ada dalam bentuk angka-angka penggambaran karakteristik dan menilai sifat dari kondisi-kondisi yang terlihat. Platform media social yang digunakan meliputi Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok dan Youtube dalam persebaran konten sosialisasi dan edukasi perpajakan, dengan masing-masing karakteristik dan perbedaannya menampilkan informasi dengan bentuk konten edukasi yang berbeda .

Abstract

Publication of scientific work is mandatory for teachers seeking promotion as a requirement to enhance their professionalism. Citing scientific works is crucial in every publication. However, many teachers often encounter difficulties in finding and managing references to be used in research publications. The objective of the Community Engagement Activity is to assist teachers in effectively and efficiently searching for references and organizing the sources to be used as references in their publications. Mendeley, as a reference management application, plays a significant role in improving the ability to write academic papers by providing features that facilitate reference searching and publication writing. The training is conducted through lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. The initial stage involves introducing the Mendeley application and installing it on participants' laptops. Participants are also taught how to collect references in Mendeley for later use in academic writing and how to apply Mendeley in the writing process. The outcome of this engagement is that teachers in West Lombok Regency can effectively master the use of the Mendeley application, thereby supporting their academic writing activities. With these skills, teachers will find it easier to search for references and streamline the process of creating automatic bibliographies

Abstract

Disposing of household waste carelessly around the house or into the river has become a habit for some people in Bolihutuo Village, causing several environmental-based diseases and polluting the river. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study on household waste management based on operational technical aspects, institutions, financing, laws and regulations and community participation. This observational analytic study aims to examine household waste management and the factors related to it, as well as to plan community-based household waste management. The result is that the average household waste generated is 1.46 litters/person/day or 0.38 kg/person/day, which consists of 47% organic waste, 15% paper, 22% plastic, and 16% metal and others. In Bolihutuo Village has not been implemented optimally. Education level, income level, behaviour towards environmental hygiene, knowledge of regional regulations on solid waste, and willingness to pay waste fees are positively correlated with household waste management. Suggestions given include improving waste services, forming village waste management groups, involving the community and the private sector in financing, increasing cross-sectoral coordination and involving community leaders and religious leaders, and implementing strict solid waste regulations.

Abstract

Public speaking skills training for students at SMKN 1 Kahyangan, North Lombok Regency. Community Service (PkM) is an effort by a service team to contribute science and technology to society and especially in this case with students. Based on this, the team submitted a proposal for PkM activities in state schools located in North Lombok Regency. The aim of this PkM is to provide basic skill training related to public speaking. This training is expected to provide provisions for students about the benefits of practicing public speaking and is also beneficial for the development of knowledge possessed by students and solving problems related to errors in speaking. The output target of this activity is that the trainees are equipped with public speaking and video recordings of students speaking in front of the camera.
