Abstract

The development of the internet has penetrated all sectors, one of which is the online sales system or what is often called e-commerce. Shopee, Tokopedia and Tiktok shop are one of the most widely used e-commerce applications in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to see the influence of commerce applications. Shopee, Tokopedia and Tiktok shop for promotional media to increase product selling power in terms of sellers.  The research method is descriptive qualitative by collecting research data through interviews and observing research objects. Based on the results obtained, it is clear that Shopee, Tokopedia and Tiktok shop can be used as promotional media to increase the selling power of products as social marketing contacts. This is because the features of Shopee, Tokopedia and Tiktok shop make it very easy for sellers to carry out promotions so that product sales are higher. However, you need to realize that e-commerce applications will continue to develop along with the needs of buyers and sellers, so Shopee, Tokopedia and Tiktok shop need to make various improvements so that they can always be used as social marketing contacts

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of online biology learning at Public High Schools in Jayapura City during the COVID-19 pandemic for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with a population of 1,217 students. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that it was obtained. the total sample was 211 students. The instruments in this research used questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire is in the form of written questions given directly or online to respondents. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted to strengthen the statements that had been answered in the previous questionnaire. The data was analyzed manually using the average formula according to Sudijono 2007 which will be confirmed with the Widoyoko 2010 range of values. The research results of the three indicators were obtained as follows: (1) online learning support components obtained an average score of 3.17 in the effective category, (2) the characteristics of online learning obtained an average score of 3.22 in the effective category, (3) the benefits of online learning obtained an average score of 3.04 in the effective category. Overall, the effectiveness of online learning obtained an average score of 3.15

Abstract

One of the educational institutions that plays an important role in developing Human Resources is Higher Education. Higher education is organized using an open system. In Indonesia, the process of providing education, especially in universities, often deviate from established regulations. One of them is the abuse of power carried out by lecturers towards students (abuse of power). This happens because the lecturer has a higher position than the students, so if it is not used professionally, this power can be misused in certain ways. So, in this research, the main problem of the researcher is how the legal regulation of criminal acts of sexual violence committed by lecturers against students is and what is the mechanism for resolving criminal acts of sexual violence committed by lecturers against students as one of the requirements for passing the final assignment

Abstract

Marketing is the main focus for companies in their efforts to develop and maintain their business. This article reviews in detail the concept of marketing in a general context and sharia marketing. Sharia marketing emphasizes Islamic moral principles such as faith, khalifah, balance, and justice, which form the basis for the strategy, tactics, values, and image of Islamic marketing. In addition, in practice, Islamic marketing also includes aspects of spirituality, considering competition as a partner to spur creativity. Specific characteristics of Islamic marketing include unity, faith, balance, justice, freedom of will, and benevolence. Islamic marketing ethics emphasize integrity, honesty, and good service. It is hoped that by applying these principles, companies can create a healthy business environment and provide benefits for all parties involved

Abstract

Literary works are created to be enjoyed and appreciated by society. The formulation of the research argues about the language style, vocabulary, and intended meaning of the poem “Tentang Mata” and “Tentang Mata Pula” by W.S. Rendra. This research is to obtain a clear picture of the poem “Tentang Mata” and “Tentang Mata Pula” through a stylistic approach. The benefits of this research contribute to the development of linguistics applied and linguistic analysis from literary works, provide insight to scholars on how to conduct linguistic analysis of literary works, and become alternative teaching materials for language and literature teachers. The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method in literature in line with stylistics. The research data were analyzed using data collection techniques involving the steps of data identification, data classification, and deductive data interpretation. The results of the research describe the conditions and situations that occurred in 1998, with the emergence of many connotative words in raising the issue of fate and living conditions, from poverty. In addition, it is presented that society itself is only chasing dreams by creating conditions and situations that are already disproportionate

Abstract

This research explores the use of media and technology in learning Islamic Religious Education in the digital era. The application of modern technology and interactive media has the potential to improve the quality and effectiveness of the PAI learning process. This study will analyze various technological platforms and tools used to deliver PAI material to students. Digital media such as learning videos, mobile applications and e-learning platforms can help improve students' understanding of PAI material. Apart from that, the use of technology also facilitates more interactive and interesting learning, and supports independent learning. This study also emphasizes the importance of educators' readiness to integrate technology into the PAI curriculum and the need for training and support for teachers. Proper use of technological media will bring positive changes in Islamic Religious Education learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work performance, social security and employee incentives both partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan. The data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis methods, Classical Assumption Test, t-test, F-test and Determination Test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of work performance on employee job satisfaction is known that the Fcount value> Ftable (21.256> 2.82) which means that there is an effect of work performance, social security and employee incentives simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan

Abstract

Optimizing the development and supervision of governance in the Garut Region is a strategic effort to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of governance. This study identifies the main challenges faced, namely limited resources, regulatory complexity, and corrupt and nepotistic practices. In facing these challenges, several strategies are implemented, including strengthening human resource capacity through continuous training, utilizing information technology to improve efficiency and transparency, increasing community participation through online feedback and complaint platforms, and closer cooperation with external supervisory institutions. The implementation of these strategies requires careful planning, adequate resource allocation, effective monitoring and evaluation, and strong political commitment and support. Thus, governance in the Garut Region is expected to run more optimally, provide better public services, and improve community welfare

Abstract

Standard Official of working performance requires authentic operational procedure to enhance staffs character of working regarding quality of Human Resource Development. It is required real application of Authentic Supervising system at Company. The Research applies Development Method to improve adequate assessment during working with staff partners at work supervised with law, management and computerized standard training for adequate Quality in working due that the training. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence coordination in infrastructure development in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. Data collection using primary sources and secondary sources. The techniques used are observation, interviews, documents, for research informants, namely the District, Village Apparatus, BPD, Hamlet Head and RT. Data analysis in this research is qualitative data analysis according to Bogdan, namely the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes, and other materials, so that it can be easily understood, and the findings can be conveyed. The results showed that there were factors that influenced coordination, namely the absence of socialization of the Vision and Mission of Kesumbo Ampai Village, operational standards had not been implemented optimally, low work discipline, the status of the Village Head who was still not definitive and development supervision was not optimal
