Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of inventory planning at Umkm Angkringan D'Amerta located in Cikarang Bekasi, owned by Ibnu Fadilah. Using data obtained from both internal and external sources, this study shows that the inventory planning used by Angkringan D'Amerta is relatively effective in managing the available food and beverages. The study's results also indicate that the inventory planning used by Angkringan D'Amerta can be improved by considering factors such as sales volume, raw material costs, and operational costs. Therefore, this study can contribute to the development of more effective and efficient inventory planning strategies for Angkringan D'Amerta and the food industry as a whole

Abstract

This study examines ticket sales trends during the 2024 Lebaran Transportation period at DAMRI Bus Terminals, focusing on various intercity routes. DAMRI, a leading public transportation company in Indonesia, prioritizes performance, quality, and passenger safety in its services. Data analysis reveals significant ticket sales across routes such as Surabaya-Malang, Lampung, and Pontianak, indicating passenger preferences during peak travel seasons. The results of this study provide valuable insights to optimize intercity transportation services and meet passenger demand effectively

Abstract

This study contains a comparison of transportation service rates between maxim and gojek transportation services, an example of a Case Study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong. Using the Sample T-Test test method. With the results of this research analysis showing the average or mean for the maxim price is 16,886 with a standard deviation of 2.6280 and a standard error mean of 0.2801, meanwhile, the average gojek price is 14,659. 886 with a standard deviation of 3.5554 and a standard error mean of 0.3790. Descriptively statistically there is a difference in the average price between the maxim price and the gojek price. The second output result obtained the Sig. leven's test for equality of variances 0.111> 0.05 data variance between the maxim price and the gojek price is the same. The independent sample t-test test presented the results of H0, rejected and Ha accepted. The mean data difference shows data of 2.2273. This value shows the difference between the results of the average value of Maxim prices and the average value of Gojek prices or 16,886-14,659 = 2,227, the difference is 1.2971 to 3.1581 (95% Confidence interval. Comparison of T count and T table in the independent sample t-test, The T count value is 4.726 which is greater than T Table 1.974 based on the basis of decision making through a comparison of the t count value with T Table, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is concluded that there is a significant comparison of Maxi and Gojek rates

Abstract

Political communication, especially at the campaign level of candidates for the Regional Representative Council (DPD) like Komeng in West Java, utilizes visual media strategies such as ballot papers as significant campaign tools. This research adopts a quantitative approach with primary data gathered through interviews and documentation from key informants, including members of the KPU (General Election Commission), Bawaslu (Election Supervisory Agency), TKN (Campaign Team), and the general public. Simple random sampling method was employed to collect data, which was then analyzed using straightforward data processing techniques. The research findings indicate that the Political Communication conducted by Komeng has been able to create a political entertainment stage amidst intense political competition. This concept of political entertainment, highlighting cheerfulness amidst political tension, has resonated strongly with voters emotionally. This strategy successfully garnered public sympathy and increased Komeng's presence in the political arena. Visual communication leveraging Komeng's humorous character provided a positive affective stimulus to voters, thereby fostering positive interactions

Abstract

In the context of a political communication strategy focused on the campaign for candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, this research shows that their communication strategy is very effective, especially among young voters. This research uses a qualitative approach with primary data in the form of interviews and documentation from various informants, such as TKN/Golkar/Partai Pengusung, TKN Secretary, as well as the community and volunteers who were randomly selected. The research results show the Prabowo-Gibran communication strategy. First, the Prabowo-Gibran candidate pair aims to convince the public, especially Generation Z, about their vision and mission as presidential candidates.  This goal includes efforts to build a positive image, increase electability, and win the presidential election. Second, these candidate pairs use various persuasive communication strategies, such as creative and diverse campaigns, the use of social media to spread messages, and participation in debates to strengthen their arguments and vision.   Third, the Prabowo-Gibran candidate pair targets Generation Z in particular as important potential voters, using language and communication platforms that suit Generation Z's preferences and habits to increase their appeal

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture and tradition. One of these cultural riches is in one region of Indonesia, namely East Nusa Tenggara. This cultural wealth is in the form of the Belis tradition which is expressed in the marriage process of the people of Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara. Belis is a symbol of marriage between men and women in East Nusa Tenggara. Belis is a dowry or a certain amount of money, goods or objects given by the prospective groom to the prospective bride. The amount of belis given usually follows the agreement or custom that applies in a particular community or tribe. Factors that influence the determination of the size of Belis are the social status of the family and the closeness of the relationship between the families. Usually the closer the kinship relationship, the greater the value of the belis that must be given. The inability to pay the belis results in social and psychological sanctions, namely being ostracized from society, being discussed by neighbors, being reprimanded by traditional leaders, and giving rise to a feeling of intense shame. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological type

Abstract

Using animated video content is a form of learning media because it can help gain values and perspectives. By providing audio-visual content that children consume, children will have a positive and enjoyable learning experience. This research explains that the YouTube platform can be a source and teaching medium using animation and audiovisuals. This study aims to introduce the use of Kinderflix video animation content on the YouTube platform as a source and medium for learning Indonesian for infants and toddlers. It can be concluded from the current research that the use of the YouTube platform as a learning resource and medium can help toddlers to show responses from educators/parents as well as babies and toddlers to the learning content on the Kinderflix YouTube account. The current research topics can provide valuable learning experiences and help parents in the process of children's development stages.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the supervision strategy implemented by the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Majalengka Regency in improving employee work effectiveness. Supervision in the context of government organizations is very important to ensure that organizational goals can be achieved efficiently and effectively. In this study, we examine various supervision strategies, including surveys, authorized supervision, and other approaches used by the Head of the Agency to improve employee performance. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that good supervision can improve employee work motivation, service quality, and operational efficiency. In addition, we also identify challenges in implementing supervision strategies and provide recommendations to overcome these obstacles in order to improve employee performance at Bapenda Majalengka Regency

Abstract

This study aims to compare the level of consumer satisfaction when shopping in modern markets and traditional markets in the city of Cikarang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method involving 111 respondents who live in Cikarang. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The results of the study indicate that consumers who shop in modern markets with adequate facility dimensions have a higher level of satisfaction. Conversely, consumers who shop in traditional markets are satisfied with the affordable price dimension. In conclusion, modern markets are considered satisfying by consumers, but prices in traditional markets remain the main point of interest

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of TikTok as a learning medium in the context of progressivism philosophy. A qualitative research method with a literature review approach was employed to gather data from various academic sources. The findings indicate that TikTok can enhance students' understanding through engaging and interactive video content, aligning with progressivism principles that support the use of technology in education. Despite some drawbacks, such as the potential for excessive use, TikTok has proven effective in motivating students and making learning more engaging. In conclusion, integrating TikTok in learning aligns with progressivism principles that encourage innovation and technological adaptation to achieve better education.
