Abstract

In today's highly competitive business environment, especially among bakery MSMEs in Ponorogo, maintaining a strong brand image, delivering quality service, and promoting halal awareness have become essential strategies to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effects of brand image, service quality, and halal awareness on purchase decisions in the context of local bakery MSMEs. Employing a quantitative method with accidental sampling, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, multiple regression, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The findings reveal that brand image has no significant effect on purchase decisions (sig. > 0.05), indicating varying consumer perceptions. Conversely, service quality and halal awareness both have a positive and significant influence (sig. < 0.05), emphasizing their roles in shaping consumer choices. The model accounts for 60.4% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.604), and the F-test confirms that all three variables jointly affect consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurial competence on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukaraja Market, Sukabumi Regency. The approach used is quantitative with descriptive and verifiable methods. The sample in this study amounted to 187 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression preceded by tests of validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. This means that the higher the understanding of business actors in managing finances, the better their business performance. In addition, entrepreneurial competence also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, which reflects the importance of innovation, managerial, and decision-making skills in supporting business success. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 65% variation in MSME performance. These findings confirm that increasing financial literacy and entrepreneurial competence is a strategic factor in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of local MSMEs. This research provides practical implications for policymakers and business actors in designing MSME empowerment programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, length of service, and facilities on employee productivity at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Aghisna Kroya, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive survey method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 167 respondents selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests, including univariate analysis, bivariate with Pearson and Chi-Square correlation tests, and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression to evaluate the simultaneous influence of independent variables on employee productivity. The results showed that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Length of service has an effect on productivity, although the level of influence is lower than work ethic. Work facilities have a significant effect on productivity, indicating that the availability of adequate facilities can increase work effectiveness. Simultaneous analysis shows that work ethic, length of service, and facilities together affect employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value indicating that these three variables are able to explain most of the variation in productivity. Efforts to increase productivity can be made by strengthening work ethic, optimizing length of service, and providing better facilities for employees.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of an Automated Early Warning Scoring System (AEWSS) in enhancing patient safety in the inpatient ward of Kasih Ibu General Hospital, Denpasar. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that AEWSS effectively enables early detection of patient deterioration via real-time physiological parameter monitoring, accelerates medical response (from an average of 15 minutes to 5 minutes), and prevents Adverse Events. The system also improves medical staff efficiency by reducing nurses’ administrative workload by 30% and supports clinical decision accuracy through objective scoring. Key challenges include unstable network infrastructure (affecting 15% of rooms), specialist physician resistance, and uneven training. The implications highlight the need for infrastructure investment, regular training, and integrated AEWSS-Electronic Medical Records (EMR) protocols to optimize patient safety.
