Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) aim to socialize about drug prevention in Alang-alang Village to the RT.RW and local village apparatus. The method of implementation in this community service is carried out using a socialization or dissemination strategy through discussion forums with the community which are RT/RW and Alang-alang Village Apartments, and to measure the results of this activity are pre-test and post-test. Partners have additional knowledge related to narcotics, especially in Alang-alang Village. The involvement of various community elements also adds to the understanding that automotive is not only the responsibility of the government, but also a shared responsibility. The results of this activity are the average results in the range of 70-90% of participants understand the dangers of drugs for body health, know how to handle them, feel the benefits of this socialization, know the important role of the family in reflecting on drugs and know the dangers of drugs for health.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has profoundly reshaped education, accelerating the integration of technology into traditional classrooms. The COVID-19 pandemic further hastened this transformation, necessitating rapid adaptation to remote and online learning. However, educators faced significant hurdles due to a lack of digital skills and familiarity with online platforms. In Indonesia, the education sector shifted towards digital media and technology, enabling flexible and accessible learning experiences irrespective of physical barriers. This report details a community service initiative by Bimbel Ria Pontianak, focusing on Goformative, a digital learning platform, to equip educators with the essential skills for virtual classrooms. The initiative's objectives included introducing Goformative, fostering its effective use, and encouraging technology integration in teaching. Led by an expert lecturer, the seminar and workshop empowered educators, resulting in increased technological proficiency, improved teaching practices, heightened student engagement, and readiness for the digital era. Addressing initial challenges, this initiative signifies a crucial step towards enhancing the quality and accessibility of education in the digital age

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is to find out the financial recording process in small, micro and medium enterprises in Solok City, especially in Tanah Liek Salingka Tabek Batik, and to find out whether financial performance is effective with existing financial records. The research method is using descriptive methods and documentation techniques. Community service activities are carried out starting from helping with financial records. With this community service activity, it can provide knowledge to batik entrepreneurs in managing their finances

Abstract

This legal counselling carried out at Village Official Hall of Kamali Pentalluan, District of Makale, Regency of Tana Toraja. In general sense, the lack of legal knowledge surrounding administrative dispute settlement on behalf of Administrative Court still remains up to now and finally the needs of legal solution laid down on reverie. Based  on this situation, village inhabitants were hard to overcome and to settle the administrative legal case themselves. In turn to accompany settling these needs, legal counselling  of  administrative dispute settlement carried out. The counselling held on flow of administrative dispute settlement. Through this counselling, all inhabitants realizes that well-understanding of administrative dispute settlement basically essential and  legal knowledge surrounding the idea significantly increased

Abstract

Factually the value of entrepreneurship can be utilized as part of a marketing strategy. The objectives of this activity include: 1). Describe the business conditions of MSMEs in Sungai Baung Village? ; 2). Describe the form of MSME Marketing strategy in Sungai Baung Village?. Empirical studies show the urgency of marketing strategy practices to get  a positive trend of small and medium business development. With the holding of this community service, it was concluded that service activities on counseling marketing strategies to MSMEs in Sungai Baung Village could add insight and knowledge to MSME actors in developing their businesses

Abstract

Fulfilling balanced nutritional needs and following nutritional standards during pregnancy has an important contribution to maintaining the health of the mother and fetus. Lack of nutritional intake during pregnancy can cause problems in the mother, such as anemia, premature birth pro, problems with fetal development, and the risk of fetal death. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about nutrition during pregnancy. The activity method includes preparation in the form of coordination with health cadres and media preparation; implementation includes: reviewing the identity data of pregnant women, checking vital signs. height and weight measurements for basic data, as well as nutrition education during pregnancy.Educational media used audiovisual powerPoint and booklets. Educational methods are lectures, questions and answers, and interactive discussions. Educational evaluation in the form of pre and post-tests. The results of this activity showed that pregnant women were in the second and third trimesters, the results of examination of vital signs were in the normal range, body weight was appropriate for gestational age, and there was an increase in knowledge about nutrition during pregnancy with an average of 47%. Efforts to provide education to pregnant women need to be carried out continuously and comprehensively. This effort is necessary to ensure that pregnant women can maintain their health and that of the fetus they are carrying; this can be one of the factors that determine the outcome of safe/normal birth and health for the mother and baby.

Abstract

The socialization of business innovation in Sumbergondo Tourism Village, Batu, aims to empower the community in developing sustainable tourism potential. Through a participatory approach, this socialization involves the local community in understanding the importance of business innovation as a strategy to increase village competitiveness as a tourist destination. This activity includes business management training, local product marketing, and sustainable management of natural and cultural resources. By actively involving the community, it is hoped that they can implement innovative ideas that not only increase economic income, but also maintain the sustainability of the local environment and culture. The results of this socialization show an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing tourism businesses, as well as the formation of a network of cooperation between business actors. Thus, this activity contributes to the development of sustainable tourism in Sumbergondo Village and improves the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Cattle farmers in Bone Regency usually lack stock of cattle feed in the form of grass and straw during the dry season. Usually grass or straw is not stored in the warehouse due to limited space. The supply of cattle feed is adjusted when daily needs are not based on each month or year. Cattle farmers in Bone Regency still carry out the process of transporting grass or straw naturally so that the capacity of the feed transported is small and takes a long time. To obtain 5-10 kg of cattle feed, it takes a day while the cattle need is 60-120 kg per day. To increase the productivity of farmers in the fattening process, cattle feed pellet machine technology is needed. Therefore, through the program to the community of UNHAS - community partnership program (PPMU-PKM) we propose cattle feed pellet machine technology to increase the productivity of cattle farmers in Bone Regency.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) has an important role in creating a healthy, comfortable, and beautiful environment. However, there are still many RTH that are poorly maintained and are not optimally utilized by the community. This Community Service aims to organize parks in RTH to improve a clean lifestyle and community awareness of the importance of a healthy green environment. These activities include improving the landscape of the park, adding ornamental plants and shade trees, and providing sanitary facilities such as adequate trash cans. In addition, socialization and education were carried out to the public about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and sustainability of RTH as part of a healthy lifestyle. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness and participation in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the park. With a good garden arrangement, RTH can be a comfortable recreational facility while improving the quality of life of the community

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to improve digital literacy at MA Misbahul Ulum, South Sukamaju District, North Luwu Regency, through socialization regarding the introduction and use of artificial intelligence (AI). The implementation of this socialization activity is carried out through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. At the preparation stage, initial observations were made with interviews with the school, followed by providing material on the basics of AI, the latest AI technology, and its application in daily life. In addition, students are also invited to practice the latest use of AI on mobile devices. The results of this activity showed that students were very enthusiastic and actively participated in the question and answer session, which showed an increase in their understanding of AI concepts and applications, especially in relation to informatics subjects. The evaluation of the program showed that this activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding of digital technology and artificial intelligence. It is hoped that this socialization can be a strong foundation for students to be better prepared to face challenges in the ever-evolving digital era. This program is also expected to contribute to improving digital literacy in the educational environment of North Luwu Regency.
