Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterlibatan siswa sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian tindakan kelas, terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil belajar matematika siswa meningkat karena penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 44 siswa kelas VIII-5 genap satu semester di salah satu SMP di Bekasi. Tingkat tes keseluruhan untuk prasiklus adalah 47,09. Siklus I memiliki skor 48,52, Siklus II memiliki skor 61,25, dan Siklus III memiliki skor 66,47. Pada siklus I, 34,09 persen siswa memenuhi KKM, 52,27 persen memenuhi Nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada siklus kedua, dan 66,47 persen memenuhi KKM pada siklus ketiga. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) model pembelajaran advance organizer menggunakan peta konsep dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa; 2) meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran advance organizer berbasis peta konsep

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi eksperimen berbentuk desain kontrol non-ekivalen yang bertujuan untuk menelaah peranan pendekatan konflik kognitif terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa SMP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 7 Serang, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Serang dan dipilih secara acak dengan teknik klaster atau cluster random sampling menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas tes pemahaman matematis yang disusun dalam bentuk uraian (pretes dan postes). Analisis data menggunakan uji Gain, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan konflik kognitif lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran biasa, Peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan konflik kognitif lebih baik daripada peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran biasa.

Abstract

One of the Field Experience Practices (PPL) service programs held at the Ma Ponpes Al Islam University of Bina Bangsa Academic Year 2022/2023 is information and communication technology socialization and training activities. The implementation of the Field Experience Practice (PPL) service program in the Ma Ponpes Al Islam environment aims to increase student interest in learning, in the development of information and communication technology so that the program can make Ma Ponpes Al Islam students more motivated in the world of information and communication technology. While the method of implementing the Field Experience Practice (PPL) service program includes information and communication technology education, motivation, and practice. The results of this PPL service activity are: 1) Increasing student interest in learning, 2) Increasing student knowledge and 3) increasing student motivation to learn Information and communication technology. Thus, the service carried out by the Bina Bangsa University Field Experience Practice Team (PPL) to the students of Ma Ponpes Al Islam in 2022 in information and communication technology socialization and training activities has been well realized.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to educate the hamlet community in Sinarmukti Village, Baros District, Serang-Banten Regency about the importance of cleanliness, including washing hands or using hand sanitizers and masks before and after activities outside the home to break the chain of transmission of Covid - 19. This PKM activity is community empowerment by distributing masks, hand sanitizers, and spraying disinfectants in Sinarmukti village. This service involves group KKM students, field supervisors, the community of Sinarmukti Village, Baros District, Serang-Banten Regency. The conclusion of this community service activity is to provide education and empowerment to the community of Sinarmukti Village, Baros District, Serang-Banten Regency about the importance of wearing masks and washing hands with soap or hand sanitizers to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 by providing hand sanitizer masks and spraying disinfectants. Abstract

One of the Student Work Lectures (KKM) service programs held in the village of Sindang Karya, located at SD Negeri Siring, is a teaching and learning activity to increase student interest in learning. Implementation of the Student Work Lecture program in the village of Sindang Karya SD Negeri Siring which aims to increase student interest in learning with the Joyful Learning Method.  So that the program can make the students of SD Negeri Siring more interested. While the method of implementing the Student Work Lecture Service (KKM) program includes fun learning where a learning process has a strong relationship between educators and students. The results of this Student Work Lecture (KKM) activity are: 1) Increasing student interest in learning, 2) Increasing student knowledge and 3) increasing student motivation to learn with the Joyful Learning Method. Abstract

Kesulitan belajar yang dilami siswa dalam mempelajari matematika disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep dasar matematika dan faktor internal: motivasi belaja dan ketahanmalangan. Tujuan penelitian; 1) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh ketahanmalangan dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta; 2) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh ketahanmalangan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta; 3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik sampling proportionate cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman konsep dan angket dengan teknis analisis data uji korelasi dan regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Jakarta. Sampel terdiri dari tiga sekolah siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta masing-masing berjumlah 19 siswa. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel terikat yaitu Pemahaman Konsep Matematika (Y) dan dua variabel bebas, yaitu Ketahanmalangan (X1) dan Motivasi Belajar (X2). Hasil yang dicapai; 1) terdapat pengaruh ketahanmalangan dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta; 2) terdapat pengaruh ketahanmalangan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta; 3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta.

Abstract

Empowerment of communities affected by covid-19 in the village carenang District carenang Serang Banten regency by optimizing the potential of the village. The purpose of this community service is to help the community in creating income in accordance with the ability and competence of the community so that they can be independent, develop and not always rely on government assistance by helping the community make new innovations for the community to utilize leftover rice into flavor variant gendar. The public needs to know how important it is to stay entrepreneurial in this time of pandemic. The stage of activities was designed during this one month which was preceded by coordination and communication activities with the village of Carenang. The intended preparation is the setting of the target of the activity, and the location of the activity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method in increasing strategic mathematics competence and independent learning for high school students compared to the discovery learning method. The experimental method obtained the TAPPS method consisting of 31 students in class X IPA 2 and 31 students in class X IPA 1 received the Discovery Learning method. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney test and content analysis in the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving method and a scale of attitudes towards learning independence. The results showed that students who received the TAPPS method had a better increase in strategic mathematical competence and independent learning than students who received the Discovery Learning method. The TAPPS method encourages critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in group discussions, increasing confidence in solving math problems.

Abstract

The research to determine the description of resilience, description of communication skills the relationship between learning change resilience online to offline on students' mathematical communication skills  and the magnitude of the relationship of resilience to students' mathematical communication skills. This research is a quantitative research. with descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) students' mathematical resilience abilities were able to meet the indicators; 2) students' mathematical communication skills are able to meet the indicators; 3) there is a relationship between the resilience of online and offline learning changes to students' mathematical communication skills and 4) there is a very strong positive relationship between the resilience and the mathematical communication ability

Abstract

Munculnya berbagai penyakit yang sering menyerang anak usia sekolah (usia 8-9) ternyata umumnya berkaitan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada siswa-siswi kelas 4 SDN Pereng Cibendung Taktakan Kota Serang Banten. Metode Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dalam bentuk  metode pengarahan atau seminar, survey dan tanya jawab / dialog interaktif kepada para siswa dan siswi kelas 4 SDN Pereng Cibendung Taktakan Kota serang banten. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah  pada umumnya pengetahuan informan cukup memahami tentang PHBS disekolah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mereka sudah mempunyai kemampuan untuk menjelaskan tentang pengertian PHBS, indikator phbs dan manfaat phbs disekolah. Perilaku dalam bentuk sikap informan telah memiliki sijap berupa tanggapan atau penilaian yang positif terhadap phbs disekolah, seperti tanggapan terhadap jajanan dikanrin sekola. Peran teman sebaya dalam menerapkan phbs disekolah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap teman-teman yang tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya.
