<![CDATA[Snack food for school children (PJAS) is snack food that is found in the school environment and is the daily consumption of school children which is eaten by students during breaks and after school. The safety of school snacks is still low and is still an important problem that needs attention. The large use of chemicals that are often used to extend the shelf life of these foods such as borax which is widely used. IKIP Campus Inpres Elementary School has a very strategic and wide location making it easier for sellers to choose that location as a place to sell their snacks. This community service aims to provide knowledge and information to students in the form of education about choosing healthy snacks free of borax. This activity was carried out at the Inpres Elementary School, IKIP Makassar Campus and the target participants were fifth grade students. The method used in this activity was in the form of lectures, discussions and mini quizzes. This activity ran smoothly because of the support from the teacher and the enthusiasm of the students in the class. <![CDATA[Forms of communication and interaction between people have now developed following technological developments. There are still many teenagers who use social media without heeding the values and norms and principles of decency. This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the ethics of communicating through social media among adolescents. Therefore, we carry out community service to conduct "Introduction to Ethical Communication Among Young Women at Amanah Private Middle School, Deli Serdang". Methods community service begins with observing the environment of the Amanah Deli Serdang Middle School. After the surveyed places the target. This activity was carried out with a series of stages that were arranged systematically. The distribution of respondents according to communication ethics before education was carried out from the number of respondents who were at Amanah Tahfiz Middle School totaled 36 students (100%). Ethics communicated well by 10 people (27.8%), sometimes communicated ethically by 22 people (61.1%) and communicated by bad ethics by 4 people (11.1%).]]>

<![CDATA[The workshop that raised the issue of "One Waste a Thousand Disasters" became an important thing for the people of Mekarmukti Village, Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency in an effort to eliminate environmental pollution around the Citarum river basin. The purpose of the workshop in the Community Service (PKM) program is to find out and practice household and small business waste management through the liquid fertilizer-based waste treatment tool "ROSDA" and the fish farming tool "BUDIKDADRUM" which can produce selling value that is delivered communicatively and interactively. The result of this wokrshop program is an increase in community knowledge and skills about the economic value of household and small business waste in the Mekarmukti Village environment as well as increasing public interest in trying to process tofu, tempeh and pindang fish product waste independently]]>

<![CDATA[Cattle breeders in Bone district usually have a shortage of cattle feed in the form of grass and hay in the dry season. Usually grass or straw is not stored in a warehouse because of limited space. Cattle supply is adjusted when daily needs are not based on each month or year. Cattle farmers in Bone district still carry out the process of transporting grass or straw naturally so that the capacity of the feed being transported is small and requires a long time. To get 5-10 kg of cattle feed, it takes a day while the needs of cattle are 60-120 kg per day. To increase the productivity of breeders in the fattening process, a cattle feed press machine technology is needed. <![CDATA[One of the non-communicable diseases that is commonly found in the community is high blood pressure or often known as hypertension. At present hypertension is a national problem and even a global health problem. Not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. Hypertension is the entry point for various advanced diseases such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes mellitus and stroke (Ministry of Health of R Republic of Indonesia 2019). The 2013 Riskesdas results show a prevalence of hypertension of 25.8%, increasing to 34% in 2018, meanwhile the prevalence of hypertension in Central Java shows higher than the national rate of 69.4% in 2020, for Sragen Regency hypertension from a prevalence of 14.5 in 2017 increase to 25.6% in 2020 (BAPERIDA, 2022). The number of parents and guardians of students who do not know about hypertension yet and several guardians of students who suffer from hypertension at SDIT Darul Hikmah Sidoharjo Sragen are the main reason in the implementation of this program. The Health Education community service program “recognize hypertension early to prevent complications”aims to increase the knowledge of parents and guardians of students at SDIT Darul Hikmah Sidoharjo Sragen so that complications due to hypertension can be avoided. <![CDATA[Bolen Pisang Small and Medium Industry (IKM) Mrs. Ayu Genuk Semarang as a partner in community service activities has problems in expanding her business. The first obstacle is regarding limited production capacity because the production process is still carried out conventionally without machines. The next obstacle is products that still don't have a PIRT permit due to limited information from partners. Therefore, to overcome the first obstacle, an industrial dough mixer machine was designed to speed up production time, especially when making dough. The machine is designed based on the conditions of the partner's business premises with specifications of a stripping capacity of 2.5 kg - 3 kg with a 0.5 hp driving motor. Socialization regarding the procedure for applying for a PIRT permit and assistance with product preparation was also carried out so that partners could expand their marketing network to large shops. From the results of the evaluation carried out, the implementation of the industrial dough mixer machine can speed up the process of making dry dough by 62% and 66% for wet dough when compared to before using the machine]]>

<![CDATA[Infection due to tuberculosis bacteria will cause inflammation in the body which will stimulate the emergence of C-Reactive Protein as a biomarker of inflammation. C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is a polypeptide molecule of the pentraxin group which is produced in the liver and controlled by cytokines especially Interleukin-6 (IL-6). CRP is useful for monitoring disease progression. CRP concentration is related to disease severity, infection and treatment effect. The purpose of this community service is to see CRP (C-Reactive Protein) levels in tuberculosis sufferers in the Cilawu sub-district and provide an understanding of CRP examination. The method used is counseling with LCD and examination of CRP levels in tuberculosis patients. The sufferers are collected in a house that has been mutually agreed upon. The results of the activity were that most of those present had CRP examination results on the 30 samples that had been examined, 24 people (80%) had positive results, and 6 people (20%) had negative results. CRP levels in positive tuberculosis patients obtained various results between 6 mg/L to 192 mg/L. Conclusion: the results of this community service illustrate that there is an inflammatory response of CRP to tuberculosis bacterial infection. After carrying out counseling and examining CRP levels, the community, especially tuberculosis sufferers, became aware and interested in carrying out CRP examinations as a form of monitoring the level of infection they were suffering from]]>
