Abstract

Pematang Panjang State Elementary School 15, situated in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency, employs the lecture method in the teaching of Islamic Religious Education. In this subject, teachers frequently use the lecture method, where students primarily listen to the teacher during the learning process. However, teachers also integrate the lecture method with other learning approaches, such as discussions and question-and-answer sessions. This research was conducted at Pematang Panjang State Elementary School 15, focusing on the Islamic Religious Education subject. Despite the prevalent use of the lecture method, teachers combine it with other learning methods, including discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The findings reveal that the lecture method effectively enlivens the classroom atmosphere, increases interest in learning, and improves student learning outcomes at State Elementary School 15 Pematang Panjang, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to develop fable text materials for seventh-grade students using the Scribe Sparkol media and assess the product's feasibility. Following the Borg and Gall procedure, the study involved 38 samples, utilizing a Likert Scale for needs and problem analysis, product validation, teacher assessments, student responses, and learning implementation observations. The results indicate the product, "Development of Fable Text Material Based on Scribe Sparkol Media in Class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Pantai Labu," falls within the "very good" category. This is evidenced by a 99% material expert validation, 82% media expert validation, 94% teacher assessment, and 84.33% student responses, all categorized as "very good." Additionally, the teacher's observation during learning implementation yielded a 95% score in the "very good" category. Hence, the product is deemed suitable for integration into the learning process.

Abstract

The study addresses the necessity of fully transitioning curriculum-based learning media to digital formats due to current challenges. Junior high school students often experience monotony with conventional evaluation media, necessitating the introduction of innovative tools. In this context, the research explores the implementation of Wizer.me and assesses its effectiveness in teaching Indonesian short story content at SMP Negeri 1 Singosari. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental intact group comparison design, the study reveals promising results. The initial application of Wizer.me exhibits effectiveness, evident in the noteworthy improvement of the average score in Class IX-A by 9.44 points from their pre-test scores. These findings underscore the potential of digital media applications to enhance learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects.

Abstract

This research addresses the lack of studies on the financial management governance of Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren), particularly concerning transparency. While the majority of pesantren tend to follow traditional approaches, Al Multazam Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School in Kuningan, West Java, serves as an exemplary model with its effective, technologically-based, and transparent financial management. The strengths of this pesantren include the use of appropriate technology, an independent external audit team, and financial resources from educational contributions. The research focuses on general financial management with an emphasis on transparency based on good governance. The qualitative research method employs a case study approach and analysis using the Miles & Huberman model. Findings indicate improved transparency through an integrative application system, supporting financial management based on good governance principles, involving the integration of values and professional financial expertise, including stages of institutional building, application-based integrative centralization, and monitoring effectiveness as well as financial efficiency audits.

Abstract

Collaboration skills are important to be optimized through learning activities in the current era. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Team Games Tournament cooperative learning through puzzle media on student collaboration skills in Indonesian learning at SDN 01 Ngadirenggo. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were students of SDN 01 Ngadirenggo. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation of students, interviews with teachers and documentation. Data analysis is carried out in three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study describe the form and effectiveness of Team Games Tournament cooperative learning through puzzle media on student collaboration skills in Indonesian learning at SDN 01. Based on existing data, the application of cooperative learning assisted by puzzle media is effective in improving the collaboration ability of SDN 01 Ngadirenggo students.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) depict the application of the B.F. Skinner behavioristic model in the peer tutoring method within the learning process of 11th-grade students at MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 3 Taruna Angkasa, and (2) assess the impact of the peer tutoring method based on B.F. Skinner's behaviorist model on academic achievements among the 11th-grade students in MIPA 7, SMA Negeri 3 Taruna Angkasa. Conducted as experimental research, the study involved 33 students. Data collection comprised interviews, observations, and evaluative tests. Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were employed, with qualitative analysis applied to interview and observation data, and quantitative analysis to test results. The research demonstrates the successful implementation of the B.F. Skinner behaviorist peer tutoring method in five stages and reveals its positive influence on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Films wield significant societal influence by imparting moral messages, particularly resonating with the millennial demographic. This study delves into the moral narrative of the true-story-based film "172 Days." Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research scrutinizes the macro, superstructure, and microstructure of the film. Through Teun Van Dick's Critical Discourse Analysis, the macro structure illustrates life's trials, emphasizing patience and sincerity. The superstructure emphasizes love for all things solely for the sake of Allah. Lastly, the microstructure advocates audience sincerity and patience in embracing their destiny. The findings underscore the film's profound message of resilience and faith, resonating with contemporary societal values. By analyzing the film's layers, this research sheds light on the nuanced ways in which cinema shapes moral consciousness and societal perceptions.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of madrasa heads in improving teacher competency. Professional competence is the ability to master broad and in-depth learning material that enables guiding students to meet the competency standards set out in National Education Standards. A professional teacher is not only competent in the mastery of the material, the use of appropriate methods, but there is also a desire to always improve the professional abilities and the desire to always develop strategies in carrying out their duties as instructors as well as educators so that the teaching-learning process can reach the level optimal. The head of the madrasah approaches the teachers and then makes plans in the form of seminars, training, seminars, workshops, MGMP activities. The implementation carried out by the madrasa head involves involving teachers in activities such as workshops, upgrading, MGMP and seminars.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the cooperative script method to obtain student learning outcomes, the effect of the cooperative script method on the learning outcomes of third grade Civics students at SD Negeri 101961 Timbang Deli in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used is quantitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, tests and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 20 experimental class students and 20 control class students. The results of research and discussion show the calculation result of -7.464 compared to the significant level of r table 5% N = 20 of 0.444, it can be concluded that it is concluded that the hypothesis (Ho) is accepted (Ha is rejected). Analysis using pretest and post-test. By doing a pretest in the experimental class there was 1 respondent with a high percentage of 5%, 12 respondents with a low percentage of 60%, 7 respondents with a very low percentage of 35%. While the posttest in the experimental class consisted of 13 respondents with a very high percentage of 65%, 7 respondents with a high percentage of 35%. with a high percentage of 5%, 12 respondents with a low percentage of 35%.

Abstract

Each educational institution employs planning and evaluation in its execution; thus, the education delivered must align with the societal and cultural ethos, as education and social culture share the closest nexus among communities. General education is imperative to nurture all facets of religious, cultural, and social education. Meunasah Asan village, situated in Lhoksukon district, plays a crucial role in imparting diverse teachings to its varied populace, tailored to their needs. Through field observations, cultural and social evaluations underscore the village's cohesive methodology across all domains. Collaborative efforts in communal activities, be it communal cleanup or religious gatherings, exemplify the village's unified approach. Consequently, cultural and social education must be upheld for posterity, ensuring the continuity of traditions and values for future generations and the preservation of religious sanctity.
