Panthera : Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Sains dan Terapan (P : JIPST), offers an interdisciplinary forum for the publication of original peer-reviewed, contributed and invited research articles of the highest quality that address different topics of science education with implications for improving and enhancing science education practices and theories. The topics involves biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, as well as some applications pedagogy and teacher development. Technological advances in education have encouraged the emergence of new and creative learning methods to improve student learning progress. One solution that can be implemented is the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in learning platforms. AR-based Interactive E-Books offer a more engaging learning experience and have the potential to improve students' focus and understanding. This study aims to measure the validity of AR-based Interactive E-Book media in improving the learning success of fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Tlanak. The method used is Research & Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data were obtained from validation sheets filled out by experts in the fields of material, media, and language. The validation results show: (1) material experts gave a score of 84% (very valid); (2) media experts gave a score of 82% (very valid); and (3) language experts gave a score of 80% (valid). Based on these results, the AR-based Interactive E-Book media developed is declared valid and suitable for use as a learning medium. This media has the potential to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Tlanak.

Critical thinking is a 21st-century skill that is crucial for problem-solving and decision-making. However, the learning process in schools is still not optimal in developing this skill. This study aims to test the validity of an e-module product developed to improve critical thinking skills. This research is a developmental study using the 4D model. The instrument used was an expert validation sheet. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire in the form of a validation sheet given to the validators. Data were analyzed quantitatively based on the validation results, then elaborated with qualitative analysis. The results showed that the material validity value from the three validators was 88.47%, language validity was 89.33%, and media validity was 87.33%. These three results were then averaged, resulting in an overall validity value of 88.37%, which is categorized as valid. Input from the three validators was used as a reference for improving the e-module. Thus, it can be concluded that the e-module on the human respiratory system based on problem-based learning to improve critical thinking skills is valid and worthy of being tested.

Suboptimal science learning results in low learning outcomes. This is caused by several factors, such as less interesting teaching materials, and not being able to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop a website-based E-Module product on the sub-material of classification of living things to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is development research with a 4D model. The research instrument in the form of an expert validation sheet is used to measure the feasibility of the E-Module. The types of data collected include qualitative data (comments and suggestions) and quantitative data (validation assessment scores). The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show the percentage of feasibility in various aspects, namely the feasibility of content/material of 89.5%, depth of material 90%, breadth of material 90.3%, language 89.375%, systematic presentation 90.714%, and graphics 90.384%. The average percentage of all aspects assessed by the validator is 90.1%. Thus, it can be concluded that the website-based e-module on the classification of living things subtopic is highly valid and suitable for improving students' critical thinking skills.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes of vocational high school students in the context of implementing a competency-based curriculum. The approach used is quantitative with an ex post facto method. The study population was grade XI students of SMK Nasional Malang, with a total sample of 92 students taken (saturated sampling). Self-efficacy data were obtained through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while learning outcome data were obtained from mid-semester report card scores. The results of the linear regression test showed that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. The t-test showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on student learning outcomes (p < 0.05). These findings confirm that self-efficacy is an important indicator in supporting the achievement of learning outcomes, especially in vocational education that demands students' independence, responsibility, and readiness to face the challenges of practice-based learning. Students with high self-efficacy tend to have better learning motivation, are able to manage learning strategies effectively, and demonstrate a high level of independence in completing assignments. Therefore, learning development in vocational high schools should not only emphasize technical aspects, but also need to strengthen students' self-confidence in achieving learning success.

This study aims to develop a Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI)-based chemistry learning e-module on reaction rates to improve students' critical thinking skills. This research is based on students' low critical thinking skills due to the lack of interactive and contextual teaching materials. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis using the ADDIE development model. The developed e-module includes various learning components designed based on SSI syntax and packaged interactively through the Flip Corporate Edition platform. Validation results from material and media experts indicate that the e-module is categorized as feasible, with an average score of 3.49 (very valid) for lecturers and 3.67 (very valid) for teachers. The media feasibility test was categorized as feasible with an average score of 3.95 (very valid). Meanwhile, the percentage of student responses in using the e-module was 95.75%. These results indicate that the developed e-module can be used as an alternative teaching material to support chemistry learning and improve students' critical thinking skills.

This study aims to test the effect of the combination of bore up, variations of racing spark plugs, and free flow exhaust silencers on engine power and torque. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Changing the bore up piston diameter from 54 mm to 62 mm makes 135 cc to 177 cc and added by varying the racing spark plugs namely iridium, platinum, and the length of the free flow exhaust silencer 180 mm and 300 mm using a dynotest test. The results of the bore up of standard spark plugs and standard exhaust increased torque by 15.06 Nm and power to 12.47 kW. The combination of bore up with iridium spark plugs and 180 mm silencers produced the highest performance, namely 16.39 Nm of torque increased by 60.50% and 15.58 kW of power increased by 100%. Meanwhile, the combination with platinum spark plugs and 300 mm silencers produced 16.04 Nm of torque and 14.61 kW of power. These findings indicate that a bore-up configuration with iridium spark plugs and a 180 mm silencer is the most optimal combination for improving engine performance.

Over the past decade, electric vehicles (EVs) have experienced significant development and become a focal point of the global agenda for sustainable transportation. This study aims to systematically examine the technological dynamics and challenges of electric vehicle implementation, particularly in the context of developing countries like Indonesia. The method used was a PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of relevant scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024. The study results show significant progress in battery technology, including the development of solid-state and artificial intelligence-based management systems for in-wheel electric motors, fast charging systems, and the integration of AI- and IoT-based connectivity. However, key challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, high initial costs, interoperability issues, and cybersecurity risks. In the Indonesian context, structural constraints such as the distribution of charging stations and the lack of fiscal incentives have hampered the widespread adoption of EVs. These findings underscore the need for an interdisciplinary approach and integrated policies to accelerate the transition to inclusive and efficient low-emission mobility. This study provides an academic contribution through a comprehensive mapping of technological developments and offers practical implications for the formulation of future transportation strategies.

This study aims to develop interactive PowerPoint-based learning media for Engineering Drawing, specifically the topic of American Projections, and to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of this media in improving student learning outcomes. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The developed learning media was validated by material experts and media experts, with an assessment of 84% from the material experts (very feasible category) and 75% from the media experts (feasible category). The trial was conducted in class X of Mechanical Drawing at a Vocational High School (SMK), which showed an increase in the average score of student learning outcomes, from 51.67 (pre-test) to 86.67 (post-test). The results of the effectiveness analysis using the N-Gain formula showed a score of 0.71 or 71.46%, which is included in the moderately effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed interactive PowerPoint-based learning media is feasible and effective for use in Engineering Drawing learning, specifically for the topic of American Projections. This media also has the potential to increase student engagement and learning outcomes interactively at vocational high schools.

This study aims to: 1) evaluate the feasibility of the teaching media developed to support learning on the topic of wiper and washer systems; and 2) examine the extent to which the media can improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model which includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research participants were students of class XI of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering (TKRO) at SMK Dr. Sutomo Temanggung. The research subjects consisted of 29 students in grade XI TKRO 3 who acted as a control group and 28 students in grade XI TKRO 2 as an experimental group. Based on the results of validation by material experts and media experts, the wiper and washer system teaching media developed was declared to meet the eligibility criteria to be applied in the learning process. The measurement of learning outcome improvement is carried out through pre-test and post-test, then analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The results of the analysis showed that both the experimental group and the control group experienced an increase in learning outcomes at almost the same rate. The N-Gain value in the experimental class reached 0.679 or equivalent to 67% which was included in the category of "moderate" improvement. Meanwhile, the control class obtained an N-Gain value of 0.678 or 67% which is also included in the "moderate" improvement category. These findings indicate that the props of the wiper and washer systems are feasible and quite effective to be used in learning automotive engineering.

Efforts to create an orderly, efficient, and safe practice environment in vocational education laboratories require a standardized management system. This study examines the condition of the UNNES automotive electrical laboratory. This research aims to formulate a relevant and applicable laboratory improvement strategy. This research method uses 5S and SWOT analysis. This research is qualitative descriptive with observation stages, 5S audits, mapping findings, and strategic analysis. The audit results showed the weak implementation of the aspects of sorting, structuring, and work discipline, which had an impact on low efficiency and potential for practice safety. Through SWOT analysis, it was found that despite various internal weaknesses, there are still opportunities that can be used for the development of laboratory management systems. This combined approach produces a series of recommendations that can be implemented in the short and long term, and contributes to the development of sustainable governance of vocational education laboratories.
