Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction of GRAB online motorcycle taxi driver in Malang. The population contained in this study amounted to 15,247 people and the Slovi (1960) was used to determine the research sample with a significance level of 0.1, and the sample size in this study was 99 people. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. Researchers in this case used questionnaire media and primary data. The survey used in this study is a direct and personal survey. The survey is given directly to respondents, who can choose one alternative answer available. Based on the survey result it can be seen that compensation, work environment and organizational culture greatly affect employee satisfaction of GRAB online motorcycle taxi employee in Malang.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning on the level of sale of land plots either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The research sample was 70 companies which were taken with saturated sample method. In this study using quantitative research. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research).The results of this study indicate that segmenting, targeting and positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on sales levels. And partially segmenting and targeting have no significant effect on the level of sales, partially positioning has a significant effect on the level of sales. Keywords: Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Sales Level

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity on Hedging decisions in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018 . This type of research is a quantitative study and the data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The population of companies used are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that conduct foreign exchange transactions and hedging . The research sample was obtained by using purposive sampling method , from 38 companies, There are 13 companies that match the criteria that have been determined as samples with a research period of three years. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Logistic Regression method because the dependent variable is dichotomous. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Firm Size variable proxied by LnTA has no and insignificant effect on the hedging decision , the Growth Opportunity variable which is proxied by Growth has an effect and is significant on hedging decision making , and the Liquidity variable proxied by CR has no effect and is not significant hedging decisions . Keywords: Firm Size (LnTA), Growth Opportunity (Growth), Liquidity (CR), Hedging.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product design, price and brand image on purchasing decisions for shoes Specs case studies in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019. The number of samples that were successfully collected was 100 respondents. While the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study are product design, price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions and product design has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions while price and brand image have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Design, Price, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of working from home, self-confidence and work spirit on teacher performance (at SMAN 01 SINGOSARI teachers). The type of research used is quantitative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire from the sample used as many as 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysisThe results of this study indicate that working from home and self-efficacy on teacher performance (at SMAN 01 SINGOSARI teachers) have a simultaneous effect. Working from home has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, which means that working from home has a more efficient effect on working without having to pay for transportation to school. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, which means that high and good confidence in the abilities of the teacher's performance results in increased teacher performance. Keywords: Working From Home and Self-Efficacy Against Teacher Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The high competition in the business world specifically in the world of Furniture business, business people are required to provide satisfaction to consumers. After consumers are satisfied, they will get a positive level of loyalty. Customers will no doubt return and make profitable repeat and automatic purchases for entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is necessary to think about what factors influence customer satisfaction so that entrepreneurs can meet customer satisfaction. This study aimed to determine the differences in Product Quality, Location and Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty in the Karunia kasih Abadi Furniture. The population is consumers of the Karunia Kasih Abadi Furniture. The sample used was 86 people. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used path analysis. Where Product Quality as X1, Location X2, Y Satisfaction and Z Loyalty. The results in this study showed a positive and significant relationship between Product Quality and Location to Purchasing Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening variable.   Keywords : Product Quality, Location, Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to know satisfaction of consumers in Kopi Pete Shop in Malang City. Based on the influence of experiential marketing, shop’s atmosphere and sense of trust. This is quantitative descriptive verificative research using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. 75 respondent was picked as a sample for this research. The result shows that experiential marketing variable doesn’t affect to consumer’s satisfaction partially, otherwise the shop’s atmosphere trust affect to consumer’s satisfaction partially, sense of trust affect to consumer’s satisfaction partially. Experiential marketing, shop’s atmosphere, and sense of trust, affect simultaneously towards consumer’s satisfaction in Kopi Pete Shop Malang. Abstract

Abstract This study focuses on visitors who visit Lafayette Coffee, based on the results of research conducted by distributing questionnaires to visitors, namely as many as 87 respondents, so some descriptions of the characteristics of the respondents can be taken. The data source used in this study is primary data which is data from the first source or research source data obtained directly from the original source (not through intermediary media). The method used in this research is data collection method data analysis method,Service quality is a level of excellence in meeting customer desires. This shows that the higher the quality of service obtained by visitors, the visitor satisfaction will increase. Service means how far the reality and expectations of customers differ from the service they receive. Service quality can be identified by comparing customer perceptions of the service they actually receive. If the service quality is good, visitors will make a decision to repurchase the product.This shows that the more competitive the prices offered by Lafayette Coffee, the more visitor satisfaction will increase. Price seen from the buyer's point of view, is often used as an indicator of value when the price is related to the perceived benefits of an item or service, price is the amount of money exchanged by customers to obtain the benefits of having or using a product or service. Keywords: Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are 1) to know and analyze the impact of services quality to patient loyalty of hospital in region unit of Kanjuruhan Kepanjen. 2) To know and analyze the impact of services quality to patient satisfaction in the hospital as the intervening variable. 3) To know and analyze the impact of patient satisfaction to patient loyalty in the hospital. This is quantitative research and using survey to collect the data. The samples are taken by using purposive sampling with total 82 respondents.The result of this study showed that: 1) The services quality took effect positively and significantly to patient loyalty in the hospital of Kanjuruhan Kepanjen  region unit. 2) The positive and significant quality was taken effect to the patient satisfaction in the hospital. 3) The patient satisfaction was taken effect positively and significantly to patient loyalty in the hospital. Keywords: Services Quality, Patient Satisfaction, and Patient Loyalty
