Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at University of Islam Malang which is located at Jalan Mayjen Haryono 193 Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of freedom of work, social environment and the courage to take risks on the interest in entrepreneurship of the student faculty of islam Malang.The variables  in this research is freedom of work, social environment and the courage to take risks as an independent variable and the interest in entrepreneurship as dependent variable in this research. The sample used in this research is was 95 students of economics faculty of islam malang. The study was uses explanatory research. Data collection method by shareing the questioner. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The result of this study showed that the freedom of work and courage to take risks is significantly influence the interest of entrepreneurship while social environment did not significantly influence the interest of entrepreneurship student of economics faculty of islam malang. Keyword : freedom of work, social environment, the courage to take risks and interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of MSMEs is a manifestation of true entrepreneurship and is deeply rooted in the daily work of entrepreneurs in their respective fields of business. Like ordinary people, people with disabilities need decent work to continue living with all the limitations despite all the limitations they have. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the variables of entrepreneurship motivation, independence and self-efficacy that affect business success in people with disabilities in the city of Malang by applying snowball sampling technique with several criteria obtained as many as 60 respondents. The research method uses multiple linear regression tests such as t test, R square determination and F test to obtain the results that simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial motivation, independence, and self-efficacy affect business success, while partially self-efficacy does not affect business success. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Motivation, Independence, Self-Efficacy, Business Success

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of Sales Promotion and Store Atmosphere towards Impulse Buying through consideration of Positive Emotion at Superindo Tlogomas Malang. This research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents which are consumer of Superindo. Quantitative analysis with path analysis analysis model method were used for the technical analysis.The results of this study indicate that the sales promotion influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying, store atmosphere affect positively and significantly related to impulse buying, positive emotion in a positive and significant impact on impulse buying.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACConsumers buy products meet their wants and needs, but when the customer feels that their needs and desires have been met by the product offered by the company, it increases the intention of reprposing intention. In this study the variables used are products and prices. high prices will be much faster in earning profits, but here it will also be difficult to reach consumers. Research uses questionnaires which are distributed directly to the object of research, namely FEB students from Malang Islamic University who consume instant noodles. From a population of 3,040 students, only 97 students were taken to be used as samples which were tested using a partial test and a sobel test. From the results of this study, it is known that product quality and prices have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product quality and prices have a direct effect on buying interest, buying interest directly influences purchasing decisions, buying interest can mediate product quality variables on purchasing decisions, and buying interest can mediate the price variable on the purchase decision.Keywords:Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Buying Interest

AbstractThe Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Effect Of Work Environment, Occupational Health And Work Safety On Employee Performance In Malang Municipal Water Supply Company. The Sample In This Study Were 77 Permanent Employees. The Analytical Method Used In This Study Is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis With Hypothesis Testing Using T Test And F Test. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the impact of brand awareness and product quality on customer loyalty and purchasing decisions. The population of this study is the visitors of Eastu Coffeebar during one month with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling method. The results showed that brand awareness has no significant impact on customer loyalty, but product quality has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Purchase decision also has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, brand awareness and product quality have a significant impact on purchase decision. Both factors also influence customer loyalty through purchase decision. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method assisted by SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Keyword: Brand Awareness, Product Quality, Loyalty Customer, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of the location of the Islamic boarding school, the cost of education, the quality of service on the decision to choose a Islamic boarding school at Ainul Yaqin Campus, Islamic University of Malang. The data source for this research is primary data obtained from answering statements at the time of distributing questionnaires to students and female students at the Islamic Boarding School, Ainul Yaqin Campus, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019-2022. The sample method used is purposive sampling with the slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The dqta analysis method uses instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results showed: (1) the location of the Islamic boarding school, the cost of education, the quality of service had a simultaneous and significant effect on the decision to choose the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School, Islamic University of Malang, (2) the location of the Islamic boarding school had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School, Islamic University of Malang , (3) the cost of education has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School, Islamic University of Malang, (4) the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose the Ainul Yaqin Campus Islamic Boarding School, Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Location,Cost Education, Quality of Sevice

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to discuss and analyze intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously or together. The population and sample used were all employees of the Islamic University of Malang, totaling 70 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a rikert scale and the data testing techniques used in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t testThe results obtained from the evaluation and analysis show that intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Testing intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, And Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all customers of Warung Parikaton Malang. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS. In this study, the results showed that the store atmosphere, product quality, and location did not significantly influence purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere and product quality have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, there is an indirect effect of store atmosphere and product quality which does not significantly affect customer satisfaction through customer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, Location, Customer Satisfaction, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the Effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy through Bank Trust on Credit Quality to BRI Unit Tanjungrejo Malang Bank customers. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 97 respondents. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to BRI Unit Tanjungrejo Malang Bank customers who were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 23. Data testing techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, path analysis (path analysis), and research hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economy partially have a direct effect on Bank Confidence. Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral partially have a direct effect on Credit Quality. Meanwhile, the Condition of Economy has no direct effect on Credit Quality. Bank trust can mediate Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral on Credit Quality. But bank trust cannot mediate the Condition of Economy on Credit Quality. Keywords: 5C, Bank Trust, Credit Quality
