Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of communication, discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Cipta Abadi Mulia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 35 respondents and data management used the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are employee performance variables (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are communication, discipline, and work motivation.The results of the analysis show that communication, discipline, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. Partially communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance, partially discipline has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance, and partially motivation has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Cipta Abadi Mulia. Keywords: Communication, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze brand image, social media, and tourist attraction that influence simultaneously and partially on interest in visiting the tourism object of the Kayutangan Heritage Village, Malang City. In measuring this variable, the dependent variable is interest in visiting while the independent variables are brand image, social media, and tourist attraction. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The quantitative research method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start to the creation of the research design. The method used in managing data uses multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. The data used are primary data as well as secondary data obtained using interview techniques, questionnaires, direct and indirect observation. The sample in this study is unknown so in this study using the maholtra formula with details of 14 indicators x 5 = 70. From data processing, it was found that simultaneously and partially the variables Brand image, Social media, and Tourist attraction affect Interest in visiting objects Kayutangan Heritage Village Tour, Malang City. Keywords: Brand image, Social media, Tourist attraction, Interest in visiting

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of association, fashion trends, and financial literacy on consumptive lifestyles. This research method uses quantitative methods. With the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to students of the 2019 class of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA. The results of this study used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: social influence has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. fashion trends have a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles financial literacy has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. The significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, meaning that the variables of social influence, fashion trends, and financial literacy simultaneously influence consumptive lifestyles. Keywords: Influence of Association, Fashion Trend, Financial Literacy, Consumptive Lifestyle.

Abstract

Abstract In this modern era a lot of progress in the business world. Competition is so tight that every producer continues to develop its business to win the competition. One of them is a culinary business in the field of noodles, such as Mie Gacoan. In this research, the researcher chose Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang as the material to be studied. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction and customer bonding on customer loyalty at Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang. The population in this study were FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang, customers of Dinoyo Malang Gacoan Noodles. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the study show that partially Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers by developing the variables studied and adding populations and samples to develop research. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Bonding, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in PKS Pinang Tinggi business unit PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi. This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 60 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. Variable Training (X1), Motivation (X2), has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). And there is a partial influence between Training (X1), Motivation (X2), which has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Training, Motivation, has a significant effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study are: 1) to know and understand the leadership style that will be adopted by a madrasah head or leader, 2) to know and understand the development of human resources to face global competition, 3) to know how important the role of madrasah head leadership style in shaping globally competitive human resources. To find out how the leadership style adopted by the head of the madrasah and the development applied to its human resources, researchers used qualitative research methods. The technique of data collection is through interviews, observation and documentation of the intended research subjects and data analysis used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. So that in this study resulted that in terms of leadership style Mr. Head is a leader with the type of Democratic leadership, leaders who are trustworthy and fair (based on nature), Democratic leaders (based on behavior), and leaders who use the theory of path-goaltheory. Meanwhile, in terms of Human Resources Development, the head unites the focus of Human Resources ability development into skills, so that SKA in development includes skills, knowledge, and attitude. Keywords: Head of Madrasah, Leadership Style, Human Resource Development

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the relationship between price, product, promotion and location in purchasing decisions at De Villa Buring. This study uses primary and secondary data collection methods, primary data collection methods in the form of questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to the Buyers of De Villa Buring Plots of Land located in Kedungkandang, Malang City.Determining the number of samples in this study used non-probability sampling using a Likert scale and the results obtained were 90 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Instrument Test, Normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, and certainty tests. The result of the joint test (F-test) is Variable prices, products, promotions, and location all have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions at De Villa Buring. In addition, partial test (t-test) results indicate that the price and advertising variables should not partially influence purchase decisions. Product and location variables have a positive and sometimes significant impact on purchasing decisions. This is shown by the judgment test results variations or changes in Purchase decisions can be explained by the variables price, product, promotion, and location. The rest are influenced by other variables not included in the study. We recommend that the De Villa Buring Manager evaluate prices and promotions to further improve them by setting the same prices at each outlet and always updating promotions, especially on Instagram social media. Keywords: Price, Product, Promotion, Location and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of Influencers and Endorsements on Purchase Intention of Erigo Fashion Products on Instagram Social Media. This type of research is explanatory. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through the Googlee Form. A sample of 154 respondents who have purchased Erigo fashion through Instagram in the last 3 months. Data analysis using Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that influencers and endorsements simultaneously have a significant influence on Erigo Fashion's Purchase Intention on Instagram. This means that every increase in Influencer and Endorsement will be accompanied by an increase in Purchase Intention. Influencers have a significant influence on Purchase Intention, this means that an increase in the number of followers who like, the uniqueness of content about fashion, will increase Purchase Intention. Endorsement has a significant influence on Purchase Intention. This means that increasing the credibility, expertise and ability of Celebrity endorsers will increase Purchase Intention. Keywords: Influencer,  Endorsement ,  Purchase Intension

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of work placement and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts in various fields, including work placements and employee motivation within the company. PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia experienced a decline in employee absenteeism during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method using Multiple Regression Test. the results of this study indicate a significant influence of work placement and employee motivation on employee performance. Partially, job placement has no effect on employee performance. Partially, employee motivation has an effect on company performance. Keywords: Work Placement, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job promotion, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Transportation Department of Malang City. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to employees of the transportation department. The sample method used is saturated sample. The number of samples in this research was 98 respondents. Data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests and statistical tests.  The results showed: (1) job promotion has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Promotion, Compensation, Work Discipline
