Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict on employee performance at CV.Suara Hati Elektronik Leneng Praya, Central Lombok. And using saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were all employees of CV.Suara Hati, totaling 65 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study were validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests (Adjusted r2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results showed that organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict simultaneously had an effect on employee performance and partially organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict had a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Support, Work Discipline, Work Family Conflict

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Influence of Celebrity Endorsers, Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions on Wardah Cosmetic Products (Case Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019). This study used quantitative research methods using questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study was female students who had bought and used Wardah cosmetic products. The data collection technique uses nonprobability sampling, namely by purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis tests, f tests and t tests and determination coefficient tests. As data collection material analyzed with the help of IBL SPSS Statistics software. The results of this study show that celebrity endorsers have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Communication, on Employee Job Satisfaction. The research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 116 employers of Cooperative Official in Batu City. While the sample used in this study was purposive sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula so that there were 54 samples. The data used are secondary data and primary data using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that Compensation, Work Environment, and Communication have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Partially the result that Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment do not Have Significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Communication have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Communication, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality product, price, and quality service on purchase decision at THRIFT MEGA STORE. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this consumers for all groups in the THRIFT MEGA STORE, as many 115 consumers. While the sample used in this consumer were 100 samples. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that product quality, price and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality variables have a not significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and service quality variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions .  Keywords: Quality of Product, price, quality of service, purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee productivity at Ramayana Agro Mandiri. The data used in this study used primary data through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data to determine the monthly production capacity carried out by Ramayana Agro Mandiri employees. The population in this study were employees of Ramayana Agro Mandiri, while the sample in this study consisted of 38 respondents who were all employees of Ramayana Agro Mandiri. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS 25 analysis tool. and compensation partially affect employee productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, infrastructure and promotion on increasing reading interest. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were the students of the Al-Hikam Malang Islamic boarding school as many as 356 students. While the samples used in this study were 78 samples. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that service quality, infrastructure and promotion have a significant effect on reading interest, service quality variable has a positive effect on reading interest, infrastructure variable has no significant positive effect on reading interest and promotion variable has no significant positive effect on reading interest . positive but not significant effect on reading interest Keywords: Quality of Service, Infrastructure, Promotion, Interest in Reading

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the results of the influence of motivation, perceptions and attitudes of consumers on shopping decisions in traditional markets. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of the Dinoyo traditional market in Malang. The sample in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of motivation, perception and consumer attitudes had a positive and significant effect on shopping decisions simultaneously. Variable motivation has a partial effect on shopping decisions, perceptions have a partial positive and significant effect on shopping decisions, and consumer attitudes have a partial positive and significant effect on shopping decisions in traditional markets for consumers in Dinoyo traditional market, Malang city. Keywords: Motivation, Perception, Consumer Attitudes and Shopping Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and explain the effect of spiritual, emotional and rational marketing strategies on kangen water customer loyalty in Malang. The number of samples collected was 100 respondents. By using the Purposive Sampling method as a sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear analysis, using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that spiritual marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, emotional marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, rational marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Spiritual Marketing, Emotional Marketing, Rational Marketing, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract  Promotion can be said as one of the determining factors for the success of a marketing program to provide information about the existence of a product. Social media is one of the most widely used promotional tools. Technological developments encourage marketers to be creative in advertising by utilizing social media. Advertising on social media requires strategy and effort to appeal both emotionally and rationally to foster buying interest in social media users. People in Indonesia are quite active in using Instagram. The popularity of Instagram is seen by business people as an effective opportunity to promote the products of their business. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at the Garden Café. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation study. There were 4 research participants, namely the Garden Café Manager and 3 Garden Café customers who were willing to become research participants. Based on the results of research on the Effectiveness of Promotion through Instagram social media using the epic model at the Garden Café. Abstract

Abstract Mobile banking is an application developed by banks to serve customers 24 hours a day. BRImo is a mobile banking application created by a bank from Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and feature availability on interest in using the BRImo application. explanatory research with a quantitative approach is used as the type of this research. 90 FEB UNISMA students class of 2019 is used as sample. Methods of the data collection using a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have a significant effect on interest in using the BRImo application. Meanwhile, feature availability has no effect and is not significant on interest in using the BRImo application. Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived of security, and Availability of features
