Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of PT. Tin Industry in Cilegon. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees of PT Timah Industri. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula because in sampling, the number must be representative so that the results of the study can be generalized, in this study the sample amounted to 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the variables of influence of leadership style (X1), organizational culture (X2) and work discipline (X3) contributed to employee performance variables (Y) by 73.5% and the remaining 26.5% was explained by other independent variables that were not in the study. And simultaneously and partially the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Influence Of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of AQUA brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) in Malang City. Sampling was carried out on active S1 students at the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang for the 2019/2020 academic year using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that product quality, price and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Tests carried out with partial tests, all independent variables have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision, AQUA Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of service quality, product quality and halal awareness on customer satisfaction of Murtiasih Frozenfood in Malang City. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents using the non-probability sampling technique of the Malhotra method. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) the service quality variable has a significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction, the product quality variable has no significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction and the halal awareness variable has a significant effect on Murtiasih Frozenfood customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Halal Awareness and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effect Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction with Perceived Service Quality and Customer Engagement as a case study Intervening Variable on Students of the Islamic University of Malang who use the application Grabbike. The population in this study was 3,869 students. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling and obtained 98 students. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires and the method of analysis is descriptive statistical method, classical assumption test, partial least square, mediation test, with SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Research results show that brand image no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image no significant effect on perceived service quality. Brand image significant effect on customer engagement. Perceived service quality significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer engagement significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image no significant effect on customer satisfaction through perceived service quality. Brand image significant effect on customer satisfaction through customer engagement.  Keywords: brand image, perceived service quality, customer engagement, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of trust, Marek's image and perceived ease of use of e-wallets (a case study on FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019). This research is a quantitative type of research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 86 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Word of Mouth, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Studies on of Café Lelette Kopi Sigura-gura Sukun Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with a calculation of 90 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that word of mouth (X1), price (X2), and product quality (X3) simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Partial research results show that Word of Mouth (X1) and Price (X2) partially have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between information quality, system quality, and service quality on the repurchase intention of marketplace users on the Shopee site. This study used a study on Malang city students where the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via the g-form to Malang city students who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2) data processing using the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that information quality, system quality, and service quality simultaneously influence repurchase intention, information quality partially influences repurchase intention, system quality partially influences repurchase intention, service quality has a partial effect on repurchase intention.  Keywords: information quality, system quality, service quality, repurchase intention

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Halal Certification on the Purchase Decision of Naavagreen Skin Care in Malang City. The population used in this study were Medical Students who used Naavagreen Skin Care. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Product Quality, Price, Halal Certification and Purchase Decision. The results of this study explain that the variables of Product Quality, Price, and Halal Certification have a significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted tofind out the preferences of female students in choosing hijab case study on studentsi Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study was 2,071 female students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and obtained 95 female students. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that, female students tend to choose Pasminah hijab with a utility value of when compared to four other attribute levels, namely quadrilateral hijab, triangle hijab, plisket hijab, h ijab shiria, khimar hijab. Keywords: Preferences, Hijab Model, Hijab Material, Hijab Color, Hijab Motif, Hijab Price, Hijab Quality.

Abstract

Abstract Every agency or company always strives for employees to provide maximum work productivity to achieve a goal within a company. One such company is UD. Alpha Hope. The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze leadership styles, work motivation, and incentives on work productivity, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 44 respondents were obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, leadership style, work motivation, and incentives simultaneously and partially have an influence on work productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Incentives, Work Productivity
