Abstract

Abstract This research is conducted with the aim of examining the impact of payment methods, discounts, and the presence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions related to Scarlett products from the TikTok Shop. The study employs a quantitative research approach and focuses on students from the 2019 class at the Islamic University of Malang who have made at least one purchase of Scarlett products through the TikTok Shop. To ensure the quality of the research, validity and reliability tests have been conducted. The analysis of this study includes classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical tests, and the calculation of the coefficient of determination. In this research, the independent variables consist of payment methods, discounts, and the presence of brand ambassadors, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decisions made regarding Scarlett products on the TikTok Shop. Keywords: Metode Pembayaran, Discount,  Brand Ambassador

Abstract

Abstract This study purpose to determine and analyze emotional and mental intelligence in making decisions in trading forex traders in the telegram group of 75 samples, with a purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that emotional and mental intelligence simultaneously and partially significantly influence decision making in Forex trader transactions.  Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Mental and Decision Making

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer brand laptops. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was obtained using the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 70 respondents who were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who used Asus and Acer laptops. The data analysis used in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, t tests and R2 coefficients of determination. The results of this study show that style has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer laptops and the reference group has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer laptops.  Keywords : Lifestyle, Reference Groups Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determinane the influence of Motivation, Job Statisfaction and Work Environment on the performance of civil servants at the Social Service of Malang Regency. The sampling technique used saturated samples obtained from 43 employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire technique that is distributed directly to employees of the Malang Regency Sosial Service. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract Human resources are needed for the development of an institution, occupy an important position. For determining the success of an institution, it needs to pay attention to its employee performance. To find out the findings, this study was conducted to know the effect of self efficacy, commitment and work discipline on the village official’s performance in Lowokwaru District. The research design was quantitative research that had a population with a total sample of 51 employees in the sub-district of Lowokwaru District that was drawn by using the slovin formula. Meanwhile, for analyzing the data, this research used multiple linear regression technique. From the research, it showed that this study indicated the variabels of self efficacy, commitment and work discipline that affect positively to the employee performance partially. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the self efficacy, commitment and work discipline, the better the employees will be in improving their performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Self Efficacy, Commitment and Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract Buying interest is directly related to consumer feelings and sentiments, if a consumer feels happy and satisfied it means it can increase purchase interest, while if consumers feel dissatisfied when buying a product it will usually eliminate interest in buying. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise. . Research methods using a quantitative approach and using primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. Determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula which amounted to 96 respondents. Data collection method using google form questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect. The influence of online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise shows a coefficient of determination of 39.6%.  Keywords: Online Customer Review, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Interest Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled "Analysis of Village Original Income (PADesa), Village Funds (DD) on Village Expenditure in the Field of Village Development (Bringin Village Study, Wajak District, Malang Regency)". The purpose of this study is to identify whether or not there is an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) and Village Funds (DD) which are used for Village Shopping needs for Development every year in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The object of this study is in the form of a village revenue and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2017-2021 period. This research data is from the APBDes of the Bringin Village office, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The analytical technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative. In the results of the inter-achievement analysis of this study, it shows that the Original Village Income and Village Fund have increased every year due to the large number of village needs, especially in village spending in the development sector. Keywords: Village Original Income, Village Funds, Village Expenditure

Abstract

Abstract The telecommunications and banking sector industries continue to compete by creating various electronic money products that prioritize speed, convenience and efficiency when making transactions. Competition in various kinds of digital wallets in Indonesia certainly results in various fintech brands continuing to carry out marketing strategies, including Go-Pay.This research is to find out and analyze the perceived usefulness, ease of use and cashback on interest in using Go-Pay. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness (X1), Ease of use (X2) and cashback (X3) variables contribute to the variable  behavioral intention Go-Pay by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in the study. And simultaneously and partially the perceived benefits, convenience and cashback have a significant effect on the intention to use Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Ease Of Use, Cashback, Behavioral intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product quality, price and service quality on the decisions of visitor satisfaction with Holaa Cafe in Gresik. This research is a quantitative type of research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 75 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. Variables of Product Quality, Price and Service Quality have a significant simultaneous effect on the Decisions of Holaa Cafe Visitors in Gresik. And there is a partial influence between product quality, price and service quality on the decisions of visitor satisfaction with Holaa Cafe in Gresik. Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Visitor Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: The influence of leadership, motivation, and salary. The influence of leadership on employee performance, 1) The influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) The effect of salary on employee performance, 3)This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 50 employee respondents at the Batu District Office, Batu City. The data sources used are primary and secondary sources. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the analysis used was an instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. the results of the study show that leadership greatly influences employee performance because good leaders will provide good facilities to employees so that employees have a strong desire to remain as members of the organization in the Batu District Office, Batu City. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Salary and Employee Performance
