Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes the effect of work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Easterntex Pandaan East Java. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 permanent employees in the mechanical division of PT Easterntex. Sample determination using non-probability sampling with saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results showed that work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline significantly affect employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. A comfortable work environment, high levels of satisfaction, and good discipline are proven to encourage increased productivity. The implication of this finding emphasizes the importance of management's role in maintaining and improving these three aspects in order to achieve optimal productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok Live shopping and Consumer rating on Purchase Decisions, with Customer Trust as a mediating variable. The research subjects were active students of the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) from the 2021 cohort who use the TikTok application and have made purchases through the TikTok Live shopping feature. A sample of 80 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. This study employed a quantitative approach with explanatory research design and path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that TikTok Live shopping (X1) and Consumer rating(X2) have a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust(Z) and Purchase Decisions(Y). Moreover, Customer Trust is proven to mediate the influence of the independent variables on Purchase Decisions. These results reinforce the importance of trust as a key factor in shaping consumer decisions on digital platforms. Keywords: TikTok Live shopping, Consumer rating, Customer Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the human resource (HR) planning strategies implemented at the Bengkak Village Office, Banyuwangi Regency, to enhance competitive advantage. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that HR planning is carried out through procurement, development, and evaluation based on the real needs of the village. The main strengths lie in the support of the village head, communication among staff, and openness to training. Weaknesses lie in budget constraints and unequal competencies. The strategies adopted have been adjusted to external environmental opportunities and threats. In conclusion, strategic HR planning plays an important role in driving excellent and competitive public services. Keywords: HR Planning, Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Village Government.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the influence of product promotion and rating on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction on roughneck e-commerce consumers at Tokopedia (a study of students in Malang City). This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research population is students in Malang who shop for Roughneck brand products on the e-commerce site Tokopedia, with a sample of 80 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that promotions have an influence on customer loyalty, product ratings do not have an influence on customer loyalty, promotions have an influence on customer satisfaction, ratings have an influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction does not have an influence on customer loyalty, promotions do not have an influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and product ratings do not have an influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: promotions, product ratings, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, ease of use and price on customer loyality among Netflix application users. The research employed a quantitative methode with an explanatory approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 90 respondents who are students at the Islamic University of Malang and have user or are currently using Netflix. Data were collected trough the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and the coeffisien of determination test, all processed with SPSS 30. The result of the study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyality, ease of use has a significant effect on customer loyality and price has a significant effect on customer loyality. Keywords : Customer loyality, service quality ease of use, price, Netflix

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing, Brand awareness, and Brand Image on customer loyalty at Havefun Store. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition and digitalization, understanding the factors that drive customer loyalty is crucial, especially in the dynamic shoe industry. This study collected data through questionnaires administered to 80 Havefun Store customers, demonstrating the use of a quantitative approach. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis revealed that Social Media Marketing, Brand awareness, and Brand Image influence customer loyalty. These findings indicate that Havefun Store's efforts in utilizing social media for marketing, building strong Brand awareness, and maintaining a positive Brand Image play a significant role in retaining its loyal customers. The implication of this study is that Havefun Store is advised to continue improving its Social Media Marketing strategy, strengthening Brand awareness through innovation, and maintaining a good Brand Image through responsive service to continuously increase customer loyalty. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of the sample and population and consider other factors for more comprehensive results  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand awareness, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines leadership style, work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the productivity of employees of a poor restaurant (ayam geprek sa'i). Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study involved 75 respondents selected by saturated sampling technique Data were collected through questionnaires employing a saturated sampling technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results demonstrated that, together, the four variables had a significant impact on employee productivity. However, partially, only work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect, while social leadership style and job satisfaction have a negative effect. These findings suggest that it is important for restaurant management to pay attention to factors Factors such as leadership style, work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction are essential for enhancing employee productivity in the highly competitive culinary sector. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity, Ayam Geprek Sa'i

Abstract

Abstract This study's goal is to comprehend and investigate how consumers at Indomaret make decisions about the purchase of Ecobag bags (Y) in relation to Green Marketing (X1), Brand Awareness (X2), and price (X3). The quantitative approach is the research method used. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique employed, and there were 90 participants in all. Students from generation Z living in the Lowokwaru District participated in this study. Using SPSS software version 25, multiple linear regression analysis was the data analysis technique employed in this investigation. The study's findings suggest that pricing, brand awareness, and green marketing all significantly affect consumers' decisions to buy. Purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by brand awareness and green marketing. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore and evaluate the effects of customer experience, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality, and marketing strategies on consumers' purchase intention of Executive brand products. A quantitative research approach was adopted, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The sample, consisting of 125 students, was selected through purposive sampling using the Malhotra formula. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis involved several tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test, all conducted using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that customer experience, electronic word of mouth, product quality, and marketing strategies have both simultaneous and individual effects on the purchase intention of Executive products. Keyword: Customer Experience, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Product Quality, and Marketing Strategy, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to analyze the influence of green product innovation and green price on sustainable consumption, with Gen Z lifestyle as a moderating variable. The research was carried out on consumers of The Body Shop products in Malang City using a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 75 respondents selected through proportional sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.3. The results showed that green product innovation had a significant effect on sustainable consumption, and green price also had a significant effect on sustainable consumption. The moderation test indicated that the Gen Z lifestyle negatively moderates the relationship between green product innovation and sustainable consumption, and positively moderates the relationship between green price and sustainable consumption. Keywords: Green Product Innovation, Green Price, Sustainable Consumption, Gen Z Lifestyle.
