Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of human resource development, workplace transfer, and work motivation on the performance of civil servants / ASN RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with the data analysis technique used being multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling through probability sampling with the Slovin formula, the number of respondents was 85 people. The results show that human resource development, workplace transfer have a simultaneous effect on employee performance while work motivation does not have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, and each independent variable of human resource development, workplace transfer has a partial effect on employee performance, while work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: Human Resource Development, Workplace Transfer, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyse the extent to which social media and product innovation play a role in driving the growth of businesses run by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bululawang Subdistrict, Malang Regency. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, as it seeks to explain the relationship between variables empirically. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which involves the deliberate selection of respondents based on specific criteria, with a total of 113 MSMEs calculated using the Lemeshow formula because the population size was not known precisely. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. To process and analyse the data, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results of the data analysis revealed that the simultaneous use of social media and the implementation of product innovation have a positive and significant impact on the development of SME businesses in the study area. Keywords: Social Media, Product Innovation, Business Developmen

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to see how elements of marketing strategy influence purchasing decisions among consumers in Malang City when buying beauty and care products. The variables studied include influencers, content marketing, and product design. Influencers, content marketing, and product design can have an impact on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative methodology to gather information from 100 respondents who use beauty and care products in Malang City. The findings indicate that the decision to purchase beauty and care products is simultaneously influenced by influencers, content marketing, and product design. Meanwhile, partially, influencers and content marketing have a significant negative impact on purchasing decisions, while product design has no effect on purchasing decisions. According to this research, businesses can enhance their marketing tactics to gain customer trust and emphasize the high-quality materials or ingredients used in the production of their products. Keywords: Influencer, Content Marketing, Product Design, Purchase Decisions, Beauty and Care

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at Purwanto Farm Blitar. The research data were obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees using a Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative method with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results showed that intrinsic motivation did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas extrinsic motivation had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the company focus more on aspects of extrinsic motivation, such as providing rewards, compensation, salaries and benefits, good working conditions, job security, and supervision from superiors to improve overall employee performance. Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study is titled ‘The Influence of Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management on Career Development (A Case Study at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang)’. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management influence Career Development in that region. And how they influence it, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs an explanatory research design using quantitative methods. The research was conducted using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 64 employees from a total population of 177 active employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The results of the study indicate that Knowledge Management, Professionalism, and Talent Management significantly influence Career Development collectively. Additionally, Knowledge Management and Professionalism do not significantly influence Career Development individually. Abstract

Abstract Investment in digital assets such as cryptocurrency has grown rapidly, particularly among younger generations. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, financial literacy, and return expectations on the interest in cryptocurrency investment among students of the Islamic University of Malang. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that simultaneously, influencers, financial literacy, and return expectations have a significant effect on investment interest in cryptocurrency. Individually, each variable also has a positive and significant impact. Influencers provide encouragement through informative and relevant content, financial literacy helps students understand the risks and potential of digital assets, while return expectations motivate interest based on the potential for high profits. The study concludes that these three factors play a crucial role in shaping student investment interest and recommends enhancing financial education and monitoring information on social media to support more informed investment decisions. Keywords: Influencer, Financial Literacy, Return Expectations, Investment Interest, Cryptocurrency

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of price and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, at Hepimart Ngawi. In an era of global economic uncertainty, supermarkets must focus on delivering value and satisfaction to retain a loyal customer base. The study finds that price significantly and directly affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty. However, the results show no significant indirect effect of service quality on loyalty through satisfaction. These findings suggest that while price and service quality are crucial in building satisfaction and loyalty, satisfaction does not act as a mediator between service quality and loyalty in this context. Keywords: Price, Servicey Quality, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the mediating role of brand credibility on the influence of celebrity endorsement on buying intention. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Malhotra's formula with the results of calculating 80 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and SEM with the Smart PLS software tool. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotional strategies, infrastructure, and ease of payment on the enrollment decisions of new students at the Darul Ulum Al-Fadholi Islamic Boarding School. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a saturated sampling method, with the entire population of 85 respondents sampled. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables.The results indicate that promotional strategies, infrastructure, and ease of payment jointly influence the enrollment decisions of new students. Partially, all three variables proved to have a significant influence, with promotional strategies being the most dominant factor influencing enrollment decisions. This indicates that the delivery of attractive, easy-to-understand information, and widespread distribution through various media play a significant role in attracting prospective students. Meanwhile, the availability of adequate and comfortable infrastructure fosters trust in the quality of educational services, and a flexible and secure payment system also supports the decision-making process by parents. Keywords: Promotional Strategies, Infrastructure, Ease of Payment, Enrollment Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty on the Repurchase Intention of Skintific skincare products. The research is motivated by the increasing skincare usage among students and Skintific's strong presence in Indonesia's e-commerce market. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 105 students of the Islamic University of Malang who had used Skintific products. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Customer Loyalty each have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. These results suggest that positive consumer perceptions of online reviews, brand image, and loyalty directly influence their intention to repurchase. This study contributes to the development of digital marketing strategies in the beauty industry, particularly in maintaining young and digitally engaged consumers. Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty, Repurchase Intention, Skintific.
