Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of visionary leadership style and job discipline on worker productivity with harmonious work as a mediating variable (case study at BEM Feb Unisma). The population used in this study were all administrators of BEM FEB UNISMA. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people obtained by the Purposive Sampling formula. The variables used in this study are worker productivity as the dependent variable, visionary leadership style, job discipline as independent variables, and harmonious work as a mediating variable. The results of this study are; the visionary leadership style variable does not have a positive and significant influence on worker productivity, the visionary leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on harmonious work, the job discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on worker productivity, the job discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on harmonious work, the harmonious work variable has a positive and significant influence on worker productivity, the visionary leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on worker productivity through harmonious work as a mediating variable, and the job discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on worker productivity through harmonious work as a mediating variable. Keywords: Worker Productivity, Visionary Leadership Style, Job Discipline, And Harmonious Work

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Warung Kopi Muhadi in Jombang, particularly among students of Pondok Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with purposive sampling of 130 respondents. Variables examined include service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles), price (affordability, suitability, comparison, consistency), and customer satisfaction (repurchase intention and loyalty). Data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation. The results show that both service quality and price have a significant and positive correlation with customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the extent to which financial knowledge, attitudes, and personality traits influence financial management behavior within the culinary MSME sector in Merjosari Subdistrict, Malang City. Using a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach, data were collected from 93 respondents Slovin’s formula was applied to determine the sample size, followed by the application of random sampling for respondent selection. Data analysis was carried out through the application of multiple linear regression techniques. Results indicated that all three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on financial management behavior. Partially, financial knowledge has the most dominant influence, followed by financial attitudes and personality both contribute positively and significantly to financial behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing financial literacy and attitudes, as well as fostering personality traits that support better financial management among MSMEs. Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Personality, Financial Management, Culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable case study on Gojek application user students in Malang City. The type of population to be studied is unlimited, because researchers do not know the exact number. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method with 20 x 5 = 100 respondents. Data analysis tools used Partial Least Square version 4.0. Price, Promotion, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Toko Bangunan Barokah Jaya Jombang using a quantitative approach, with data collected through customer surveys. The results show that Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect, emphasizing the importance of consumer recommendations in purchasing decisions, while price also has a positive and highly significant effect, indicating that competitive pricing can drive customer purchases. In contrast, service quality has a negative and significant effect, meaning the services provided have not met customer expectations. These findings suggest that Toko Bangunan Barokah Jaya should evaluate and improve service quality while maintaining effective pricing strategies. This study is expected to serve as a reference for business practitioners in designing targeted marketing strategies to increase sales. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Price, Service Quality Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In the highly competitive beauty industry, companies face increasing challenges in maintaining customer loyalty amid the proliferation of similar skincare products. This study examines the influence of customer satisfaction, brand image, and customer experience on customer loyalty, using Glad2Glow as a case study a skincare brand distributed in Indonesia that competes directly with both local and international brands. Employing a quantitative research method, data were collected from 100 Glad2Glow customers in Malang through purposive sampling and analyzed using SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that all three variables customer experience, brand image, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty both partially and simultaneously. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that brand image has the strongest influence, followed by customer satisfaction and customer experience. The results also emphasize that improving emotional and sensory experiences, responding effectively to customer complaints, and building a strong, trustworthy brand image are crucial strategies to retain customers. The study concludes that a holistic approach integrating these factors can help companies like Glad2Glow sustain customer loyalty in a saturated market. Future research is recommended to expand geographic coverage and include other potential variables such as brand trust, price sensitivity, and customer engagement. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Experience, Brand Image, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrack This study was conducted to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on employee performance at the Royal Senyiur Hotel in Pasuruan Regency. This study is quantitative. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire distributed directly at the Royal Senyiur Hotel to a sample of 32 respondents and tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics Version 23. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study prove that leadership style does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and compensation together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Leadership style does not significantly influence employee performance at the Royal Senyiur Hotel in Pasuruan Regency. The adjusted R-square value in this study was 0.752, indicating that 75.2% of the Employee Performance variable can be explained by Leadership Style and Compensation, while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study purpose to analyze the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Malang City. This research employs an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 60 teachers selected using a saturated sampling technique from four MI schools in the Lowokwaru District. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment) and the dependent variable (OCB). The results show that organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on OCB. Partially, each of the three independent variables also has a positive effect on OCB. The Adjusted R² value of 57.3% indicates that the model used is able to explain a majority of the variation in OCB. These findings emphasize the importance of improving organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and the work environment in fostering organizational citizenship behavior within the educational context. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This research endeavors to comprehensively explore how variations in mindset, the expression of creativity, and the presence of entrepreneurial motivation collectively and individually relate to the inclination toward entrepreneurial engagement among students of the Islamic University of Malang. The focal population of the investigation consists exclusively of individuals who have previously undertaken formal coursework in Entrepreneurship. From this group, a total of 75 participants were systematically selected through the application of the Maholtra sampling formula to ensure methodological precision. Within the constructed research framework, entrepreneurial interest is designated as the dependent construct, whereas mindset, creativity, and entrepreneurial motivation are positioned as the independent constructs under scrutiny. Through analytical procedures, the findings affirm that each independent variable—mindset, creativity, and entrepreneurial motivation—exerts a distinct and partial influence upon the degree of entrepreneurial interest demonstrated by the students involved. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Interest, Mindset, Creativity, And Entrepreneurial Motivation

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes, financial behaviors, and financial literacy on financial performance in MSMEs in Pakis District, Malang Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of culinary MSMEs located in Pakis District, with a sample size of 91 respondents and purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data sources come from primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and using SPSS software version 25.0 as a data analysis tool. The results of the study show that financial attitudes and financial literacy have a significant positive effect on financial performance, while financial behavior does not have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Keywords: Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Literacy, Financial Performance.
