Abstract

Various innovations in implementing learning activities are efforts to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. One of the innovations was carried out by developing the Android-based " Money Adventure E-module " in economic learning. The Money Adventure e-module is expected to provide a pleasant learning experience and overcome difficulties in understanding money and payment instruments, as well as improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop Android-based e-modules as effective learning materials in economics learning to support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The development of this e-module was carried out using the 4D model from Thiagrajan, which was followed by testing the effectiveness of the e-module in improving student learning outcomes, through quasi-experimental activities with a nonequivalent control group design model, in class X-2 as an experimental class and class X - 3 as a control class. The material expert validation test results were 91.67 % with very good criteria, while the material and learning media expert validation results were 88.33% with good criteria. The Money Adventure e-module has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning economics regarding money and payment instruments. This can be seen from the average post-test score for the experimental class (88.19 ) which is higher than the control class (65.83). This is also reinforced by the results of the average difference test for the experimental class and the control class which shows that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the sales intensity of vocational high school students. The focus of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial promotion to influence sales intensity. In this study, entrepreneurial digitalization is placed as a mediator of the relationship between entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial promotion, and sales intensity. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive design. The respondents of this study were students of public high schools in Mojokerto Regency, namely SMK Negeri 1 Pungging, SMK Negeri 1 Sooko, and SMK Negeri 1 Jatirejo who had received entrepreneurship education and already had a business, namely students in grades XI and XII. The sample of this study amounted to 350 students who filled out the survey using Google Forms. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using Smart PLS software version 3. This study uses 2 PLS calculation models, namely the measurement model (Outer Model) and the Structural Model (Inner Model). The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a significant positive effect on sales intensity, entrepreneurship promotion has a significant positive effect on sales intensity, entrepreneurship education has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship digitalization, entrepreneurship promotion has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship digitalization, and entrepreneurship digitalization significantly mediates entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship promotion on sales intensity. This study provides evidence for research that is still debated that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship promotion, and entrepreneurship digitalization can positively and significantly influence sales intensity. These findings are also a provision for prospective entrepreneurs to understand and apply the knowledge that has been taught in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that every country faces. When talking about unemployment, it means not only talking about social problems but also talking about economic problems. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to predict and confirm the given hypothesis. This study used Google Forms for the data collection on Vocational State School students in the Mojokerto district. Four hundred respondents from the three schools used as the object of research constituted the entire sample. The results showed that Entrepreneurship Knowledge and self-efficacy can explain the interest in entrepreneurship. However, the Entrepreneurship Knowledge variable will have more influence on entrepreneurial interest, if reinforced with Self-efficacy as a mediating variable

Abstract

High unemployment rates and limited job opportunities globally intensify competition among applicants. In Indonesia, particularly at the vocational school level, unemployment is a growing concern, with graduates constituting a significant portion of job seekers. The main challenges lie in the quality of entrepreneurship education and the lack of interest in entrepreneurship among vocational school students, leading to a mismatch between graduates and market needs. This research addresses the knowledge gap by focusing on entrepreneurship education, teacher role models, and the impact of locus of control on vocational school students' interest in entrepreneurship. The study, conducted in three vocational schools in Banyuwangi, aims to understand the complex interactions between these factors and their influence on entrepreneurial interest. Using quantitative methods, the research involves 214 vocational school students who have taken entrepreneurship or craft subjects, focusing on marketing majors. The data analysis utilizes SmartPLS 3.3.3 and Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the relationships. Findings reveal a positive correlation between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions and locus of control. Similarly, family role models positively impact students' entrepreneurial intentions and locus of control. A higher locus of control is associated with increased entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, both entrepreneurship education and family role models contribute to heightened entrepreneurial intentions through locus of control. The implications suggest that enhancing entrepreneurship education and promoting family role models can effectively strengthen vocational school students' interest in entrepreneurship. Locus of control plays a crucial mediating role in this process. The research outcomes offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, emphasizing the role of teachers as role models and fostering an understanding of locus of control. This approach aims to positively impact unemployment rates and local economic growth

This study aims to investigate the effect of economic learning outcomes and economic expectations on Economic Independence in generation Z, with financial intelligence as a moderating factor. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and uses a questionnaire as a data source. The sampling method used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, and the number of samples obtained was 77 students at Makassar State University. The data analysis used in this study is the PLS method through SmartPLS software and inferential statistical analysis using the warpPLS version 4.0 program. The results showed that economic expectations and financial intelligence have a positive and significant influence on Economic Independence, while economic learning outcomes do not have a significant effect. The findings provide important insights into the factors that influence generation Z's economic independence and the implications for the development of economic literacy
