This study aims to examine the effect of implementing visual media based on local wisdom on students' learning outcomes at SMAN 6 Lhokseumawe. The background of this research is grounded in the importance of using instructional media that is contextual, engaging, and relevant to the students’ cultural environment. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The research subjects consisted of students in class XI A as the experimental group and XI B as the control group, with 30 students in each class. The instruments used included pretest and posttest assessments to measure students’ learning outcomes, as well as observation sheets to support data on classroom activities. The analysis results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental class (82.7) was higher than that of the control class (71.3). The t-test results indicated a significance value (p) of 0.003 0.05, which means there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Therefore, visual media based on local wisdom proved to be effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes. Instructional media that incorporates local cultural elements not only improves cognitive understanding but also strengthens students’ identity and character values. Accordingly, the use of local wisdom-based media is recommended to be integrated into the school learning process.

Inheritance distribution is an essential part of resolving the assets left by a deceased individual. However, problems arise when the inheritance includes not only personal assets but also assets registered under the name of a foundation. In Islamic law, inheritance can only be distributed from assets personally owned by the deceased. In contrast, under Indonesian positive law specifically Law No. 16 of 2001 in conjunction with Law No. 28 of 2004 on Foundations foundation assets are not considered the private property of the founder, but are part of a legal entity. This study aims to analyze the issues in inheritance distribution involving personal and foundation assets from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative-juridical approach. The results indicate that the misuse of foundation assets as part of an inheritance often leads to conflicts among heirs. Therefore, a thorough understanding and harmonization between the two legal systems are necessary to ensure fair and lawful inheritance distribution.

This research is an Active Knowledge Sharing Strategy in learning chemical bonds to examine its effect on cognitive achievement and learning activities of students. This strategy encourages students to be active subjects in the learning process, not just recipients of information. Quantitative approach with Intact Group Comparison design was used at SMAS Syamsuddhuha in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample was taken purposively by considering certain characteristics: each class consisted of 20 students. The research instruments consisted of 16 multiple choice questions and observation sheets that had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and differentiation. The results showed that the experimental class using active knowledge sharing strategy had an average cognitive achievement of 72.50 far above the control class which reached 56.25. In terms of learning activities, the experimental class achieved an average score of 75.22 almost twice that of the control class of 40.47, indicating a statistically significant difference. Thus, the active knowledge sharing strategy proved to be effective in improving students' cognitive understanding and learning activities on chemical bonding materials.

This study aims to analyze the semantics and syntax of Teun A. van Dijk's model in the third presidential debate of the 2024 presidential candidates. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study are oral discourses in the 2024 presidential debate uploaded by the Indonesian General Elections Commission (KPU RI) YouTube channel with the theme of security, defense, globalization, international relations, geopolitics, and foreign policy. The data source in this study was obtained from the KPU RI YouTube channel with the title "Third Debate of Presidential Candidates for the 2024 Election" which was held on January 7, 2024. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques, listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that syntactic elements were more dominant than semantic ones. The most prominent syntactic element was the use of active sentences used by the presidential candidates to build a firm and convincing self-image to the public. Meanwhile, semantic elements were found through background, details, intentions, presuppositions, and nominalizations that shape local meanings in the discourse. It can be concluded that the presidential debate is not just a forum for a contest of ideas, but also a space for the struggle for meaning through structured linguistic strategies. These findings demonstrate how political language is constructed to influence public opinion and shape perceptions of power in a democratic space. Thus, Van Dijk's approach reveals the relationship between language and power in the context of modern political debate.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation has redefined the demands of the modern workplace, requiring employees to develop the readiness to adapt to continuous technological change. This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy, adaptive competence, and training on employee readiness, with organizational support acting as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 96 employees of a technology-integrated organization in Makassar. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results reveal that training and organizational support have a significant positive effect on employee readiness. Furthermore, the interaction between training and organizational support strengthens this relationship, highlighting the importance of strategic synergy between individual capacity development and institutional support. However, digital literacy and adaptive competence did not show significant direct effects on employee readiness. Notably, the interaction between adaptive competence and organizational support showed a negative moderating effect, while the interaction between digital literacy and organizational support was statistically insignificant. These findings suggest that employee readiness in the AI era is best supported through future-oriented training programs and enabling organizational environments. Organizations are advised to align digital literacy development with practical needs, foster adaptive behavior without excessive control, and implement structured yet flexible support systems. A holistic approach integrating technical training, psychological preparedness, and contextual organizational support is key to building resilient and agile workforces in the face of technological disruption.

The semiotic approach of Charles Sanders Peirce is used to interpret symbols such as white robes, whips (regis), torches, flags inscribed with Lailahaillallah, and various taboos observed during the ritual. This research uses a qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the eight symbols in the ratib berjalan ritual possess profound philosophical and spiritual meanings such as purity, protection, and togetherness.

This study aims to examine the effect of job rotation on job stress and turnover intention based on transactional stress theory, while also analyzing the mediating role of job stress and the moderating role of gender. The study involved 180 employees of the Directorate General of Taxes who had experienced at least three job rotations, using questionnaires distributed directly and online. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings show that job rotation policies significantly influence job stress and turnover intention. Job stress mediates the relationship between job rotation and employees’ intention to leave. Female employees tend to experience higher job stress when transferred compared to male employees. Both male and female employees are more likely to consider leaving their jobs when job rotation and job stress are high. This research highlights transactional stress theory as an appropriate framework to explain the pathway from job rotation to job stress and turnover intention, filling a gap in previous studies that rarely examined this relationship from this perspective. The study also contributes by analyzing gender as a moderating variable. Practically, organizations should avoid implementing frequent rotation policies and should consider exceptions for female employees to minimize job stress and prevent turnover.
