Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1). how the covid-19 impact on young men's participation in the election of bulagidun village chief, (2). what factors influence the political participation of young men in the election of bulagidun village's chief. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research. the village headman election is a common process in every village. This was done to select new leaders to build and strengthen the village. Pilkades was a show where citizens could vote for future leaders. Because the election of kades was crucial because it helped run the village government. Village people can choose their future village leaders democratically. The influence of covid-19 in the political participation of young men in the 2021 bulagidun village, can be seen from the 3 aspects, the first contribution of young men to political rights (voting), shows that their conventional political participation was quite effective, but a number of young men from bulagidun did not vote for the village head, which was caused by the covid-19 pandemic situation. This is one of the problems with the implementation of these algorithms. According to the data, the participation rate of youth in determining his political rights is not high at the polls for village headmen, many of whom are either out of the area or working in the mines, so as not to give the vote.

Abstract

The Subsidized Fertilizer Policy is a strategic policy to encourage increased production and productivity in the Agricultural Sector, where this policy is expected to be able to meet farmers' needs for the amount of fertilizer needed. However, the implementation of this subsidized fertilizer policy in Batumanumpak Village is still faced with problems or inconsistencies in the distribution of fertilizer with the applicable policies. So an assessment/evaluation of policies related to subsidized fertilizer in Batumanumpak Village is needed.This research aims to evaluate the subsidized fertilizer program in Batumanumpak Village, Nassau District, Toba Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used is William N. Dunn's (2003:429) Evaluation theory with indicators, namely: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, accuracy.The research results for the effectiveness dimension have not gone well, because the goals set have not been achieved. The efficiency dimension has also not been implemented well, due to differences in HET and non-compliance with the specified time. The sufficiency dimension is also not working well because the amount of fertilizer released cannot meet the needs of the community. The leveling dimension has been implemented well, and the responsiveness dimension has not been implemented well, because the local government has not fully listened to the community's complaints and has not been able to provide solutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the language registers used by women’s clothes sellers during TikTok Live sessions, with an emphasis on the specific usage of words and phrases to promote communication in a fast-paced sales setting. A qualitative investigation of live-stream interactions finds that nouns (41.86%) are utilized to offer precise product descriptions, followed by verbs, adjectives, abbreviations, and compound words. Nouns are very useful for expressing product information like stock availability, sizes, and materials. The study differentiates between lexical and contextual meanings, with lexical meanings (60.47%) taking precedence, providing precise definitions that improve intelligibility for potential purchasers. Contextual meanings, while less common, are essential for sustaining dynamic connections with the audience. The findings emphasize how vendors use clear product information and casual language to increase engagement and purchases. This study suggests that the language methods used on TikTok Lives are highly flexible, combining product clarity with audience engagement in order to maximize the sales process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sikap keuangan Islam, inklusi keuangan Islam, dan literasi keuangan Islam memengaruhi pilihan konsumen untuk menggunakan pembiayaan multiguna (ASN). Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, data cross-sectional, dan purposive sampling dengan 83 responden. Menurut temuan penelitian, ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi pilihan konsumen, baik sebagian maupun sekaligus. Setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam literasi keuangan Islam, inklusi keuangan Islam, dan sikap keuangan Islam menghasilkan peningkatan pilihan nasabah masing-masing sebesar 0,175, 0,263, dan 0,428. 80,4% pilihan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi ketiga variabel tersebut, dengan faktor tambahan yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian yang memengaruhi 19,6% sisanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis digital di SMP Negeri 5 Percut Sei Tuan dan dampaknya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh transformasi pesat dalam pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital, memberikan akses lebih luas terhadap sumber belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental semu, melibatkan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media digital dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Penelitian ini mengkaji beberapa aspek, termasuk kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan media digital, pengimplementasian media dalam proses pembelajaran, serta perbandingan prestasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media digital. Hasil diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas penggunaan teknologi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan publikasi yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif di era digital.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengisian nilai rapot siswa dilakukan pada saat kenaikan semester atau kenaikan kelas. Pada kurikulum 2013 memiliki berbagai aspek penilaian. Saat ini pengisian nilai rapot siswa menggunakan macro Microsoft Excel 2010. Aplikasi ini hanya dapat beroperasi pada Microsoft Excel 2010 sehingga aplikasi tersebut tidak fleksibel. Data yang diisikan berupa, profile sekolah, biodata siswa, kriteria komulatif minimal, kompetensi dasar dan nilai siswa. Pengisian data tersebut dilakukan kembali pada saat kenaikan kelas. Pengisian data kembali menyebabkan sistem pengisian nilai dan data siswa menjadi tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, agar pengisian data dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan dapat digunakan secara fleksibel dibuat suatu aplikasi pengisian nilai rapot siswa berbasis website dengan menggunakan sistem DBMS. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa program html,php dan css serta menggunakan sublimetext sebagai text editor yang digunakan untuk melakukan penulisan dan penyusunan koding program langsung. Selanjutya dilakukan uji coba webste dengan blackbox. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengisian niai rapot siswa berbasis website diharapkan user(guru) dapat melakukan pengolahan nilai rapot secara efektif dan lebih mudah karena dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat apa pun.

Abstract

Islamic sects and organizations have an important role in the development of education in Indonesia. This article aims to research further about what and how the main contributions of Islamic sects and organizations are related to education in Indonesia. Research methods used is a literature study by reviewing several journals and Literary sources related to the topic of discussion This article is then carefully analyzed regarding the contribution of Islamic sects and organizations in Indonesia to the development of education. Focus of the material This article discusses sects in Indonesia, namely Syiah and Sunni and mass organizations in Indonesia, namely Muhammadiyah, Nadhlatul Ulama', LDII. Their contributions are important in advancing Indonesia's education system and shaping a better educational future.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the juridical review of witness statements in the process of investigating and investigating narcotics crimes which are under the protection of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). In the criminal justice system, witness statements play an important role in the law enforcement process, especially in uncovering and proving narcotics crimes. However, witnesses often experience intimidation or threats, so adequate protection is needed. LPSK exists as an institution that has an important role in providing legal protection for witnesses and victims of crime. This research uses a normative juridical approach by examining related laws and regulations as well as case studies of several narcotics crime cases involving witness protection by the LPSK. The research results show that witness statements protected by LPSK have the same legal force as witnesses in general, however there are several obstacles in implementing protection, both in terms of coordination between institutions and limited resources. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the function of the LPSK in the inquiry and investigation process so that the effectiveness of witness protection can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Students' understanding of the concept of black body radiation is often a challenge in learning modern physics. This research aims to identify student difficulties and offer solutions through PhET Colorado's interactive simulation. Using a qualitative approach, three Medan State University students from 2020 and 2021 were used as research subjects. Data obtained from a questionnaire revealed their understanding, difficulties and perceptions of black body radiation. The results show the main difficulties in the form of understanding the radiation spectrum, the relationship between wavelength and energy, and the application of Planck's law. To address this, PhET Colorado simulations were implemented to visualize concepts interactively and through virtual experiments. This simulation is effective in increasing student understanding, based on feedback and observations. This study recommends interactive simulation as an innovative learning method for complex physics material.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Consumer Insight, dan Harga dalam Memilih Jasa Ekspedisi JNE oleh Gen Z di Kota Medan" adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan 100 responden menggunakan metode simple non-probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan (t hitung 2.806, signifikan 0,006) dan consumer insight (t hitung 5.954, signifikan 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh (t hitung 1.572, signifikan 0,119). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan (f hitung 56.709, signifikan 0,000) dengan adjusted R square sebesar 62,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 62,8% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, consumer insight, dan harga, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain.
