Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe the development strategy for the Lombongo baths as a tourism object, as well as to identify the government’s startegy for developing Lombongo tourism through the aspects of strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The research method is descriptive qualitative, and the data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis uses the Huberman method. The findings show that several aspects of the development startegy for the Lombongo baths as a tourism object in Bone Bolango Regency is conducted optimally. For Example, from the strenghts aspect, it is identified that the infrastructure facilities for this tourism object are already optimized, and from the opportunities espect, it is identified that the development of this tourism object is well conducted as it can help the local community. However, several aspects are not well optimized, such as in the weaknesses aspect, it is identified that some units that are built by the local government have not functioned optimally due to the lack of custodians for each unit, and in the threat aspect is the probability of natural disasters that can cause significant losses.

Abstract

All citizens have the right to receive education for both normal children and children with special needs, in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system and confirmed in National Education Minister Number 70 of 2009 concerning inclusive education for students who have disabilities and have the potential for intelligence and/or special talents, by providing opportunities for children with special needs to receive guidance at school. This research aims to describe the role of teachers in providing educational services to children with special needs, especially in individual development. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method where data is collected through literature review. The research results show that the role of teachers in providing educational services to children with special needs is very important. This role can be seen from the teacher's assignment to provide guidance which requires teachers to be creative in developing patterns and methods of approaching children.

Abstract

Program Jebol Anduk Disdukcapil Surabaya menjadi inovasi krusial dalam memberikan aksesibilitas dan inklusivitas pelayanan adminduk bagi warga rentan, khususnya penderita disabilitas. Dengan fokus pada Desain Program Inklusif, penyesuaian fasilitas fisik dan konsultasi dengan ahli disabilitas menjadi strategi utama. Program ini berhasil menjangkau kelompok rentan melalui layanan jebol anduk, termasuk di  Kelurahan Airlangga, Kecamatan Gubeng. Sistem Pemantauan Kinerja yang efektif memastikan evaluasi terhadap keberhasilan program dalam mencapai inklusivitas, sementara Evaluasi Periodik menunjukkan kepedulian pemerintah terhadap dampak pada kesejahteraan penderita disabilitas. Kolaborasi antar instansi menjadi kunci sukses, diukur dari tingkat kerjasama Disdukcapil dengan instansi terkait, menciptakan lingkungan kerja sama yang harmonis. Dengan demikian, Program Jebol Anduk memberikan solusi holistik dan berkelanjutan guna memenuhi kebutuhan administrasi kependudukan, memastikan keberlanjutan inklusivitas, dan memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat rentan.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including the entertainment and sports sectors, resulting in a phenomenon known as esports. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is one of the dominant online multiplayer games in Indonesia and the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) is the main platform for professional players to build a reputation. ONIC Esports, one of Indonesia's esports teams, has a strong reputation for winning various competitions, including being runner-up in the MLBB M5 World Championship in 2023. However, maintaining a positive reputation in a dynamic environment like esports requires media monitoring. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore the dynamics of sentiment towards ONIC Esports in MPL ID Season 13. Through a netnography approach, researchers use the Brand24 social media analysis tool to collect positive and negative sentiment data from various online platforms. By focusing on the first to third weeks of MPL ID Season 13, this research aims to understand the impact of news and sentiment on ONIC Esports' reputation.

Abstract

The activity of using digital applications in interactive learning for elementary school students at MI Ibnu Aqil was carried out with the aim of changing students' habits towards a more positive direction in using digital applications, and this activity is expected to be a means of introducing and learning about the use of digital applications. So that it makes the teaching and learning process in the Covid-19 era even more interactive. Considering that in the Covid19 pandemic era, the learning process for students is carried out through online media which is considered less effective and efficient. Because not everyone understands the use of technology. Based on field observations, many students already have gadgets but do not use them in the world of education. Most of them use it only as a medium of entertainment. The method of implementing this activity is done by learning by doing. With several stages, namely (1) Preparation stage, (2) Training stage, (3) Assistance stage for the learning process. The results of the MI Ibnu Aqil teacher program through the use of digital applications in interactive learning for elementary school students at MI Ibnu Aqil are considered successful in broadening the students' parents' insight even more broadly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of comparative adjectives in English by students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN SU). Mastery of adjective comparison is important to improve English skills, both oral and written. The research uses a qualitative approach with an interview method to 20 students from various study programs. Interview questions include the use of adjectives in positive, comparative, superlative, as well as irregular adjectives and their exceptions. The results of the study revealed that students experienced difficulties related to the use of irregular adjectives, exceptions in the formation of comparisons, long adjectives, lack of practice and practice, and the influence of the mother tongue. These findings provide valuable information for the development of more effective teaching methods in the topic of adjective comparison in UIN SU. In addition, this research contributes to enriching English learning literature, especially in the context of Indonesian higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning model can increase students' learning activities in class X poetry text material at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) and uses the Kemmis and Taggart model. This research uses 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were students in class X.7 of SMA PGRI 2 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results obtained from cycle 1 showed that there were 15 people with a percentage of 40.55% who got a score above the KKM. The results obtained from cycle 1 showed that there were 32 people with a percentage of 86.48% who got a score above the KKM. The difference between cycle 1 and cycle 2 is 45.93. So, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in using the Problem Based Learning model in the learning activities of class X.7 students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang.

Abstract

The function of the Bank is as a financial mediator that bridges between fund owners and people who need funds, both as depositors of funds and borrowers of funds. In the relationship between banks and customers, bank actions often occur which are detrimental to their customers, but so far legal protection is often not optimal, because in the relationship between banks and customers, it is seen that banks dominate banking transactions so that sometimes it is detrimental to customers. Based on the above facts, Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (UU OJK) has been promulgated. As a bank supervisory institution and as an institution that protects customer interests.

Abstract

Hindu religious education teachers are at the forefront in improving the quality of student character, especially for Hindu students during their study period. So Hindu religious education teachers must have knowledge and abilities on how to improve the quality of character and of course have quality character that can be emulated by their students. This research aims to increase understanding of the importance of Hindu religious education teachers as mediators in improving the quality of student character. There are three methods used in this research, namely the interview method, direct observation method, and documentation method. The importance of the results of this research is as a guide for prospective Hindu religious education teachers in the future in improving the quality of character possessed by students.

Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan siswa terhadap aturan dan norma sekolah dapat mengakibatkan masalah yang serius dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kedisiplianan pada siswa SMA X di Kota Bantaeng. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA X di Kota Bantaeng yang berjumlah 316 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala dukungan sosial orang tua dan skala kedisiplinan siswa. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan tehnik analisis uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kedisiplinan siswa. Hubungan kedua variabel ditunjukkan dengan nilai kofisien korelasi (r = 0.000 dan p = 0.200). Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial orang tua maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan siswa SMA X di Kota Bantaeng. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan program pembinaan kedisiplinan yang lebih efektif. Program ini dapat melibatkan kegiatan pembelajaran khusus, pelatihan bagi siswa dan guru, serta dukungan psikososial untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan kedisiplinan.
