Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of child-friendly education at Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten at the Governor's Office. The methods used are observation and interviews with teachers as well as analysis of school documents. The research results show that Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten has implemented seven child-friendly school policy indicators, including anti-violence and anti-discrimination policies, as well as written SOPs for follow-up to violence. This school also meets six of the seven indicators for curriculum implementation, such as providing RPPM and RPPH, arranging classrooms, and providing play equipment and wall decorations. However, a curriculum based on children's rights is not yet available. In addition, five teachers at this school claim to understand children's rights and child-friendly education, with four of the five teachers having PAUD degrees and having attended related training. Another teacher has more than 10 years of work experience and has also attended several seminars. The conclusion of this research is that Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten has succeeded in implementing most of the indicators of child-friendly education, but still needs to improve aspects of the children's rights-based curriculum to achieve the desired standards.

Abstract

Al-Asy’ari is one of the theological schools in Islam that emerged in the 9th century A.D. This school was founded by Abu al-Hasan al-Asy'ari as a response to the Mu'tazilah who prioritized reason in understanding religious teachings. Asharite history began as a movement to affirm elements of faith without neglecting revelation. The Asharites emphasized the principles of faith, including belief in the attributes of Allah, destiny, and the existence of the Qur'an as an uncreated kalamullah. This school rejects some Mu'tazilah concepts such as the affirmation of the absolute justice of God and the ability of the human intellect to attain religious knowledge without the aid of revelation. The al-Asy’ari association with the Mu'tazilah reflects a theological debate in Islamic history, in which the asy’ari tried to restore the primacy of revelation and tradition, while the Mu'tazilah supported reason as the primary means of understanding religion. These differences influenced the development of Islamic thought and contributed to the development of Islamic thought.

Abstract

The correct use of Indonesian must be in accordance with applicable rules, such as spelling, word formation, sentence construction, paragraph arrangement, and reasoning arrangement. Compliance with these rules determines the correctness of language use. However, observing the billboards around shows that many of them do not pay attention to the use of standard language. People often write words or sentences that can be understood by everyone without paying attention to Enhanced Spelling (EYD). Although the non-standardity of billboards is sometimes overlooked by readers, as native speakers of Indonesian, people have a responsibility to preserve linguistic rules. Therefore, this research analyzes the writing of information on billboards, banners and signs in the community to evaluate the extent of compliance with Indonesian language rules.

Abstract

The Ministry of PUPR makes a standard unit price of work by issuing the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 28 of 2016. However, the total cost to be incurred is greater than the method used by the contractor. So the analysis of construction costs is needed as a means to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of development activities in the construction sector. Planning a project cost budget is one of the absolute activities before carrying out a development. The purpose of this final project is to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) for the Student Apartment Building Block 1 (Female) UIII Depok project by using the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 28 of 2016 and using the journal unit prices for construction materials and buildings in the Jakarta area. After being analyzed, the total costs that must be incurred for construction using the Minister of Public Works Regulation No.28 of 2016 on the Student Apartment Building Block 1 (Female) UIII Depok project are Rp. 63,180,745,237. As for the construction with the contractor method, it only costs Rp.44,211,810,456. When compared, the difference between the two methods is around Rp. 18,968,934,781 or 30.02%.

Abstract

Parties involved in non-litigation have the ability to make choices that are not only limited to the provisions contained in the Elucidation to Article 55 paragraph (2) in Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking. They can also choose other alternatives according to the agreement in the approved contract. Supervision of the implementation of Sharia Banking, apart from being carried out internally, is also carried out by independent supervisory institutions such as the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and the National Sharia Council (DSN). Their main task is to ensure that Islamic banking reaches an ideal situation and protect the interests of Muslims. In addition, as a form of community participation, all Muslims have the responsibility to carry out supervision, both directly and indirectly, as an effort to promote the good and prevent the bad in the implementation of sharia banking, which is a key element in Islamic economics.

Abstract

Education is basically the right of every child without exception. However, the reality found in the field is that fulfilling children's educational needs is not as easy as imagined. This is because not all children are lucky to be born into a family that is physically and financially capable of meeting all of the child's needs, some children are actually born into families with a life of complete deprivation so they cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all the child's needs and the child's welfare. These limitations encourage children to experience care outside the family. One of the social service institutions that is specifically designed as an alternative to child care is the social care home for children. However, the existence of orphanages is often hit by various issues related to the limitations of orphanage services, such as the absence of a permanent source of funds, limited facilities, and a shortage of professional staff that often accompany the existence of these children's social service institutions. Referring to several research results, it shows that the fulfillment of children's educational rights and needs in orphanages is not optimal because they are often faced with funding problems from irregular donors. On the other hand, children in orphanages also often experience a lack of attention and affection because there are only a few caregivers in orphanages. so that the education of orphaned children is often left behind compared to children their age who are cared for in the family.

Abstract

The classical period (650-1250 CE) marked the zenith of Islamic civilization through expansion, integration, and progress, extending the influence of Islam from Spain to India. Under the leadership of caliphs, there was support for advancements in various fields of knowledge. However, the disintegration phase (1000-1250 CE) was characterized by political fragmentation and decline, reaching its climax with the conquest of Baghdad by Hulagu's forces in 1258 CE. Differences in governance systems, democracy during the Khulafaurrasyidin era and monarchy during the Umayyad and Abbasid eras, triggered divisions due to power struggles. In this period, the development of the Islamic community marked the pinnacle through the expansion of influence from Spain to India under caliphal leadership. Despite advancements in various fields of knowledge, the disintegration phase (1000-1250 CE) brought about fragmentation and political decline, culminating in the conquest of Baghdad by Hulagu's forces in 1258 CE. Variances in governance systems, with democracy during the Khulafaurrasyidin era and monarchy during the Umayyad and Abbasid eras, served as the primary catalyst for divisions arising from power competition.
