Abstract

All companies have almost the same goal, namely to seek or get maximum profit. This causes some parties to make mistakes in the company's financial statements, either intentionally or unintentionally. Fraud is a deliberate error in submitting financial statements. So this study aims to determine the effect of financial stability, financial targets and external pressure on financial statement fraud in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The population in this study were 87 companies, the sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the sample in this study were 16 companies. Secondary data in this study were accessed via www.idx.co.id. To test the research hypothesis, the analysis technique used is quantitative method, including descriptive statistical tests and multiple linear regression tests through SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or partially financial stability, financial targets and external pressure have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Previous research or related research and previous theoretical studies are very important for research or scientific articles. Relevant and interrelated previous research plays a role in supporting the theory and the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the Influence of Service Quality and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction of Maxim Online Transportation Services for Students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. This article is a study of management literature. Marketing aims to build a hypothesis that can be used in further research. The implementation of this literature review article is as follows: 1) Service Quality influences Customer Satisfaction; 2) Promotion influences Customer Satisfaction; 3) Service Quality and Promotion have a simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea  merupakan operasi yang dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu saat persalinan pervaginam. Teknik anestesi spinal mempunyai kelebihan karena kesederhanaan tekniknya dan efektivitasnya dalam memberikan blok sensorik dan motorik, terutama pada operasi ekstremitas bawah . Nyeri akibat spinal anestesi di pengaruhi oleh ukuran jarum spinal yang digunkanan. Kompres dingin dengan es dapat memperlambat konduksi saraf perifer, mengurangi pelepasan mediator inflamasi, dan menimbulkan efek anestesi kulit cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres es sebelum injeksi spinal terhadap nyeri tusukan jarum pada pasien SC. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain post-test only with control group, melibatkan data primer melalui wawancara dengan pasien SC pasca spinal. Pengukuran nyeri dilakukan pada dua kelompok: kelompok perlakuan (kompres es) dan kelompok kontrol. Analisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney-U. Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p value 0,0001 (<0,05), yang berarti kompres es sebelum injeksi spinal signifikan mengurangi nyeri tusukan jarum spinal pada pasien SC.

Abstract

The most significant growth is the food industry. Many business actors have started operating in the culinary industry with various types of businesses, such as cafes, bakeries and bakeries, and food businesses that are almost complete. One of the micro businesses operating in the culinary sector is Cookies & Dessart by me, which produces cookies and desserts. Consumers can be satisfied and maintain competition with good management in an efficient and maximal production process. This research uses quantitative analysis. This research is used to study a subject as a whole about how to plan raw material supplies effectively to increase production efficiency at Desseart & Cookies By Me MSMEs. Forecasting (forecasting) methods and Raw Material Requirements are used. According to the information collected, the efficiency level of raw material supplies has not reached the expected efficiency level, which is indicated by the average efficiency level of 16.13111.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan lima pertemuan pada Siklus I dan tiga pertemuan pada Siklus II. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 34 siswa di Paket C PKBM Sinar Baru Timika Papua Tengah, yang mempelajari pokok bahasan Persamaan Kuadrat pada Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan, data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Pada Siklus I, skor rata-rata yang diperoleh setelah penerapan pendekatan problem posing dengan pengaturan kooperatif adalah 63,80, dengan standar deviasi 11,66 dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 64,71%. Pada Siklus II, skor rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 65,58, dengan standar deviasi 6,30 dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 82,6%. Keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari bertambahnya jumlah siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan, menjawab pertanyaan guru, menyusun rumusan soal dan jawaban dengan benar, serta mengumpulkan pekerjaan rumah (PR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan problem posing dalam pengaturan kooperatif di Paket C PKBM Sinar Baru Timika Papua Tengah dapat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai harapan. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to develop ideas or thoughts into written language. The aims of this study were 1) to find out the effectiveness of applying the Problem Based Learning model in learning to write exposition texts for class X students of SMK PUI Gegesik in the 2022/2023 academic year; 2) to describe the process of learning to write exposition text by applying the Problem Based Learning model to class X students of SMK PUI Gegesik for the 2022/2023 academic year; and 3) to find out how students respond to learning to write exposition texts by applying the Problem Based Learning model to class X students of SMK PUI Gegesik for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used in this research is the experimental method, the type is quasi experimental design. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. The data in this study are in the form of observational data, tests and questionnaires. Based on statistical results using two independent t tests (Independent Sample t test), a tcount of 2.103 and a ttable of 1.734 are obtained. So tcount> ttable, namely 2.103 > 1.734. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be stated that the application of the Problem Based Learning model is effective in learning to write exposition texts for class X students of SMK PUI Gegesik in the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the results of observations made, it is evident that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can increase student activity in learning to write exposition texts. Based on the results of the questionnaire recapitulation as a whole, the average value of students who answered "yes" was 81% and students who answered "no" was 19%, this shows that students respond well to the application of the Problem Based Learning model in learning to write exposition texts in class X SMK PUI Gegesik for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Abstract

Pendidik haruslah menguasai strategi dan metode yang tepat dalam mengajar kepada para peserta didik, karena dengan penguasaan strategi dan metode pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan efektif, efisien dan diharapkan peserta didik bisa mencapai keberhasilannya. Salah satu langkah dalam strategi pembelajaran yaitu adalah strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dan kooperatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian penulisan ini adalah library research atau penelitian Pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dan kolaboratif keduanya itu memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, dimana keduanya sangat efektif digunakan untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam belajar di kelas.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge in adolescents related to health can result in a lack of hygiene in their intimate areas, which can later have a negative impact on their reproductive health. This study aims to determine the relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and hygiene in women's areas at SMAN 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar, Simalungun Regency. This study is a quantitative study. This study uses primary data taken using a survey method with a previously prepared questionnaire as a measuring tool. This questionnaire consists of several modified statements taken from several previous studies with reference to the theoretical basis related to the research variables. The research sample is the Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample size of this study was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study was 36 female students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar, Simalungun Regency. The results of the bivariate test or statistical test using the chi-square test through the Fisher Exact Test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Analysis of the research results found that there was a relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and feminine hygiene in SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batunanggar. The majority of female students in grade XI IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batunanggar had good knowledge of reproductive health. The majority of female students in grade XI IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batunanggar had a good understanding of feminine hygiene.

Abstract

The Inspectorate is one of the institutions responsible for supervising the implementation of regional governments to ensure that they continue to carry out their commitments. The author analyzes the extent of the role of the Bandung City Regional Inspectorate in carrying out this supervision, including to the Regional Apparatus Organizations at the Village and District levels in an effort to build an Integrity Zone. In this case, the author used a qualitative research method with literature studies as a data collection technique. Based on the data obtained, the Bandung City Inspectorate is still less transparent, effective, and accountable in carrying out its duties. This can be indicated by general information that is not accessible, assessments whose parameters are not transparent, and the absence of follow-up to corruption and gratification practices that continue to occur in the public service process. To overcome these conditions, concrete steps such as strengthening supervision, increasing transparency, increasing competence and integrity, and collaborating with external parties are important.

Abstract

Patola cake is a traditional cake served with a sweet sauce combining brown sugar and coconut milk. The addition of soursop puree to sweet sauce is an innovation to add flavor to sauce products.The aim of this research is to find out; 1) The effect of adding soursop puree concentration on the organoleptic properties of patola cake sugar sauce. 2) The level of people's liking for the combination of patola cake and sugar sauce with the concentration of adding soursop puree. This type of research is experimental research which consists of one factor with the independent variable adding three treatments of soursop puree, namely: 25%, 30% and 40%. The dependent variables are viscosity, taste, aroma and color. The data collection technique uses an observation method in the form of a checklist using Google forms which is assessed by 30 people including training and semi-training panelists. Statistical analysis test using one way anova and further Duncan test. The research was conducted within the Culinary Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. The research results show; 1) there is no influence on color (0.13), viscosity (0.21 for sauce with a significance level above 0.05. 2) there is an influence on aroma (.00), taste (.002), liking (.002) on sauce with a significance level below 0.05.
