Abstract

English lessons can officially be taught in Elementary Schools since the 1994 school year as a local content subject. Although in reality there are several schools that have programmed English lessons for their students who are in Study Groups and Kindergarten, or called Early Childhood Education. In this era of information and globalization, the government realizes the importance of the role of English and human resources who have the ability to communicate in English, which in Indonesia is a foreign language. As a forward-looking policy, the government has issued the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 1987 concerning the National Education System followed by Government Regulation Number 28 of 1990 which states about human resource development. English lessons need to be implemented early on, because with early English learning, children find it easier to develop English when they become teenagers, namely when children enter Elementary School, Junior High School or to a higher level, the English taught by the teacher will stick in their memory and it is difficult to forget it, compared to children who are not taught English when they are in kindergarten or PAUD. This study aims to obtain a deep and comprehensive understanding of the English language learning process for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kebahagiaan terhadap Emotional well-being pada penikmat TikTok di Kabupaten Bekasi. Kebahagiaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi Emotional well-being, dan penggunaan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, telah menjadi fenomena signifikan di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi dan regresi untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh antara kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being. Populasi penelitian ini adalah individu yang aktif menggunakan TikTok. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling, dengan total 140 responden yang ditentukan melalui perhitungan GPower. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup variabel kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being pada penikmat TikTok. Individu yang merasa lebih bahagia cenderung memiliki kesejahteraan emosional yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa penggunaan TikTok yang berlebihan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan emosional, namun kebahagiaan yang diperoleh dari konten positif dapat mengimbangi dampak tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan pada fokus populasi dan lokasi yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya, yaitu penikmat TikTok di Kabupaten Bekasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih dalam tentang pentingnya kebahagiaan dalam meningkatkan Emotional well-being di era digital.

Abstract

The discussion of Maqashid Al-Syari'ah, or the purpose of Islamic law, is an important discussion that has received great attention from Islamic scholars and legal experts. Some scholars include this topic in the study of ushul fiqh, while others discuss it as a separate material and expand it in the context of Islamic legal philosophy. If examined, all of Allah's commands and prohibitions in the Qur'an, as well as the teachings and prohibitions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the sunnah which are arranged in fiqh, clearly have a specific purpose and none of them are in vain. All these rules have deep wisdom, namely as a form of mercy for humanity, as confirmed in several verses of the Koran, including Surah Al-Anbiya' verse 107 which explains the purpose of the sending of the Prophet Muhammad. In this verse, mercy for all nature is defined as the benefit of the people. In simple terms, benefit can be interpreted as something that is good and accepted by common sense. The meaning of "accepted by reason" shows that reason is able to understand the motives behind the enactment of a law, namely because the law brings benefits to humans, either by direct explanation from Allah or through a process of rationalization.

Abstract

The Indomaret shop Telukjambe 58 experienced a decline in sales of promotion-focused products, causing daily sales to fall. The researcher was tasked with helping the company analyze the strategies that must be implemented to increase sales of promotion-focused products so that later daily sales would increase. With this research, it is certain that researchers can help companies implement strategies that must be carried out in order to increase sales of promotion-focused products. The basic solution that must be implemented at the Indomaret Telukjambe 58 Store in order to increase sales of promotion-focused products and increase the store's daily sales is the participation of all levels of employees concerned in the store in the consistent offering of promotional-focused products to consumers who shop, and the availability of good infrastructure. supports the implementation of ongoing promotional strategies to make it easier for consumers to see what products are currently the focus of promotional products.

Abstract

This study explores the role of technology in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Mts Darul Ulum Waru. Technology facilitates access to diverse and interactive learning resources, improves learning evaluation, and supports personal and collaborative learning. The main advantages of technology include increased student motivation, wide access to learning resources, and better communication between students and teachers. In addition, technology enables distance learning which is crucial during situations such as the pandemic. However, there are some disadvantages, such as dependence on technology which can cause disruption and gaps in access among students. Excessive use can also reduce students' social interaction and critical thinking skills. Therefore, a balance is needed in the use of technology to maximize its benefits. Technology has great potential to improve the quality of PAI learning at Mts Darul Ulum Waru, but it must be used wisely.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Baznas program in enhancing community welfare from an Islamic economic perspective. This qualitative study utilizes a descriptive approach with data collection through interviews and documentation. The main issue identified in this research is that many residents of Sijunjung Regency are still unaware of these programs, which are designed to assist economically disadvantaged communities and improve overall community welfare.

Abstract

Tahapan perkembangan yang paling sulit terjadi pada Peralihan dari masa remaja ke masa dewasa. Menjadi orang dewasa merupakan masa transisi yang sangat panjang bagi kebanyakan orang. Rentang usia masa dewasa awal berkisar antara 18-25 tahun yang ditandai dengan kegiatan eksperimen dan eksplorasi. Pada masa ini, banyak orang yang masih memikirkan jalur karir yang mereka inginkan, ingin menjadi individu yang seperti apa, dan gaya hidup yang mereka inginkan pun seperti apa, seperti melajang, hidup bersama, atau menikah. Individu yang mengalami fase tersebut berkemungkinan besar melalui masa yang berat ketika menghadapi masa transisi di periode perkembangannya hal ini dikenal sebagai quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Psychological well Being dengan Quarter Life Crisis pada masa dewasa awal yang bekerja di kecamatan setu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah dewasa awal yang bekerja usia 18-25 tahun. Kuisioner ini dibagikan kepada 107 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala Psychological Well Being Scale (PWBS) dan skala quarter life crisis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS ditemukan hasil (koefisien korelasi 0,237* dengan nilai sig 0,014 p= >0,005) yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap psychological well being dengan quarter life crisis.

Abstract

Salary is one of the determining factors for high and low employee performance.  Salary is also the main factor that is needed by someone to meet their primary, secondary and tertiary needs. The purpose of this study was to find out how the salary and performance of employees and to analyze how much influence salary had on the performance of the employees of the Youth and Sports Office Of Bandung District. The method used in this research is descriptive verification.  Statistical tests used in this study are correlation, determinant test, simple regression test. Based on salary research is in the good category and employee performance is also in a very good category. From the results of the study there was an effect of salaries of positive and significant employee performance. With demikin it can be reclinished that the better the salary given is the better the performance of the employee to be achieved at the Bandung Regency Youth and Sports Office. The suggestions given are with this salary can be a trigger for the spirit of employees and also to work professionally with maximum performance results.

Abstract

Selama masa Rasulullah SAW, perilaku homoseksual tidak terbayangkan di kalangan Muslim dan hanya dikenal dari Al-Qur'an. Khalifah Bani Umayyah, Al-Walid bin Abdul Malik, juga tidak mengira adanya pria menyukai pria kecuali dari Al-Qur'an. Istilah penting terkait LGBT dalam fikih meliputi liwath (homoseksual), sihaq (lesbianisme), takhonnuts (perilaku banci), dan tarojjul (perilaku tomboi), dengan hukum haram bagi homoseksual dan lesbianisme.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum Islam dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk memahami norma-norma terkait homoseksualitas dan lesbianisme serta dampaknya. penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan penyimpangan seksual di masyarakat Indonesia, namun perhatian serius masih minim. Perilaku ini berdampak negatif pada individu dan masyarakat, seperti gangguan kejiwaan, kesehatan, dan moralitas. Islam mengharamkan perilaku ini dan menetapkan sanksi berat seperti hukuman mati atau rajam. Berdasarkan hukum positif Indonesia, pelaku homoseksual dapat dijerat dengan hukuman penjara maksimal lima tahun sesuai Pasal 292 KUHP.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya penanganan dan solusi komprehensif mengatasi penyimpangan seksual, merujuk pada ajaran Islam dan penegakan hukum yang tegas.

Abstract

The problem of music learning facilities and infrastructure in early school is one of the obstacles in developing children's talents and interests in the field of music. This research aims to analyze the problems faced by the RA Al-Mukhlisin school regarding music facilities and infrastructure and their impact on the learning process. The research method used is a literature study, where data is obtained from various journal sources and scientific articles. The results of the research show that limited musical instruments, inadequate condition of the instruments, and lack of teaching materials are the main factors that hinder music learning at RA Al-Mukhlisin. This research provides recommendations for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to support effective music learning.
