Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan tipe survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 60 pegawai yang dipilih dengan metode acak sederhana menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi mendorong pegawai bekerja optimal, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif meningkatkan produktivitas, dan budaya organisasi membentuk perilaku yang mendukung tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis dalam pengelolaan motivasi, lingkungan, dan budaya kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Namun, penelitian terbatas pada satu lokasi dan sektor. Studi mendatang disarankan memperluas cakupan geografis dan menggunakan metode mixed methods untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan manajemen risiko keuangan (MRK) pada startup di berbagai sektor, seperti teknologi, manufaktur, ritel, dan layanan, serta menganalisis pengaruh kondisi ekonomi dan regulasi lokal terhadap strategi yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Berbagai studi literatur relevan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola umum, praktik terbaik, serta hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh startup dalam implementasi MRK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap sektor memiliki pendekatan MRK yang bervariasi sesuai dengan karakteristik unik dan risiko yang dihadapi. Penggunaan teknologi seperti AI dan analitik data real-time merupakan pola umum, tetapi penerapannya bergantung pada akses modal dan sumber daya. Startup di negara berkembang sering kali menggunakan solusi alternatif karena keterbatasan modal dan akses teknologi, sedangkan di negara maju regulasi dan infrastruktur mendukung penerapan strategi yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya adopsi teknologi secara bertahap serta peningkatan keterampilan manajerial dan keuangan di kalangan pengelola startup. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk mendukung regulasi dan infrastruktur yang kondusif bagi penerapan MRK yang efektif.

Abstract

This study investigates the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education, focusing on its impact on student achievement, equity, and systemic educational improvements. It explores how AI facilitates personalized learning, addresses educational disparities, and aligns academic outcomes with societal and workforce demands. A qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed to synthesize insights from recent peer-reviewed studies. The research analyzed the integration of AI into higher education, examining pedagogical strategies, systemic challenges, and ethical considerations. The findings reveal that AI significantly enhances student engagement and academic performance by personalizing learning experiences. It also supports educators by automating routine tasks, enabling more focused student interaction. AI can potentially democratize access to quality education, particularly in underserved regions. However, challenges such as resistance to change, technological infrastructure limitations, and ethical concerns related to data privacy and algorithmic bias were identified. The discussion emphasizes the need for ethical frameworks and inclusive policies to ensure effective and responsible AI integration. This study provides practical insights for universities, policymakers, and technology developers. Institutions are encouraged to invest in infrastructure, align curricula with AI advancements, and train educators in AI applications. Policymakers should support digital literacy initiatives and equitable technology access. These measures highlight AI’s capacity to create more inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable higher education systems, underscoring its transformative role in modern education.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between employee motivation, creativity, and performance, focusing on the interaction between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and the role of organizational strategies, leadership support, and resource availability in enhancing motivation and creativity. Using a qualitative case study approach, the study involves semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and document analysis with employees and leaders from a mid-sized technology company. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key themes related to motivation, creativity, and performance. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivation significantly enhances creative productivity, while extrinsic rewards complement intrinsic motivation when aligned with employees' values. Transformational leadership and a supportive organizational culture are crucial in fostering an environment conducive to creativity. Adequate resources and well-designed workspaces that encourage collaboration further boost motivation and creativity. Training programs focused on creative problem-solving and developing a growth mindset also play a vital role. This study provides valuable insights for managers and policymakers on creating environments that foster innovation and sustain high levels of employee engagement. Organizations can enhance creativity and performance by understanding the interplay between different motivational factors and the importance of supportive leadership and resources. Future research should consider mixed-method approaches and diverse organizational contexts to validate and expand upon these findings.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of workplace conflict on employee motivation and productivity, focusing on the distinct effects of interpersonal, task-related, and process-related conflicts. The research explores how effectively managed conflicts can foster positive outcomes, such as innovation and team collaboration while mitigating their negative consequences. A systematic literature review (SLR) approach was employed to synthesize findings from recent studies, providing a comprehensive understanding of workplace conflict dynamics. The study draws from multiple peer-reviewed sources to analyze the relationship between conflict types, employee behavior, and organizational performance. The findings reveal that interpersonal conflicts negatively affect employee motivation by increasing stress and disengagement, while task-related conflicts, when managed constructively, can enhance creativity and problem-solving. Process conflicts have varied impacts, potentially disrupting efficiency and improving work coordination when resolved effectively. Additionally, unresolved conflicts are linked to higher turnover rates and diminished organizational stability. The discussion highlights the dual nature of conflict, emphasizing the importance of proactive conflict resolution strategies in fostering a productive work environment. This research underscores the practical need for organizations to implement effective conflict management mechanisms, such as mediation and communication training. Managerially, leveraging task conflicts for innovation while addressing interpersonal and process conflicts can improve team cohesion and organizational performance. The study contributes valuable insights for developing sustainable conflict resolution practices that support employee well-being and organizational success.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at SDN 174 Pasir Impun, Bandung City. Saturated samples, or all members of the population sampled, are used in the sample computing approach. Overall, 46 people participated in the poll. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Descriptive and verification analysis are included in quantitative research techniques. The results of the hypothesis test show that the influence of servant leadership and intrinsic motivation has a significant and positive effect on performance. This shows how effective performance can be achieved at a high level of servant leadership and intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Cateringna.id Bandung customer satisfaction and service quality and location. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Saturated sampling is the sampling method currently used. This shows that the entire population is included in the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by the location of Cateringna.id Bandung and the quality of its service. Customer satisfaction is also influenced by these two variables. In other words, improving the quality of places and services will make visitors happier.

Abstract

Political events that happen tend to affect the stability and the condition of the economy. One of the most important political events that happens in a country is a presidential election as it can greatly affect the direction of that nation for the next few years. This research analyses the effect of Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election season on the stock price of Indonesia’s leading firms (LQ45). By using the paired sample t-test method to analyse three events surrounding the elections namely, the registration of the candidates, the election, and the announcement of the ruling from the election dispute, this research found that the registration of certain candidates negatively affect stock prices while another candidate registration has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the election itself is found to have a positive effect on stock prices, while the ruling of the lawsuit does not affect stock prices. This shows that certain political events do affect stock prices while on other events, the market does not react significantly to the events

Abstract

The analysis method used is Path Analysis with SmartPLS software, aimed at depicting the actual state of the research object to understand the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance improvement of personnel at Mabes Polri through job satisfaction as an intervening variable by administering statements in a questionnaire to the personnel of Mabes Polri. The research findings indicate that (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mabes Polri personnel, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mabes Polri personnel, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (6) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel through job satisfaction, and (7) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel through job satisfaction. Motivation. It is the dominant variable affecting satisfaction. Work is 0.485 or 48.5%.

Abstract

High-quality audits are essential for fostering transparency and accountability in public financial management, ultimately enhancing public trust. This study examines the effects of accountability, transparency, and moral reasoning on audit quality at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. Data were collected from 50 auditors with an 80% response rate using a quantitative approach and survey method. The results reveal that accountability and transparency significantly influence audit quality, while moral reasoning shows no significant effect. These findings align with agency theory, highlighting the role of transparency and accountability in reducing information asymmetry. The study emphasizes the need for policies that strengthen accountability and transparency in public sector audits. The results provide practical implications for improving audit quality and serve as a foundation for future research with broader scope and additional variables.
