Abstract

This research aims to increase the learning motivation of class VII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 academic year, where this research was conducted from November 2023 with a total of 5 students who had problems. The problem addressed in this research is that there are a number of students who lack motivation to participate in class learning. The type of research used is guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) with the application of podcast-based classical guidance methods to increase student learning motivation. In this counseling guidance action research, it was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative technique. Measuring the learning motivation scale, there were 5 students who experienced low student learning motivation. The research results obtained after the implementation of cycle I showed an average increase of around 48.4% to 71.8% with a group increase of 42.2%. In the second cycle, there was a significant increase ranging from 71.8% to 84.6%. When viewed as a group, there was an increase of 22.7%. Based on this description, it can be concluded that the Application of Classical Tutoring with Podcast-Based Audiovisual Media Can Increase the Learning Motivation of Class VII A Students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

Students who are not active in class may be caused by factors that do not directly involve them in the learning process. Therefore, teachers are expected to design appropriate learning facilities to make students more interested and understand the material conveyed by the teacher. The lack of mastery of technology in the classroom learning activities results in low active participation of students, as the learning media is less engaging and does not provide concrete experiences. This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of multimedia in interactive learning based on the independent curriculum. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to 35 students of Grade IX at SMPN 25 Tangerang. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to elaborate and describe the data that has been found. The results of the data analysis and this study indicate that the effectiveness of using multimedia in interactive learning based on the independent curriculum in Grade IX at SMPN 25 Tangerang is proven to be very effective in supporting an interesting and interactive classroom environment.

Abstract

Research on the hidden curriculum at the Ash-haburratib Islamic Boarding School, Depok City and its impact on the development of students' soft skills. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. Ash-haburratib Islamic boarding school was found to have a hidden curriculum that not only includes religious aspects, but also involves social aspects, leadership and interpersonal skills. The research results show that this Islamic boarding school indirectly encourages the development of students' soft skills through daily interactions, extracurricular activities, and participation in independent activities. This hidden curriculum makes a positive contribution to improving students' communication, leadership and collaboration skills. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools also provide space for students to develop moral and ethical values ​​that support the formation of strong character. This research provides in-depth insight into how the hidden curriculum in Islamic boarding schools can be an effective means of forming students' soft skills. The implications of this research can help Islamic boarding school managers and educators to better understand the role of the hidden curriculum in soft skills development, as well as provide a basis for improving and developing a more structured curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning model on the scientific literacy abilities of class IV students at SD Negeri 18 Kalukuang, Pangkep Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods using True-experimental. The population in this study were all class IV students, the sample with a total of 26 students. The sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research show that the average score obtained by students in the pre-test class IV 76.15 which was in the sufficient category and the average score obtained by students in the post-test score in Class IV was 88.08 which was in the category Good. The results show that the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the scientific literacy skills of class IV. The results of data analysis obtained a sig value. 0,000. It turns out that the sig value. 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or in other words the value 0.05 > 0.000. So it can be concluded that, there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model on the scientific literacy abilities of class IV at SD Negeri 18 Kalukuang, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

As time goes by, humans continue to adapt to the environment of their era, developing innovations to make their lives more efficient and practical. In this effort to adapt and change, technology has become a tool that is greatly utilized by humans. In the current era of even development of information technology, education has a very important role because it is needed to provide meaning to every subject matter, which will help Indonesia move towards a more advanced civilization. For this reason, this article aims to examine two different sides to the digitalization of school education in facing the era of revolution 4.0 towards 5.0 in Indonesia today. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a literature review method. The research results show that there are various applications of digitalization/technology in education that have both good and bad impacts. This impact occurs in aspects of learning and administrative services which will of course influence the development of education, therefore it is necessary to design appropriate strategies as preventive and overcoming measures, especially these negative impacts. So that education in Indonesia is expected to be able to rise amidst world civilization and demonstrate its existence by presenting creative solutions to various global challenges that arise in the current and future eras.

Abstract

Technological advances have made social media a marketing platform that many people are interested in. Various applications already have marketing features such as the TikTok and Instagram applications. By utilizing content as a marketing medium for a brand or product owned on the TikTok and Instagram applications. This research was carried out using a literature study method through previous journals related to the problem. The aim of this research is to find similarities and differences between the TikTok and Instagram application algorithms as marketing media. The results of this research are that the TikTok and Instagram applications have the same advantages in marketing an item or product, namely making the content as interesting as possible to attract the enthusiasm of the general public online.

Abstract

The development of the times that brings change can especially be felt with the presence of the media. Of course it is not surprising, knowing that social media is of great interest to digital technology users. However, the social media that is currently busy and popular among social media users, which is currently trending, is the Tik-Tok application. In the Tik Tok application, it displays a variety of videos that attract the attention of its users. But who would have thought, behind the use of the Tik Tok application as a means to increase creativity, it has a side that has an impact on users' feelings of addiction. Addiction is caused by Tik Tok users who do not have supervision or do not know the limits of excessive use. So, addicts to the Tik Tok application will be careless and even forget about how much time they use in their daily lives. This research aims to find out one of the causes of divorce caused by the TikTok application. So the application can be used as an anticipation of action for active social media users on the Tik Tok application. This research was prepared based on a library study taken from information related to the unwise use of Tik Tok which can give rise to bad habits such as bad morals, erosion of manners, neglect of carrying out obligations and not having a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

Epistemology in Philosophy, Epistemology comes from the Greek words, namely epistememe = knowledge and logos = words, thoughts, knowledge. Epistemology aims to critically examine the logical presuppositions and conditions that underlie the possibility of knowledge and tries to provide rational accountability for its claims to truth and objectivity. Rationalism is a philosophical ideology which states that reason is the most important tool for gaining knowledge and gaining knowledge. If empiricism says that knowledge is obtained by experiencing empirical objects, then rationalism teaches that knowledge is obtained by thinking. The tools in thinking are logical rules or logical rules.

Abstract

The attitude of loving oneself too much and having to be admired excessively is a condition that is considered a form of narcissistic attitude, tending to those who are too excessive in loving and admiring themselves often become a laughing stock for their social environment, because theydisplay different patterns of behavior, too much. in appreciating themselves, those in the narcissistic category need praise and recognition in their lives, especially when using social media one of them they want to get good comments praising themselves and want to get lots of likes for what they post. This study aims to overcome excessive attitudes such as narcissism with a gestalt approach, one of which is the practice technique I am responsible for, the exercise technique I am responsible for can effectively help overcome narcissistic attitudes experienced by students, they are taught to be able to change their attitude responsibly and admit that they can overcome their narcissistic attitudes, so that narcissistic attitudes that sometimes like to ignoretheir environment can be changed by individuals who are affected by narcissism. With the research method of literature study based on articles that support and are in accordance with the narcissistic variable and the gestalt approach. The results of the study prove that narcissistic behavior can be overcome by using the gestalt approach, namely the practice technique I am responsible for with group counseling setting, namely group counselling.

Abstract

Learning skills are the skills to manage one's potential in carrying out daily activities (learning) which are influenced by several factors that produce changes to achieve goals. Hopefully, using the WDEP technique as part of the reality of counseling can change learning skills for the better. The aim of this research is to improve students' learning skills. This research uses qualitative methods and action research (action research). Through the use of the WDEP technique, students are able to help themselves face reality and fulfill basic needs without harming themselves or others, students are able to have greater control over their own lives and are able to make better choices in improving their learning skills and are committed to responsible for the plans he has made.
