Abstract

The rapid of economic growth in Indonesia, of course, accompanied by the increasing public demand for construction projects. Each project has a different goal, in the implementation of the General Election Commission Office Building Construction Project which is planned for 143 calendar days, namely in the period 10th August 2020 to 31st December 2020 by the Contractor PT. Kalimasada Zahraa Jaya with a project value of Rp. 4.306.705.600,- In the process of achieving these goals, a good construction management is needed so that the project is in accordance with the plan. In this case, the Earned Value Analysis method is used to determine if there is a discrepancy in the implementation of the project. The data analysis process uses Microsoft Project software for project scheduling and human resource allocation for each element of work effectively and efficiently. The data analyzed include presenting S curve graph data, calculating the schedule variance "SV" and SPI values from the BCWP and BCWS data values every week or cumulatively to produce the actual project duration and the remaining total duration. From the results of the "EVA" method in the 20th week, the comulative EV value of Rp. 4,306,705,600, which shows that the costs incurred to complete the project are in accordance to the plan. The resulting SV figure is + Rp 20,499,919,- which means that the completion of the work is faster than the plan and the SPI value is 1,005, the project implementation performance is better than the schedule planning ahead of the plan.

Abstract

The level of asphalt is a significant factor to consider. The levels of asphalt used in paved mixtures serve asa basis for good performance production to a maximum life of road service. The study used tangible concrete mixed taral-the wearing course (latrines) that would be tested to reflux extractors in comparison with the Marshall's so that it would be known to match the levels of asphalt in the solution. Research USES materials from amps in jember county. Afterward, a mixed design takes into account the proportion of other ingredients. The next activity in which objects were developed was used by JMF (job mix formula), which would be tested at optimumnyam asphalt, by way of a Marshall test and testing through a reflux. Research shows that the Marshall test results have been found that at tar 4.5% - 7.0% vma value, stability, density, output for Marshall, and flow meets the specs. For the value of asphalt level effective only 4.5% of asphalt does not meet specs. Vfa only levels of asphalt 6.0% - 7.0% meet the specs. For a vim score only 7.0% of asphalt meets the specs. Testing for extraction level asphalt with external refluses, extracts obtained obtained multiple extractions with JMF tarips still meet the specification of +-0.3% tolerance based on 2018 general specs.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to compile a structured and directed motor vehicle parts distribution information system with. With this distribution information system that is made to be useful and more efficient contained in CV Anugrah Jaya Mandiri. The research used by the author is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which is a research method used to develop or validate products used in education and learning. In this research, data is a source of theory or theory based on data. The selection of application programs made using the Java NetBeans programming language and MySQL as database management, with an interface that is easily understood by the user. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that a computerized data management system can make work more effective and efficient, information is faster, more precise and accurate than manual systems, and parts distribution process data is stored in a database.

Abstract

The research objective is to design the Best Employee Selection Decision Support System Application using the Weighted Product Method at PT. Shuanghui Power Prima Based on Java. The method used to support decisions in research on selecting the best employees at PT Primitra Extrusion is to use the Topsis method. The results in the form of various problems related to the employee selection process encouraged the development of a method for selecting the company's best employees, in selecting employees at PT Primitra Extrusion using the Topsis method. The leadership uses criteria in selecting prospective employees, including discipline, communication, cooperation and initiative. So with this system, it makes it easier for leaders to select the best employees in the company accurately and effectively.

Abstract

The ability to access and provide information very quickly and accurately is very essential for an organization, whether in the form of a commercial organization (company), university, government institution, or individual (private). The aim of this research is to create a Java-based information system and provide accurate data to shop owners with computerized transactions.The program used to support the creation of this application is a Java program, which generally consists of two basic elements, namely the Android Studio Java script and the MySQL database.After the author designed a drug data processing information system using an application. Finally, the author can draw the conclusion that with this application, it makes it easier for the performance of the xyz drug store to further improve the administration of transaction data accurately.

The research methodology used in the data processing system is data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The research results illustrate the need for effective management of factors such as facilities, cleanliness, service and price to ensure a positive experience for customers.

The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using type E admixture by reducing the amount of water content on the slump value and compressive strength of concrete in quarry Ex. noisy. The mixture used in this study was a normal concrete mix, a mixture with the addition of Type E admixture 1%, 1.5% and 2% taken from the weight of cement, by making cylindrical test objects measuring 15 cm x 30 cm with a total sample of 12 pieces and concrete compressive strength test plan at the age of 7, 14 and 28 days. The results of this study for normal concrete mixtures obtained a slump value of 60 mm, whereas for mixtures using type E admixture, the slump value was between 62 – 67 mm. From this study, the ideal mix was produced for a mixture using 1.5% E type admixture with a compressive strength of 22.64 MPa, while for normal concrete mixtures with a compressive strength of 20.38 MPa, for a mixture using E type 1 admixture % obtained a compressive strength of 21.23 Mpa, and the mixture with the addition of 2% type E admixture obtained a compressive strength of 21.79 Mpa. However, the mixture with the addition of 2% E type admixture experienced a decrease in compressive strength compared to the previous mixture, namely with the addition of 1.5% admixture.

Abstract

Productivity is one of the components that every company must have. For companies that utilise human resources, it is directed at increasing employee productivity and performance to the maximum. The company PT WIKA Beton Tbk in Majalengka already has an ISO 9001: 2008 certificate and has implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system as a standard for the precast concrete products it produces. The purpose of this study is to analyse the application of ISO 9001: 2008 to increase employee productivity and performance simultaneously and partially at PT.WIKA Beton Tbk in Majalengka. This study uses the statistical method of path analysis, completed using the SPSS for windows release 20.0 programme. The study results show that the direct effect of the quality management system on productivity improvement is 5.76%, the effect of resource management on productivity improvement is 1.00%, the effect of continuous improvement on productivity improvement is 40.45%, and the combined effect is 85.80%. The effect of quality management system on employee performance is 0.1521%, continuous improvement on employee performance is 77.088% and combined is 71.30%. The effect of productivity improvement on employee performance is 72.932% and the combined effect is 73%. While the indirect effect between the quality management system to increase productivity through employee performance is 24.096%, resource management to increase productivity through employee performance is 7.174% and continuous improvement to increase productivity through employee performance is 54.314%. The results show that the company pays more attention to variables that have a major influence on improving employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

Workstations in most SMIs (Small and Medium Industries) do not pay too much attention to ergonomic aspects which result in not achieving an ECSHE system (Effective, Comfortable, Safe, Healthy, Efficient). This study aims to determine the design of a work chair at the banana peeling station at IKM Pisang Chips, Cipaku District. The data used is worker anthropometric data as a reference for designing work chairs. A total of 30 people who are the same age as the workers at the station, between 30-50 years old, were sampled for this study. Data that have been declared uniform and sufficient are then selected using the percentile concept by choosing between the 5th percentile and the 95th percentile. The anthropometric dimensions used were shoulder height in a sitting position (D10), popliteal length (D14), popliteal height (D16), shoulder width (D17) and hip width (D19). The results of this study indicate that the dimensions D10, D14, and D16 use the 5th percentile while D17 and D19 use the 95th percentile. The design produced from this study has a chair back height of 54 cm, 42 cm seat length, 32 cm chair leg height, the width of the back of the chair is 36 cm and the width of the seat is 40 cm.
